Description of Work: Depending on the results of this review I would probably hire them again. Prior to their arrival I had a perfectly functioning garage door, although a bit noisy. Now I have a non functioning garage door that will NOT open. The technican was able to replace all but one roller. Said to tell whomever comes back to replace the last roller. The technician explained things very well, but now instead of a $99.00 job, I'm looking at a $500.00 job. I guess i gotta sit tight until next month when my SSA comes and try it again.

Description of Work: Barry replaced an existing standard garage door with a Clopay 16x7 9200W6 insulated hurricane garage door. The first time he came out to install the new door he noticed a crack in the header of the garage and not knowing how deep the crack was advised us that the header may not hold the weight of the new door. Good observation and glad it was brought to our attention. I only wish that this had been observed by the representative that sold us the door as it was in plain sight and could have been corrected while the door was being manufactured. So, the new door was taken back and the old garage door had to be screwed to the wall as the track had already been taken down and was not able to be put back up. After having the header repaired, Barry returned again with the new door. He was on time, did the job in a professional manner and cleaned up everything when finished. The door is working as expected and am learning new things that can be done with the menu program as I take time to read the booklet. I now realize it can be set up to my Iphone and let me know when I have left the house and forgot to close the garage door. After the initial hiccup, everything went better than expected. The workers were professional and respectful of our property and never uttered any profanity which I have found to be common with other contractors here which I find offensive. Hopefully, we get many years of good service from the new door.
