Was very painless. Took about 3 hours.

Installers, Billy and Casey were approximately 1/2 hour early (which worked out great for me), they both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful--answering all my questions. Clayton, another excellent employee, was the person who initially came when I called for an estimate. I had a lot of questions that he answered to my satisfaction. The office staff were all very customer service oriented also. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing their services.

Before we had this work done, our old garage door use to creak with loud noises as it opened and closed. It is not silent when it opens and closes. I have a bad habit of driving off and not closing the garage door. Now with the new automatic door closure, I can set the timer and the door closes automatically. The new outside key pad allows family members to access out house if we are not home. To finish up the job, he programmed my wife's Honda Odyssey garage door opener and left us with two addition door openers for our two other cars. Technician was very professional and did a very good job.

When I called to make the appointment they told me they could come the next day. I was shocked and told them it was not an emergency. They still came promptly. They called when they said they would call and came on time. They also were able to help me program my auto link in my car and suggested I purchase a spare remote. The new remote works so much better than the one that came with the house. It has a better range. Thanks Brent.

The service technician was polite and professional. The door was serviced and adjusted. He also put on my pin pad entry and helped me program it. I highly recommend.

Brent was our service technician. He showed up on time and after about 15 minutes explained exactly what had happened and what it would take to fix. His work was fantastic, door worked even better than new! He then took the time to explain how the safety release worked and made sure we could engage it and physically lift the door. Everything was cleaned up, tested again, and he explained how to monthly check the door. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

After some miss-communication at the start with the office, the Tech came, gave a bid that was reasonable and I accepted. We agreed on a time for installation. Time came and two techs came to install the new garage door. The techs were professional and courteous. A credit to themselves and Precision. The door was installed. The County code inspector came, looked everything over was happy and signed off.

I bought the service thinking that I would be getting a good deal. However like most things in life there is no such thing. The service to "inspect" the door took about 40 seconds. I was upset to think that that is what I just paid $99 for. To fix the cables they wanted to charge me more than the original service. I wonder what would have been cheaper? If I had just called to have them come and fix the door or use Angie's offer? Not sure. The whole service visit and repair took less than an hour. $239.90 to service my garage door. My husband is a handy man and I thought i was getting him a gift. It takes more than an hour to make $200 for his work. He might have to change his business. I'm not sure if I will use this again. It seems to be a lure. They are the company we originally called when we first purchased this home to have it serviced but refused to come out because no warranties transfer to new owners. The door works and sounds great but I'm out twice as much money. The guys were polite, worked fast and did the job well. They explained what we needed to do to maintain the door for it's optimal life. They called and said they could come early and if that was okay, so I let them. They arrived when they said they would. I appreciate their prompt arrival.

Neal arrived exactly at the time we agreed on the phone. He immediately examined the garage door and made his assessment. I already knew about the spring but he also noticed other areas that were deficient and could present a safety issue in the future. He is a courteous and pleasant person as well as very professional. We discussed options and pricing and he began the work, He is a very knowledgeable person in his field. His expert workmanship shows in every aspect of what he does. He explained everything phase of his work and I learned a lot from him today. This is a 5 star technician, no doubt about it. Precision Garage is a well oiled machine and well managed company. I can tell they just don't hire anybody. Neal, buddy, thanks for everything, you exceeded expectations.

They showed up for repair and were honest about it not being able to be fixed without on going issues. We then chose to purchase a new garage door through them with a new opener. They showed up on time and completed all work very professionally and on time. They explained all new operations and showed us how to program it. We were very impressed by there customer focus and service.

The technician described several options, including some that were not available through Precision Garage Door Service, and helped me decide on the best approach. His advice and eventual recommendation did not maximize his income, but rather was best for my needs. I am extremely happy with the result.

Precision Door contacted us with a time, told us their rep was Corey. Corey was prompt knowledgeable and spotted my problem immediately. He had the part I needed on his truck, installed the Coupler Sleeve and methodically showed me areas of concern with my door which needed attention. We were so impressed .

I thought at first they were trying to sell me things I didn't need. The owner, Kevin, took care of my concerns after leaving my initial review. They ended up coming out and doing services on my garage door- replaced springs and replaced the motor. They did a good job, the motor is quite. I would recommend them to anyone!

As I stated the deal was great the recommended spring was reasonable. I probably could have gotten another couple of years out of it but it was a n opportune time for both of us. I would use them again. My door is the quietest I can remember. Pretty much new.

They were very good. This was at my daughters house. I did end up paying something extra but I can't remember how much. They did good on both houses.

Excellent Job On Quote & Install. Arrived timely for both the quote & also the install. Performed services for both door installs on same day. Cleaned up after themselves & were very professional. Would definitely hire them again & would highly recommend them.

Overall, I am happy with the woork performed for the amount paid. The technician really knew his stuff and was very personable. My only criticism is that he quickly presented two other things that he recommended that would cost $595 (for all new hinges and rollers) or $400 (for new springs) aside from what I had them here to do. I did not feel that either of those suggestions were necessary at this time and told him so. He even said, for some reason, that he did not recommend putting the new rollers on our door as they would add to much weight for the opener which was ten years old. I found that pretty unbelievable. I finally told him to simply perform what I had paid for as I felt that it would improve the performance of the garage door and quiet it somewhat, which it did.
