They did a great job. They had competent workers. They were neat and clean. They left no residue. They were efficient.

Recent need for an electrician to install light fixtures and recalled the excellent work done by this company's employee that I immediately picked up the phone and called to schedule the work. The punctual, courteous and respectful was sufficient reason to reach out to the company once again.

Excellent , did a great job in a timely manner

Showed up a little bit late but were polite and curteous. Determined the issue to be a faulty hot water heater however this did not explain the hot water coming out of the cold water side. We had the hot water replaced by another company who also insulated the plumbing in the attic which resolved the hot water coming out of the cold side.

Great! Good work! Good price as it was on sale for 1/3 of regular price.

Very disappointed in buying this service. I sent 2 emails and left a voice message because no one answered the phone, and have received no response. I guess I just threw my money away. I didn't think Angie's List would allow this type of practice. I see no option to have money refunded. Money was paid but couldn't get any response from company thru email or leaving a message.

I have thought long and hard about how to rate All-Care. We had to have the waste line replaced in our 1950's beach house. The floors had to be jack-hammered up and the sewer line replaced. First, when they tried to see what was wrong they busted the drain in the tub (they eventually replaced it on the last visit). After they could not clear up the problem that is when we got the estimate to replace the waste line. The estimate was $3600.00. We agreed and they said they could start in a couple of days. The cost was supposed to be $3000.00 and $600.00 for a camera to see where the pipe was. Since we knew exactly where the pipe was the camera was not used and it should have been $3000.00. They started the work on Thursday. Before they even got started they started asking for more money. They said they estimated it too low. I am not sure how that is my problem. We have the estimate in writing, it had everything on there except it did not bring the $600.00 for the camera as a line item. After multiple discussions they finally agreed to honor their estimate and started work. Friday afternoon, my house was destroyed. I understand that there would be a lot of work but I did not expect them to leave for the weekend with dirt piled everywhere, open holes and unable to use any water. I also did not expect them to just go get our wheelbarrow when we were not there and use it. After multiple phone call’s they finally agreed to place the sewer line and put boards over the holes so we could at least use the kitchen sink and the pool house. This was between 2:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon. It took another week to complete the work. Then we had to have flooring replaced and they were to come back and place the sinks and toilets. They moved where the toilets were and the one in the master bath is literally 2 inches from the shower. It is a small bathroom but that is ridiculous. Before they would even hook up the waste line they insisted I pay 90% of the $3600. or they were not going to complete the work, which is more than it should have been but the $600.00 was not identified as a camera. They left filthy hand prints on the walls and doors. They had piled nasty dirt on the walls that was never cleaned up. They damaged the bathroom walls and generally left everything in a mess. When they sent a kid to place the toilets and sinks he showed up without the proper tools, used our tools, and left with -out connecting both sinks! We called again and they took a couple of more days to send someone out again. They were told to do what it took to make me happy but it was way too late and they did not repair the damage they caused. They did spackle the damaged walls, but left us to sand and paint. They hooked the sink up, but never even cleaned up the filthy hand prints every -where. They never had the bagster in the yard picked up, and I had to pay $149.00 to have it picked up. I felt like from the beginning they underestimated the job and did not want to honor their estimate. Then they just did not care. I pray the actual plumbing work is good because everything else has been horrible!!

Unusually exceptional customer service skills displayed by Charles when answering the phone-he displayed interest and concern. Very responsive and although we eventually did not use this company, we will certainly be returning if we have needs in the future.

The repair man was so nice and courteous, Job was done in no time

Nothing. Seemed new at his job gave us different quotes and wasn't sure of what he was doing then left and said he had to go to his next appointment.

It was fine. The guy that came out was great. He gave me additional information on other household things and tips to do. It was great. I called them twice to get them to call me back.

It didn't turn out all that well, but I didn't complain to the company or anybody else. I just had it done by another firm. This time I didn't go through Angie's List. As a matter of fact, when I dealt with the company they said they were going to charge me $89.90 to replace three fans in my house. The day of the thing, the person who they sent out, their representative, called me about 45 minutes prior to his arrival and he asked me if the old fans were still up and I said, "Yeah," and he said, "Well, I'm going to charge you $30 a fan to take them down." I said, "That is not what they told me. It was supposed be $89 to replace the fans." He says, "Well, that is the deal, take it or leave it," and I said, "Alright, I'll see you in 45 minutes." So, in the meantime, I got up on a ladder and started taking down fans. I got to the third fan and I pulled me off the ladder and I broke my leg. It cost me $6000, but I did not complain to the company. I just let it go. This was a new kid and he just didn't know what he was doing because when he put the fans up, he was supposed to put down tubes on them but he didn't. So, he had them mounted so close to the ceiling they couldn't draw air. The blades weren't touching the ceiling, but they were worthless because they were so close to the ceiling. For one thing, I couldn't get upstairs to see what he had done because after I broke my leg, the ambulance came, picked me, took me up to the hospital and I was in the hospital for a week and then, with all the rehab and stuff like that, it was a while before I got upstairs to discover what had happened. He didn't charge me extra fees because I took down the old fans. The price was good. I think the deal when it was put in to Angie's List advertisement or whatever was for two fans and I had three to replace. So, I called the company and said, "You've got two fans in this thing, but I have three to be replaced," and they said, "Okay, we'll just up 30%," which was fair. They came when they said they would come.

Once again, Ken did an outstanding job. This is the third time I've used All Care...they are the professionals you want for handling projects you may have!

It went great! Work was done in a timely fashion, and all workers were courteous, efficient, and helpful.

I have not had any problems with my lights since the new up graded dimmer has been installed.

All Care came out promptly (once with care specialist and once with electrician) to quickly provide an accurate quote. They were very kind and professional and gave me some advice on how to make the upgrades I needed without up-charging me. The quotes arrived the next day and within three more days they were onsite and completing the work. They completed the work quickly, cleaned up nicely and charged me accordingly. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
