Job was complete when I arrived home but Brain sent me a picture on my cell while he was on the roof showing the clean gutters :). Excellent communication. Called me the next working day to schedule the job then again the day before he was to be there as a reminder. Pricing is excellent and we have scheduled again with Brian to come back and do our drive, sidewalks, outside gutters, soffits, pool deck, screen enclosure and patio furniture which includes mold treatment and all for under 500.00!

gave us a fair price. Brian called to set up an appointment. He arrived on time to give us an estimate. He showed us pictures of some of his work and also his insurance certificate. We agreed to do business after he gave us a fair price. He called before arriving as they were early and asked if it was ok to come over. I assured him it was fine and they arrived and started working promptly. Brian kept us advised as to how they were progressing. They did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again.

Brian and Brandon arrived on time, cleaned the driveway and it looks better than I have ever seen it. While Brian was on the roof to give me and estimate to clean the roof in the spring, he noticed the dryer vent was almost completely blocked. I agreed to have that cleaned today as well. Amazing what he showed me with the video from his I Pad. I called last week to get an appointment and he was able to book me within a week.... I called someone else on Angie's List and they could not schedule me until December... I appreciated him being able to come out right away.... especially with the holidays around the corner. It is always nice to find a referral on Angie's list that live up to the reviews.... did the job, was here on time didn't try to oversell me on things I needed... I have already scheduled them to do our roof in January.

Brian promptly responded to my request for an appointment to discuss the work I wanted done. He was courteous and professional. Though the overall price was more then I expected, the quality and service provided by he and his team was impressive. They arrived on time (on the day promised) and in a very organized and thorough fashion completed the job. Clearly their goal was service and customer satisfaction, willingly going the extra mile whenever I had any questions or concerns.

We were completely satisfied with the services that Brian and his team provided. Our lanai cage, driveway and window ledges were especially dirty/stained. It is such a pleasure to view these areas now. They are spotless. The procedures for the services provided were explained on the initial visit as well as quotes for each service. Brian arrived with his crew at the appointed time and before beginning work reviewed with me again what work was to be performed. Brian himself cleaned the roof while two of his crew cleaned the soffits, gutters and downspouts and the remaining member of the crew pressure cleaned the driveway, sidewalk and pavers. Just one of the things that really impressed me about Pro Pressure Clean, besides the normal expectations you have of those performing a service, is how Brian and his crew go above and beyond what they have contracted to do. In my case they also cleaned the side garage entranceway, the edging around the pavers at the entrance to the storage building and cleaned the double garage door, none of which was noted on the contract. All of them displayed great care to not do any damage to my shrubs and lawn. Brian really impressed me with his desire to ensure the job was completed to my total satisfaction by conducting multiple inspections of the parts of the job performed by his crew. In addition to doing a really fine job, they were a pleasant, hard working crew. When they were finished, I could see how fitting his company motto "Fall in Love With Your Home Again" was as my home did look again fresh and clean like it did the day I bought it! You may find someone to do the job cheaper but you won't find anyone to do the job better than Pro Pressure Clean. I would recommend them to everyone that needs this type of service.

Brian and his crew were very professional, efficient and pleasant. Brian came prepared for our initial meeting, which was to get an estimate on the cost for this job. He showed us all the necessary paperwork to put our minds at ease regarding licensing, insurance, pre and post photos, etc. He gave us an immediate estimate on paper, and we arranged a time for the next day. On the scheduled day, he called and asked if they could come earlier than the original time, which was fine for us. They arrived and started work immediately. They checked and double checked that everything was clean when they were finished. The screens and pavers looked great, their equipment was cleaned up, and our lanai furniture was put back into place, all in under 2 hours. While watching them work, I was most pleased by the repeated checks Brian made to ensure various spots that needed extra attention were indeed clean. They scooped the pool for floating debris, and were very careful to avoid spraying any chemicals near our Koi pond, We were very pleased with Brian, his crew, and the job they did.

Brain and his 2 man staff arrived on time, they did an excellent job getting rid of all the mold. The work was done in 2 hours. He is very helpful with any questions we asked. We will use them again soon to do the driveway, our neighbor saw the finished project and asked for an estimate on work she needs done. The price was more than fair for the work completed. A great Citrus County business.

Excellent, Brian and his crew were fast, efficient and did an excellent job. Very professional as well. Brian is a good communicator. I knew exactly what to expect and they followed through. This was a big job because we had neglected things for too long. I plan to use them on a regular basis to keep things in the great shape Pro has them in now.

This company is excellent! They showed up on time with high quality equipment and worked together as a team, making this massive job go quickly. We were provided a detailed estimate upon arrival with all tasks listed and priced individually so we could pick and choose the jobs we wanted done. Excellent work! Pleasant and well-groomed people with company logo shirts so you knew who you were dealing with. We highly recommend this company to anyone. We'd give them an A+ but it wasn't in the ratings. We were highly impressed!

As mentioned in previous reviews, Brian is outstanding to work with. He showed up on time, the day of the free estimate and on the actual workday, put everything in writing and did a fabulous pressure washing job. But what a lot of reviews don't tell you is how Brian goes the extra mile to do whatever needs to be done. During the gutter and soffit cleaning, he also scrubbed and cleaned my pvc flag pole holder and my side garage door. I didn't follow him around the house, but could see that he did quite a few extra things (for free) that were not on the contract. At the last minute I decided to add the back cobblestone patio to the pressure wash list and didn't have time to clean off my patio. I saw his crew jump in and quickly move things like the large bar-b-q, and large containers holding my tomatoes and azaleas Then, when the work was done, he put everything back. And the patio now looks brand new! All this and he also gave me a discount on the price of the patio cleaning - WOW!!

Prompt, professional and helpful. If you need the services I needed look no further. Brian and his associate/helper exceeded my expectations. Although he had a busy schedule he managed to work me in on short notice. One of the best contractors I have worked with recently. Neighbors have commented positively on the results of his work - I believe they will use his services in the future. I certainly will not hesitate to call him again. It has been excellent. We are very pleased. They completed the job in about 2 and a half hours and they sent 2 guys out to do the job. The scheduling was good. The guys were very personable and professional.

I first had them treat/clean the black streaks on the roof/soffit/gutters and the Owner was so professional... showing up exactly when he said he would with a full team of 3 workers who were all professional and friendly. So, today (a month later) I contracted for them to clean/pressure clean the Lanai cage, driveway, entry & sidewalk and again I was very impressed with the Owner (Brian) knowledge of how to treat/clean all areas. They again showed up on time and completed the job within his time estimate. I have in the past had the pool deck/lanai cleaned and NEVER before has it been so sparkling clean. They even hand cleaned the ceiling fan on the Lanai. The house exterior needs painting & Brian will return to pressure clean the entire exterior prior to the Painter arriving. Brian gives great value and anyone considering having any exterior cleaning/pressure cleaning work should get estimates from Brian BEFORE HAVING ANY WORK DONE.
