Dear (removed member name) I would like to apologize for not responding to you. On November 29th my son was run over a hit and run driver and was airlifted to the hospital barely alive. He was in intensive care in critical condition for for 12 days. As the owner I manage our Angie's List customers myself because we really value this company and their customers. Description of Work: We've used Precision in the past with favorable comments posted. In this case we had a door that would stick upon opening and closing. Precision came out and said we needed new springs, and we opted to have the rollers replaced, for a total cost of $423. One week later, we had the same problem. Precision came back out and said we needed a new motor this time, even though the problem was the very same as the first call. The new motor cost $470. $893.00 seems like a lot of money for a garage door repair!
