I called multiple plumbers after hours and no one answered. This included the bigger guys that have been around for a while. JM answered and had someone at my house within the hour, fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. Extremely reasonable. Thank you for the prompt service. We have a few houses that we rent and I’m 100% sure we’ve found our new plumber.

Don't expect a true, full, Florida-cancel-able contract for estimate nor an itemized bill. Refer to Florida 's Statues concerning contracts, especially where buyers have three days to decide against such work and that the Law is to be part of said contracts. The owner needs to be forced to follow such Laws. The owner, also needs to understand that bullying or threatening a senior citizen is considered a felony, too. Finally, as a Disabled American Veteran, I'm reluctant to recommend his company, but he has some fine employees that do great work, without excuses.

My water heater stopped working this morning, I thought I was going to be waiting days to get it replaced. I contacted JM plumbing, they came out in a few hours and had a brand new water heater installed! James and Tom were very nice and personable, they explained everything to me and did a wonderful job

I would have put five stars but it only let me put 4 1/2. I called and discussed what I needed and they were here within the hour, very knowledgeable and very clean while working. Explained any questions I had and ones I didn't have. I would recommend J.M. Plumbing to everyone... I had a new Hot Water Heater installed, they took away the old and were in and out in no time. First went to wrong address and then brought wrong size Water Heater to install. Probably my fault when giving the size of my old one. Finished cost was $135 more than quoted over the phone. Overall I was satisfied with the project and service was very punctua.l
