Description of Work: Between my discovery of a broken opener belt and completion of the remedy took about 4 hours. The technician gave me 3 written "suggestions" (estimates) to address the problem, and I OKed the second suggestion. The technician replaced the belt, center bearing, springs, and torsion tube. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and I believe the fixes will extend the useful life of my garage door opener motor.

Description of Work: The young man came on time, and called before he was about to arrive. He replaced the steel rollers with nylon/plastic ones, which are much, much quieter. The door wouldn't hardly shut, and he fixed that problem, and he explained how he fixed it. He performed a safety check and gave me the results. The few "Fails" were ones that did not need to be addressed at present, and I appreciated his honesty about that. I will definitely call Precision if/when I need any further help with my garage door.

Description of Work: Technicians arrived as scheduled. Looked at garage door, said I already had the silencing package on the door. Asked if I had invoices from the work. Looked for old invoices. Invoice indicated I had the silencing package. Noise was from bearings wearing out. They installed new bearings and springs. I paid for guarantee.
