I called after hours and they were here first thing in the morning. They were not here 15 minutes from start to finish. I had a clogged kitchen drain and they unclogged it immediately. Would absolutely hire them again. I paid less for this service than a competitor who came out to tell me how to fix a hose bib. They told me to go to Ace Hardware in Homosassa but did not help me. I hated to call a plumber after that. Will call JM Plumbing again.

JM was friendly, professional and thoourough. Went the extra mil to help out with suggestions for possible repairs taht may be needed in the future, but not pushy. my cabin is old (1948 vintage) and has had some questionale work done in the past. Very satisfied and im keeping their card handy!!!

They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them!!!! This plumber did in about 5 min perfectly what another plumber a couple hours to do and screwed up.

First to call back and come out; very courteous. Had to come out again on broken sink stopper; job wasn't quite right the first time. Tub drain running better but not great.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable and had the problem taken care of in a short time.

Did a great job. Had to call several times after a problem came up. But over all he does great work and would use him again. Went to bat for me in a pinch.
