The service man called to confirm and actually asked if he could come a little early, which was great. He showed up on time and completed a full inspection of all springs, rollers and the cause of our garge door being crooked. He was able to repair it within minutes and it works perfectly! We have used Precision Garage Doors in the past and have always found them to be extremely professional and reasonably priced. The thing we like the best is that they have never tried to push us to buy things we don't need - like a new garage door!

Customer service was excellent from setting appointment to completion of work. Our technician was Casey and he was very professional form the moment he arrived. He installed the new nylon rollers and adjusted the door so that it operates better than ever. He also gave me some maintenance tips.. Awesome company that I highly recommend.

It went very well. The installer was friendly, professional, and my garage doors certainly showed remarkable improvement. I had no issue with the quality of the installation and product, nor with the professionalism of the installer. My only complaint is that they charged a pretty penny for installing the garage door springs, and I've seen better installed prices from other companies since then. So, shop around, and maybe they will bargain with you. I would hire them again, if their prices for the particular service were in line with other quotes.

When Kevin finished the door operated very smoothly and very quietly. Kevin was a very personable individual who knew his craft. I was very pleased Precision Doors.

The first time I used them was probably a year and a half ago and the second time was like I said, about a year ago. The first time, that was an A; that was when they changed the rollers and gave me a general tune-up.

It was a great service. They gave me un appointment in the same day. The technician called me 20 min before the arriveing time. He was very professional and friendly, change the battery and made adjustments to improve the system. If I need it I will call them again.

Good. Nice people, very helpful & explained everything very well. Cost wise, I doubt anyone is happy spending hard-earned $$ and I think it was pretty expensive. However, I also believe you get what you pay for and cut rate prices will usually get less than desired results. Overall, I'm happy with what I got. The only issue I have is, when my van is in the garage & I open the rear hatch, it hits on the door bottom support. We put some foam on the frame, but that affects the sensors and the door won't close. I called Precision back and inquired about a solution. The person I talked to suggested extending the sensors out so the foam won't interfere with the signal. That sounds good, but I have no idea how to do that. I was hoping that their customer service would give me more help. Makes me feel like since the door is installed & paid for, customer service is not necessary.

They couldn't find anything wrong, they lubricated the garage door and that was it, it was making noise, but that was fixed. A lot of people try to upsell, he did not. He was very straightforward.

I needed something else, I will be calling them when I have the money to fix what is wrong.

My garage door is old and I wanted a seal put along the bottom of the door. And the seal was just no longer available, they said. They were prompt to get back to me and I have nothing against them but it just didn't work out. They quoted me a new garage door but I couldn't do that. But it's not really fair to give them a C but I thought the price was high but the thing is, I didn't get any other quotes on the garage door so I really don't know what the competition is doing. I really don't want to bad mouth them or give them an ok but I don't know what else to do. C is average so.. It's possible that I might call them again at some point down the road I'm gonna look into a new garage door, but not right at this moment, I've got other priorities right now.

They were on time, courteous, completed the work in a satisfactory time and were gone. We hired them because the previous owner used them.

It was $2,000. They did excellent work. We had to have it inspected by our county and the county thought they did an excellent job. They did a real top-notch job very efficiently, real good work.

They installed a new bottom seal, as I requested. In addition, they installed a new belt driven garage door opener with battery backup. Belts and all warranties listed on invoice. My neighbor and I are impressed with how quiet this opener is! They did a superior job!
