Tech Myles called to advise he would arrive later then expected. Tech was courteous , explained what I needed done regarding replacing my 50 gal. Water Heater . Tech mistakenly ordered a wider Tank which would not fit thru closet door way. Tech made a call ordered a new Tank, he responded to pick it up , returned with the new Tank and installed it. He explained everything he was doing during installation. He also gave me info on how to maintain my Water Heater properly. In addition to warranty on his installation and Manufacture. Myles was very professional he made the experience very pleasant. If your having problems with your Water Heater or Plumbing problems I would highly recommend you call J&M Plumbing ! For this job pricing for replacement and labor was very fair. A+

Myles arrived within agreed upon time frame, looked at what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and completed the faucet installation and valve replacements within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Job was completed as promised and in a timely manner. One thing I did really appreciate was that Myles did not come in bashing plumbers that had been in for other problems. Over the years, I have found that to be inherent with repair people. I will most definitely use J.M. Plumbing again.

According to the plumber my toilets would cost as much to fix as to get new ones. This is where I have a problem. I'm sure there are very good toilets much less than the one recommended. I've told people what I paid to have two toilets and a kitchen faucet installed and they say I was taken advantage of. This hurts to bad in a new city and this happened. The plumber who did the work was on time and did the work in a timely manner. Sorry for the semi negative review.
