He showed up on time. He had a really good commercial equipment and he did what he said he would do.

It went deceptively. They did the driveway and gutters for the agreed price. Then Brian offered to do "complementary" pressure clean of porch windows, but hidden and unstated was his intention to charge me in the process $15 for pressure washing the TRACK in which the windows slide! In retrospect the only thing that I could tie back to the unexpected $15 charge was Brian's staring at his workman and saying the word "fifteen",just before the workman began to clean the windows. At the time I had no idea what "fifteen" meant. I thought maybe he was referring to the water pressure the workman should set on his machine. In any case, five minutes later I found out what "fifteen" meant! This guy is sneaky, and I feel that I have been deceived.

This was not the first time I've used Pro Pressure Clean and, as usual, the work they performed exceeded my expectations. When I need this type of work performed again, Pro Pressure Clean will be the people I call.

I was so happy with Brian and his crew, I already scheduled next years cleaning. They were very professional, they arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Brian even cleaned all the doors and windows around the lanai when he was done. I would definitely recommend them!

Brian and Jason were very prompt and courteous, and did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. Before they started, they explained exactly what they were going to do, and as they cleaned, they showed me what they found. While cleaning the roof vent, they discovered a rain gutter blocked with leaves, and they also took care of that. In addition, Brian set me up on a yearly cleaning schedule.

Brian and his team are professional and do a great job. I like that he will book you out another 6 months for the maintenance. He has worked with me many times when I had to switch dates

Brian and his crew were on time and worked non stop. The work was exceptional. I purchased my home in July. The home sits on a wooded lot. There had not been proper maintenance on the areas cleaned in years. It was not an easy job to get the pool cage in particular cleaned, but they succeeded. I am so happy with their work that they will be back next month to wash the house, windows and screens.

The owner and workers for Pro Pressure Clean are very professional. Everything they did was top notch. I am so happy with the service they provided. Also, the owner noticed that I had several roof tiles that had cracks or needed replacement which I was unaware of, and he replaced them for a nominal fee. He saved me lots of money and potential damage to the interior of my home. They showed up on time, and even called the day before to ensure we were on the same schedule. Minimal to none of the dirt from the patio went into the pool. This was a first for me. I have used pressure cleaners who have done a good job, but put so much dirt into the pool, my pool cleaners spent a lot of time cleaning the pool. Plus, I had to fix the mulch surrounding the pool. I didn't have to do a thing after they finished. The house smelled so clean. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends here in Black Diamond. They are very professional and go above and beyond the scope of their business. If they see issues with your home, they bring it to your attention; and if they can repair, they will. Wonderful contractors. They have earned my business for the future.

Great! Brian came out and looked at what I needed done, gave me a quote for the work. We scheduled a date and he arrived on time did an excellent job! I was amazed at how clean he got my sidewalk, it looks almost brand new. I then decided to schedule him back to pressure wash the driveway to match the sidewalk!

He was very outgoing and friendly. Obviously wants to please customers. The roof looks new again. In fact, a home inspector giving us a quote for windows a few weeks after the roof was cleaned said, "Obviously your roof is brand new". I told him it had been six years. It was that nice looking!

It went extremely well. They showed up on time. They got to work immediately. Brian even made suggestions about some of the areas that needed cleaning. We're very very pleased. The prices were well within reason. And yes, if and when we need work done, we wouldn't hesitate to call.

I wasn't sure how much of the mold and stains they would be able to get clean on a 7 year old house, but after they were done I was extremely impressed!! Will definitely be calling again for yearly cleaning! They also cleaned my dryer vent.

I was pleased with the job overall.A couple of areas still had discoloration. Left a bag of debris because they got caught in a down pour.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work even in the rain. All the crew members were courteous, helpful to move all my plants out of the way on the lanai, and make sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving, I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I cannot say anything but good things about him. cannot ask for anybody better. He always goes above and beyond everything.

I had no idea just how filthy my house was until it was cleaned by Brian and his crew! It really is like a new house! My neighbor asked if I had had the house painted because it looked like new.
