The technician was prompt and courteous. He adjusted my spring tension and installed a new Garage door opener in a timely manner.

The technician was very friendly and called with his expected time of arrival in the morning. The biggest disappointment was when I got the bill there was a $20 "Fuel/Energy Surcharge" fee that was never even mentioned or discussed when I called to schedule service. Additionally, the placement of the keypad was located so close to the garage door that when I went to use it for the first time opening and closing the cover rubs against the garage door itself so I will have to relocate it on my own. Wish I hadn't paid $65 for that work. The technician was out of lightbulbs so he said he was sorry and I would need to supply my own. Price wise the installation for each garage door opener was $15 more than the same intallation in the Washington DC area (where cost of living is much greater and I would expect to have to pay more up North). Additionally, when I scheduled the service over the phone I mentioned I had coupons from the company website and was told to give them to the technician when he arrived and he would take the money off the quoted price. Well I did that but the technician said they already gave me a better deal and the price I was quoted was better than if I had supplied the coupons. Overall it just left a sour impression to go through that with everything else. Especially the gas/trip fee of $20!!!!!! That should be the price of doing business or at least should have been mentioned to me BEFORE scheduling service. I thought it was rather sneaky to also have me fill out a paper evaluation on the spot in front of the technician which they later mail into Angie's List to get good ratings. Not only did I not have time to even look things over but you shouldn't have to be stood over while writing an honest evaluation that then gets handled by the company - who knows if they change the ratings afterwards???? A MAJOR factor in using this company was Angie's List but I learned my lesson through this experience.

Spring broke, Called on Sat morning. The earliest they could come out was late afternoon ( around dinner time) but was glad they could make it on a Sat. They phoned several times keeping us informed. Dennis fixed the door with new springs and was very nice and professional. Very pleased with his work. Very Pleasant.

Man arrived right on time and performed the tasks in a very timely and professional manner. Knew what he was doing and completed the job a lot quicker than I thought. Satisfied with the job.

He was fine and to the best of my recollection he did a good job checking out the door. He also gave me good advice.

I highly recommend technician Jake. We had two other technicians do some work on the doors but Jake by far was the most knowledgable, professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure the doors were working appropriately, and most importantly, SAFE. He was punctual, explained what had to be done, and just did an outstanding job!

The repairman was here when he said he would be, which was a good first step. He worked hard and quickly after explaining to us our options of repairing or replacing our garage door. He was courteous and knowledgable. When he finished the job, he showed us what he had done and was just a pleasure to talk to. The door is very quiet now, and works better than it ever did! With so many businesses hiring incompetent individuals, and having awful customer service ~ this was a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone, and will call them if need be in the future.

They came out when they said they would and did the job in a timely manner. Of course the wanted to sell some up grades, it was low pressure. They were very professional and very prompt and knowledgeable.

The technician was on time and performed the annual inspection quickly. He lubricated all moving parts of the door. During his inspection he noticed the door's movement up needed adjustment. He tighten the main spring and that solved the issue. I told him about the problem I was having with remotely closing the door. He quickly checked the sensors and determined that one wasn't working. He replaced both and that resolved the problem.

Went well. I guess the cost was fair but I didn't realize how much it would be.

The technician had all the necessary equipment on the truck with him. He completed the installtion, test and provided detailed operating instructions within the estimated time he provided prior to performing the work. He removed all unsused equipment and cleaned up the work area after completing his work. The technician was kind, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend this company.

The cable on our garage door broke and the door came crashing down. Precision came over and gave us a price for an entire new door, but finally agreed to just replace the cable and rollers. A few days later, the door stopped responding. The service man came back and said we needed a new control mechanism for about $450. I said i'd think about it and did some research on line. Based on that I adjusted the electric eye that keeps the door from closing on a person or object. Worked perfectly!

This service was worth a lot more than I paid for. Neil was the ultimate professional technician with all the skill and knowledge that goes with it. He looked at all points on garage door from joints seal, spring and opener. He also made sure I understood what condition my door was in, the work that was done and future maintenance that would be needed. Upon my experience with Neil, this is the company to hire.

Overall I had a good experience with this company. The timetable was acurate and the materials installed were excellent.

He was very open and forthcoming about what needed to be taken care of right away and what items could wait a year or so. I was very pleased with him. The price was fixed because of the coupon.
