I had very good experience with All Care Maintenance & Repair, work was done professionally and timely manner. It has been two weeks now and we are enjoying our bathroom vanity and dishwasher.Chris was extremely reliable, dependable, honest and fair.We are happy to have a new plumber to call whenever we need one. Very satisfied. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to my friends and family.

Very well, these guys came and do it right and in time

They identified and fixed the problem BUT they charged $180 for an hour of work - labor only. The tech was 1/2 hour late but he called to let me know ahead of time so no big deal. They also charged me for cleaning out my secondary line, which drains automatically when the main line is unclogged. I had a 5% off ($9.00) Angie's list coupon which they wouldn't apply as the tech said I had to have let them know I was a member when placing the order. The service is just too expensive when there are so many other good choices available.

The general contractor on this job sent one crew after another to perform certain tasks, and finishing the electrical work was one where we had to simply take over - after 4 different electricians arrived unprepared for the job. We obtained a hard-to-find set of dimmers from Amazon, and then contacted All Care. Ken and Nate arrived very close to the appointed time, reviewed the job with us, then went to work. 2 hours later, all our switches were correctly wired and everything working fine. And they had to remove everything, including the 3 gang box, to locate the wires that connected to 2 additional lights - the prior electricians had simply crammed them back far into the wall, then denied they ever existed. We found Ken and Nate to be great guys and we enjoyed having them at our home to assist us. We also immediately engaged them to perform some work in the wife's art studio, setting up an additional 220 outlet for a kiln - Ken returned the next day with the necessary material and fixed that up beautifully, at very reasonable cost. Back in 2013 we had an electrician we used who was great. But he moved. After the various bozo types sent by this general contractor, we really were out a loss on who we might use for such services. We are very glad we found these guys.

I saw the ad on Angie's List for 2 hrs. of electrical work for $99. I called Angie's List to confirm the name of the company and phone # because I was having trouble with my computer that day... When I called, the man that answered didn't seem to know how to transfer my call to the person who handled calls from Angie's List Members; he put me on hold, then, my call was transferred to a "voice mail" (no name of the person). I left a message that I was a member, I saw the ad, wanted to have some work done; left a little more info; my name & phone #. A whole week passed and no reply to my voice mail; no call back (because I have an answer machine and no messages from this company). I joined Angie's List to find good service providers... if this is the way this business answers call, forget hiring them!

It went well. They charged me more than the $99.00 of the Big Deal. The problem that they was fixing, I still have the problem. The guy brought someone with him and they dug down and broke my sprinkler system line and didn't say anything about it until we turned it on and the water started bubbling up out of the ground and we dug it up and found it. It's a few months later and we are still dealing with it because the line is hard to repair.

I don't remember anything going bad. It was fine. I would use them again in future.

I did not have much luck with them. He was not able to complete the job because he did not bring all materials needed. One job was putting up fixtures by the garage door and he left one hanging loose, just hanging there. I was not very happy with them. They knew what the job was, he could have brought the materials with them. He did replace a light bulb in the enrty up on a ladder and charged me an extra half hour for that.

This was a $69 big deal purchase. It was fine. They did just what they were supposed to. I had to redo part of it -- some of it. I think they came out pretty good. I would not use them in the future for electrical.

Got the job done on time and correctly. Can ask for anymore than that...

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did the electrical job that we wanted but when they called me I told them to bring a big ladder to change the bulbs. He came without the ladder and said they did not have a big ladder. Ever since then we have not received any response from them. That is the only thing. They did not do one job because they did not bring the ladder. Everything was done well. They did the job in two hours. The main job was done to our satisfaction.

All Care Maintenance & Repair arrived on time with 2 people. They did a very good job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely use their services again.

The electrician was prompt and very polite and personable. He did the work efficiently and skillfully, and I have had no problems with it.

Ken came out and he was great. Very punctual, professional. We requested him for the second date of service.

On 03/18/2016 I had the honor and privilege of meeting Mr. Chris from all care company. I found him to be professional, honest, and take great pride in his work. It is seldom and refreshing that I meet such a person like Chris that took the time to educate me and help me understand my plumbing needs. Overall, excellent service! Sincerely Mrs. Bryant

The electrician quickly discovered the problem and made necessary repairs.

Things went well. I have a pool bath and the toilet in there was kind of running and sometimes, it did not flush right. They came out and repaired it, but it is back to doing the same old thing again. I do not know if to call back and request that they come back and kind of redo it or just go with another company. Other than that, they did great. They came out the next day after I purchased the Big Deal. There were several things I wanted them to do because it was like a package deal where they come out and do work for so many hours for a certain rate. He had several things he had to do. The pool bath toilet was just one of the things, but everything else went well. I still have to find someone to do the toilet, but if they correct that, I would rate them an A definitely. I like them. The quality of the service was very good. They did well with their responsiveness.

The plumber showed up on time. It went down hill fast from there. He came in and I showed him the work I needed done. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't have time to do all of the work and he had no idea that I needed 3 faucets replaced. He went out to his truck. About 5 minutes later, he comes back in and tells me that he doesn't want to do any of the work now and wants to schedule 6 hours on Friday from 11 to 5. That is 2 days after the scheduled appointment. I get a little aggravated that nothing is going to be done. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't work for Angie's list and that he is taking a major loss by showing up at all. He tells me that he normally gets $150/hr and that I was getting a huge deal. The deal was for 2 hrs labor for $99. I told him and the office that I didn't expect to get all of the work done for $99. I thought the first 2 hours would be the $99 and charge me the normal rate for the time over that.He then tells me that he doesn't like my attitude and that he will have my money refunded and told me to get another plumber to do the job. He got in his truck and left. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY HOME REPAIR THAT I HAVE HAD DONE. Not sure where the A rating came from!

First of all he showed up on time which was great. He was very friendly and professional. Gave me some good tips on lighting. Also cleaned up after all his work.

Thank you! Chris called and came right on time. He was amazing! Did all the work efficiently and within time frame. The sink looks beautiful. He even educated me on other things and checked out some future work I wondered about. I would hire him again without hesitation. I actually called and told the company how happy I was. How often does someone get excited about a new kitchen sink? But I am.....he even re-checked his work before leaving. Honest and reputable experienced plumber who I would recommend to everyone and already have started to do so. Outstanding!

Chris arrived promptly, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Got right to work and was able to fix the leaks identified. Offered advise on a couple things we were considering as well. Would definitely call on him again should the need arise.

So far so good. They came and did what I wanted them to do and now I will see how it works. The guy spent more time talking that he did working. As long as they get their special they are fine but their normal every day rate is $150/hour which is far over the market rate.
