The repairman explained that there may be a problem with the quality of my water causing the heater to clog and over work. He replaced a thermostat and said to monitor the situation. If there were no more problems then it would be o.k. If not, I may have to put in a water treatment system in the future, but that might get a little expensive and I should try this first. He wasn't trying to sell me a water treatment system unnecissarily. I would definetly recommend J.M. Plumbing.

They kept me informed of what was happening. The initial water heater they install turned out to have a factory defect. They immediately contacted the distributor to try and fix the item. When that did not work. they obtained a replacement the very next day and installed it.

I'm pleased that I selected this firm as they did a good job, were on time, and and were available to answer their phone when I called. The gentleman that provided the service was very professional and gave me a fair price for the work that he did. Extremly professional and considerate of my time.

I needed an old shower faucet replaced. The day they called to come do the work, I was told there was an error in the original estimate. I'm not sure if the error was theirs or mine, but they did offer me the chance to cancel the job. Overall, I thought it was a fair price. It was an extremely tight work area. I spoke to another person who didn't want to replace the faucet because of the tight workspace. I was surprised they could do the work without having to make the hole larger and install a smitty plate.
