The service repair person did a much more thorough job than any previous firms we hired to do the same job (clean out our dryer vents).

Scott and Dalton arrived on time ready to start! They were VERY professional and fun which made my stress better. They went above and beyond! Re did old 1974 plumbing, and at fair price. Now we have great water pressure and lots of hot water! They called in help to re do plumbing, Jeff and Mike to bring extra supplies and they also were great! Job well done guys! Your boss should be proud of a great crew! Will use them again if needed. Would highly recommend this business and this crew of four! Thank you so very much!

Replaced a warranty part one hour labor charged over $300. Also replaced expansion tank in that hour and charged for part was excessive. Service person was very good. When I first called was told service was $75.00 per hour plus a $79 charge to come to house. Was told wouldn't be charged another $79 if they had to come back. Ended up paying over $550.00! Replaced a warranty item which was next day shipped to me free then cost of the expansion tank and installation of both parts. Was unable to get anyone else to come and install items until the following week so had to pay if I wanted hot water.

I hired J.M. Plumbing to do a safety check on my in ground gas service. He checked my gas plumbing and assured me that my gas line was plumbed correctly. I was concerned because I had read about potential incorrect installations in the garages of homes built in the Villages about the time my home was built (2004) Would recommend this company, professional and prompt service. Charges were appropriate for job done. I'm glad to know of them for any further plumbing issues, gas or water.

This is an excellent company. I contacted them yesterday and told them about the problem with my hot water tank. A young man, Matt, was at my home at 9:00 AM this morning and had a new 40 gallon tank with all new plumbing installed before noon! When I need a plumber in the future, I will surely call J.M. Plumbing!

Austin the repair man was awesome. he was professional, competent, courteous and neat. he showed up on time and when he had to go get a part, he returned on time. I will always want Austin for any plumbing needs.

It took two visits for the problem with the toilet to be solved. Parts had to be ordered. The important thing is that they fixed the problem and did not charge for the 2nd trip.

The first one they installed didn't work. The unit was bad so we shipped it back to the company and they sent another one and they came back in and installed it, their follow-through is very good.

They came out right on time and completed the project and installed a new vanity in the the bathroom as well.

They are reliable and completed project when promised. Provided advise for our next project and we will be calling them again when ready.

Seemed a little expensive for the job but came same afternoon that I called on a weekend,

The company was really a lifesaver. They were able come to our home to remove our old hot water heater within two hours after called. This was important because our contractor needed to lay tile and paint the room where the water heater was located. They also responded quickly to install a new heater after the room was finished. They were professional, timely and courteous. My wife and I were thrilled with the support received from this company.

I CALLED THEM AT 10 AM AT BY 5 PM THEY HAD MY HOT WATER HEATER IN STALLED I WAS AMAZED AT HOW FAST THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT AND DO THE JOB FOR THE SAME PRICE AS 4 OTHERS I TALKED TO. EXCELLENT JOB, VERY PLEASED!!!!!!

J.M. Plumbing sent Clint. He asked me a few questions and determined what I needed. Fortunately he had a new water heater and replaced mine. Now I finally have hot water. I'm very pleased with the service.
