Tom arrived on time, worked diligently on all three systems. Set up and tested network printer, without having to add a new printer or hardware. Took more than the estimated time, but charged a very fair price.

After finally accepting that my CPU was not going to reboot, I called Tom from CPR - Computer Problem Resolutions. I had called a big box store tech department but was not impressed with the price or the service. Tom had an excellent rating so I decided to see if he could help. He answered my call promptly and we made an appointment for him to come to my home to assess the problem. He knew exactly what had to be done, gave me his hourly rate and all possible scenarios for repair once he had a chance to take it to his shop. After attempting to repair the old hard drive, it became apparent that it was corrupt. He continued to attempt to save the data on the old drive while making arrangements for the purchase of a new drive and additional RAM. During the few days Tom had my computer at his shop, he answered my calls of concern promptly and always kept me informed (communication with Tom is excellent - something many service companies lack). He understood the urgency of my getting the computer back as soon as possible and worked very diligently, in spite of having other customers he was working with. I never felt that I was less than his most important customer. Tom kept the final appointment promptly at the agreed time and within a couple hours I was up and running. He has generously agreed to continue to try to recover data from the old drive, knowing that I lost a considerable amount of data.

This company had a very reasonable price. The man would repaired my computer was professional and knowledgeable in this business. I would recommend him... to anyone.

Great! He spent a good 45 mins. on the phone talking with me about my needs. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and I was impressed that he didn't hurry me off the phone. We set a date to have the work done. He showed up on the appointed date and time and completed all the work we discussed. He knows his stuff, communicates well, and is very professional. I won't hesitate to call on him again.

He was very very accommodating and knowledgeable. When I called it was an immediate response, however, he had a personal situation going on, so he had to leave and come back the next day to finish up.

Tom was contacted by e-mail at 10:16 am on a Saturday. Within 15 minutes, he called to set up an appointment the same day. He was right on time and spent well over 3 hours diagnosing the malware problem, cleaning up my desktop computer, and setting up a wireless connection between my laptop and printer. Neither solving the malware removal nor setting up the wireless connection to the printer went as easily as expected. But Tom exhibited excellent problem solving skills and accomplished his aims. He also is highly professional and maintains a respectful attitude toward his customer. It is not easy finding a computer technician who really knows his or her "stuff." Without any question, I would use him again and highly recommend him to any one who needs computer services.

I dropped my laptop from about 3 feet and bent the USB ports that reside in the back because I had a jump drive in at the time. I called a couple of places starting at the top of Angie's List and Tom from CPR was the 1st one to actually pick up the phone. He could not come out that day because I had somewhere to be but he showed up exactly as promised at 10am the next morning. He had to take my computer with him and he had it for 2 days and then brought it back to me, this was all done on a holiday weekend. Extremely professional and prompt as well as reasonably priced.

Tom is responsive and professional. The computer virus was the worst I've seen. Tom also gave me pointers on how these new viruses invade computers.

I found Tom on Angie's list (I joined that day!) and he responded within 24 hours. Things looked bleak and I was looking at buying a new computer and software--thousands of dollars, I thought. Tom did confess that this would be a challenge, but took my computer and worked hours on it at his office. We had daily contact and updates. He understood my distress and looked at many options to save me money and make things easier. The end result is that he was able to recover all data, do preventive work for the future, and make things much easier for me. Tom is definitely my computer man and I will call him with no hesitation and recommend him to all I know. He was a pleasure to work with--professional, respectful and he knows his stuff!!!

I was totally impressed by Tom's knowledge, enthusiasm for the job done and price! They all exceeded my expectations. I will use Tom for all my computer needs and will highly recommend him to my friends. If you need quick computer service with great results, call Tom. He was fantastic!

Tom was on time, and worked his tail off for us, explaining what he was doing.

I'm computer challenged and was frustrated at slowness of system. When I got, the laptop had many programs installed that I'll never use. Many went through an update each time I logged on. Tom removed many programs and changed others to allow access without automatically looking for an update. I took 1 1/2 pages of notes to assist in future running of virus protection and cleanups. Tom arrived about 20 minutes later than scheduled. He spent just over 3 hours with me sitting at his side watching what he did and trying to understand. He was patient and allowed me time to make notes and/or do functions myself. The charge was $70. I gave him $100. It was worthwhile to me. He would have stayed longer and helped with other learning experiences (photos) but I was brain dead and said no. Maybe another time.

Very well. There was prompt and good communication between serviceman and me. Good price on repair work, others wanted to charge me much more money. Very friendly serviceman who fixed my computer in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Well. He was on time and fair price for the amount of work and the amount of time he was here.

I don't think there is anything Tom doesn't know when it comes to computers and how they work. He certainly has all the required knowledge needed for repairs of any kind. He is fast and efficient and does whatever it takes to get the job done. His fees are more than fair, even to the point of possibly being too low! I would recommend Tom to anyone and certainly will use him in the future for all computer-related problems.

Called Tom and explained the problems we were having. He felt confident he could handle the situation, and we received "same-day" service. Tom is always prompt in his response time, very professional attitude, and the most knowledgeable computer tech person I have ever met. His charges have always been fair. I don't even bother shopping around anymore. We are Internet based, and when our computers are down, so is our business. I have to have someone who is quick, reliable, and most importantly, knows what they are doing. Tom has never let us down!

My computer was running very slow, sometimes freezing up completely. I put up with it (although with increasing frustration) until I lost Outlook and all of my emails and contacts. This data is the lifeblood of my work. On short notice Tom came in, and after a few solid hours of work, he took the time to describe what he did and what we could do in the future to prevent this from happening again. Numerous viruses had to be removed, spyware identified and removed, as well as extensive registry cleaning. I was shocked when he charged me only $150. I would have paid twice that. In addition small inexpensive improvements were recommended by Tom that extends the life of the computer indefinitely. My computer runs so well now I call Tom each time something looks amiss. I am relatively good with computers but Tom really knows the processes behind the functionality and keeps me running'!
