Description of Work: There is no doubt in my mind that Joe's Carpet is the best in the business! I can clearly understand why the people in Citrus County has selected them as the "Best of the Best" for more than 15 years in a row! We needed carpet for two rooms (our living room and bedroom) and we are very happy with all of the staff at Joe's. First, there was Tanaya....she got everything going. She gave us solid information about different carpets and scheduled an appointment for measurements and a quote. And when we visited the store to look at carpets, she taught us a lot and was an amazing source of information! Next, there was John who contacted us to explain the process and answer our questions. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with working with his company! And next there was Bill who came to our home for the measurements and to do the quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! So......our thanks goes to all the staff who have treated us very well!!! And...we'd like to say thanks to Angies list for having Joe's on their list! If you are looking for quality carpet, great and friendly service, and at a great price.....I highly recommend you consider using Joe's Carpet in Crystal River. We are already looking to give them more work and are recommending them to our friends and acquaintances. As a side note.....we first contacted another company (Empire T_____), and their estimate was significantly more for a lesser quality carpet and their measurements were much larger than what I measured or what Bill measured!!! They even wanted us to buy before they left our home (pressure)! And after we got additional quotes showing how expensive they were, we can understand why they didn't want us to shop around!!! Again.....Joe's Carpet has best products and customer service we've experienced!!! They will treat you right and they won't rip you off!!!

Description of Work: Just did a review for Joes Carpeting Crystal River should have been Joes Carpeting inverness. Ray and Dillon did a great job and great clean up. No problems. Did laminate in bedrooms, hall and closets. Will call when I need the rest of the house done. Hope I get the same two people again.

Description of Work: Excellent service from start to finish. They accomodated my date of installation and the installers were very good and personable. Excellent quality work.

Description of Work: I called to schedule a repair in early November. An estimator came out within 3 days which was great. His office then scheduled my work for early Dec. this is not my primary home so travelled and took vacation to have work done. They were no show and after extensive discussion with GM came to realize his staff dropped ball. I was surprised that he did not have record of their estimate or our call to set up time. They did not do the work as they were short staffed and focused on install jobs. A shame this happened as we will likely be re flooring our entire home this year.

Description of Work: Removed and took old carpet and installed wall to wall carpet in one room. They were actually early, had a crew of 4 guys. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Installed flooring, salseperson was very helpful and the installers were on time and very professional. And I ain't easy to please.
