Everything went as planned, no problems and Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time installed the heater without a fuss, upgraded the electrical panel to service the heater. Just nice people to deal with.

I received an immediate call back and appointment set up when I called for service. The technician, Kyle, that returned my call and subsequent service was one of the most polite and informative young man I've encountered in a long time. It took trial and error to finally figure out what was causing the and quot;air hammerand quot; but Kyle was determined. Sadly, it turned out to be an and quot;off marketand quot; shower/bath faucet a handyman used to replace a leaky one. Needless to say, I was quite irritated because Kyle and the internet searches all said never use after market plumbing supply parts. I've learned my lesson, I will only use qualified, licensed, insured technicians even for what I feel is the little stuff. This was a no brainer and the handyman should have been able to resolve the issue. As for Duncan Plumbing, they will be my and quot;go to companyand quot; when I redo the kitchen and baths in addition to all plumbing issues....and I will request Kyle. I feel much better knowing I have an honest, reliable and knowledgable company to call in the future.

They did a good job and I was happy with what they did. I was hoping for a little bit of a discount for being a senior citizen, I felt the price was high than I planned on spending.

The repair only took a few minutes. I thought the price was too high but it is what they charge for a service call. He did not charge me for the part. I had to have them come back out because the part did not work. He replaced it at no charge. They came out the same day I called and were very prompt.

Our cabinet maker suggested that we contact them when I asked who they had been working with lately. Without hesitation they recommended them as somebody who was reliable and reasonable. I called them when the cabinet people were 2 days ahead of schedule and they said no problem they would come out that day. It took them a bit longer than I thought but I was still grateful they were able to work me into the schedule at the last minute. THEN it turned out that they only had to do one thing that day and the bulk of the work the following day AFTER the cabinet guys were done. They did not charge me for a second trip charge but kept it at the first days quote. I really appreciated that.

I asked a few neighbors for recommendations of plumbers and got three names. Then consulted Angie's List, only one matched, Duncan and Son Plumbing. I called, got answering service, and received return call from owner within a half hour. Due to the age of the heater, I only asked about replacement. After discussing pros and cons of tankless, and heat pump types, I decided on replacing with standard electric heater. The plumber, Jimmy, arrived on time the next morning and had the job completed in little over an hour. I was impressed with his efficiency and skill.

I was very happy with them. They did good work and it made a great improvement in the areas where I needed most of the work. They did not have a lot of replacement parts that they used but they fixed the problem. I am not sure if it cost $215 or $237. It seemed to be a little expensive and a little more money than what I thought that it would have been but I don't have a problem anymore. They got rid of the garbage disposal too which was causing a problem. It was breeding bacteria that were making an odor which had to be taken care of.

The owner came by and gave us an estimate. We set up a time. He followed up exactly on what he said he would and when he said he would do it. They did a great job. His employees were great. It was just a good experience. The price was reasonable. I would use him again.

When I saw a water stain in front of the washing machine on the hardwood floor, I looked behind the washing machine and saw the valve dripping into a small lake behind the washing machine. I checked Angie's List for a plumber and called Ducon and Son because they were close and had an and quot;Aand quot; rating. They said they would be out after lunch to check out the problem. Four hours later, on the same day I called, the plumber came in, replaced two leaking twist valves with new quarter turn valves, wiped up the small lake behind the washing machine, charged me $140 and 40 minutes after he arrived, he left. Problem fixed the same day, quickly, professionally and he cleaned up the water which he didn't have to do. I would recommend these people to anyone and everyone.

It wasn't cheap; but it was within the price range he quoted over the phone ($185.00). We were very satisfied with the services we paid for. The plumber was very knowledgable, and affected the repairs quickly and correctly. We are planning to remodel another bathroom later this year. We will definitely use Duncan and Son again. They may not be the cheapest, but they are extremely professional and more importantly, trustworthy.

They did a great job but the price was a little much for what they did. They are very responsive.

The job was done in a friendly and professional manner. A slight problem reocurred the next day and someone arrived to repair it within 30 minutes of my call.

I would most assuredly recommend them to friends and I will call them whenever I have a plumbing problem again.

He was so neat, clean, and tidy in every thing he did. He did excellent work, and he was very fast as well. When Mitch called me he was laughing. He told me he was laughing to keep me form crying. He was trying to relax me because I was so worried. He is kind, friendly, courteous, and just made me feel so relaxed. I felt he would be able to take care of everything. I have never met anyone that would do so much for such a low price. He is so honest. The 185 dollars includes all new parts inside the holding tank.
