About us

We are skilled in majority of exterior house construction as well as structural design for concrete formwork. I have been in house construction for 11 years and counting along with 5 years in commercial industrial work building jea water/wastewater plants as a superintendent. My business partner has been in carpentry and masonry work along with 16 years experience in the water/wastewater industry as a superintendent. On our off time we operate our personal company in hopes to grow a highly skilled workforce with integrity and a desire to produce the highest quality work for a good wage. We plan to develope our customers from word of mouth and trusted sources such as angi to further push our career into the right direction. We refuse to cut corners and because of that and our quality our work is not as cheap as our competitors, but we can assure you we're 100% licensed,insured and build personal relationships with all customers to always guarantee satisfaction.

I have worked around Jake in the housing construction industry doing multiple trades in early 2015 and experienced growth in a young individual that doesn't account to many. He took on house wrap sheathing and continued to gutters,hardi siding, gutters, insulation and even vinyl soffit and fascia from start to finish, and he excelled in every trade with some of the highest quality any standard could require. Fortunately I moved on and started my business in screen enclosures and moved to building houses. Over the years I have seen him go on to lead as a superintendent building Jacksonvilles infrastructure for JEA utilities. He has not personally done work for me but we have built a relationship based off hard work and integrity and always THE QUALITY STANDARD! I would recommend him and his partnered company to any homeowner needing any improvements.
