Precision Garage Door Service

Everything turned out well. The technician that came out was actually the same one that worked on the garage door a couple of years ago. Once again, he was punctual, friendly and helpful, and did a great job in all respects.

The garage door was extremely loud and squeaky when the technician arrived. After his examination of the door and associated parts we discussed the worn springs and rusty rollers. Neal clearly explained what could be repaired/replaced through the tune-up and silencing package I had purchased. We discussed what should be replaced at a minimum in the future, When he explained the overhaul package and that, yes, he also carried a wireless entry keypad that I could purchase, I decided to upgrade the services package I wanted. The overhaul package included the replacement of the two large torsion springs above the door, replacement of the heavy duty 12" lift drums, installation of noise reduction nylon rollers, replacement of safety cables, and a heavy duty flanged center bearing. Everything was adjusted, balanced and lubed. I programmed the wireless entry keypad which Neal then installed outside of the garage door. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and the door no longer screeched when it was operated. Neal worked quickly and cleaned up everything in his work area before he left. ...and as I lowered the door as he drove away, I enjoyed the blessed quiet of the garage!

Everything was fine. He was very informative. He didn't try to up-sell me at all. I was initial having issues with the garage door locking up and he suggested that I purchase the Big Deal because the service I needed would fall under the scope of the Deal and save me some money. I have no complaints and nothing negative to say about Precision Garage Door Service. I would definitely recommend them.

The motor, rollers, and springs all needed to be replaced and there were no safety lasers to prevent the door from closing if something was blocking it. Precision did a great job on this project. We now have a very quiet, fully functional, and life-time guaranteed garage door. The work was done in a few hours and the door works perfectly, not to mention that if anything does go wrong the guarantee covers it. I will say it was quite expensive though - $1,000 to get the door fixed. Most friends we talk to about the door are rather shocked that it cost that much.

He did a great job installing the new Liftmaster opener and it works better than my original opener when it was new! He showed me that my tensions springs were worn causing the door to be out of balance and putting a heavy load on the motor. Glad I had the springs replaced and that should help the whole system last a lot longer. Thanks Again!

However once the service was provided the increased the rate from $39 to right at $200 saying that only the service call was included in the $39 price. The actual labor and parts were not. Rip off!

The response to my inquiry was quick. They offered to come within 24 hrs. The evaluation was thorough and the work was accomplished efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.

We chose not to do the bundle ( for 1,000$. And chose the 500 dollar package. He made the repair and left. After he left, the garage door worked worse than it had when we called him. We called back the next day and he came back. He did something and said it was fine. But that if he had to come back again, he would have to charge us for a service call. After he left, the opener didn't work at all... So we called a different company (ABCO). And they sent a repair man the same day and he fixed it for $ 82.50 !we have had no more problem!..Chris was very slick..like a used car salesman. He got a little testy when we called him back. It was a $500.00 lesson for us!, Don't use PRECISION!!!!!!!

Went well. The door just isn't as quiet as I think it could be.

Rob called to advise me he was on his way and would arrive within 20 minutes. This was within the time frame window i was given for the appointment. I was scheduled to have the tune up and silencing package on both doors, one door package was purchased on Angie's Deals. He arrived with Corey within ten minutes of the call. Both Rob and Corey were professional and explained exactly what work would be done. They called for me to come out to the garage after each door was inspected and went over, in layman's terms what was done and what should be done. My large door did not pass the balance test. I had a complete overhaul done on this door. This large door is used multiple times everyday as our main doorway into and out of the house. I did not feel pressured to have the work done now. In fact Rob suggested i call the company who installed the doors (in 2012) to see if the springs were under any warranty. I decided to have the work done now as they were here and ALL the parts are covered by a Lifetime Warranty, this does not include any human error so i will be careful not to close the door on the garbage can by accident, and i found the price was well worth it. The door will have just as much usage and if and when the parts go they will be covered. Very satisfied with the work and cleanup. Rob and Corey were again professional and courteous. Will use them again for service and repairs and when the time comes for the small garage door overhaul to be done.

replaced old and failing garage door with new door. The new door is now wind resistant certified for hurricanes so all of the hardware, mounting brackets, etc. had to be replaced. They did a great job working around the stuff in the garage.

A little pricey but quality service and professional, polite technician.

The technician replaced and upgraded casters on garage door, checked the spring as well as all other elements, balanced mechanism, lubricated all contact surfaces, and re-positioned door brace to facilitate tighter closure. The job was performed quickly with exceptional professionalism at a terrific bargain.

Ok yes it is an old garage door, and yes the roller that was also broken might be hard to find, but I like the that garage door, it doesn't rust and it's light and easy to open if there's no power or the opener malfunctions. AND I might move in there some day so I'm kind of picky. Thank you very much I'll use plywood on the door if there's a hurricane. For pete sake I have at least 3 days to get ready for a hurricane. I wonder if the conversation might have gone a little different if I was a man?

The repairman, Neal, called an hour ahead of scheduled appointment and asked if it was OK for him to come earlier than scheduled. We said OK and he arrived about less than 15 minutes later. He took a quick look at the problem and gave an estimate. He replaced the damaged spring quickly with another. He was quick, quiet, professional and had a great sense of humor. We have had Precision repairmen from the Vero Beach location out twice (for different issues) and have had prompt and excellent service from both repairmen, Neal and Rob.

The technician arrived on time; was efficient and cleaned the area before he left. The garage door opener works fine and I would recommend them in the future.

Neal was just awesome! Exolained exactly why the door had been goin up and down haphazardly and fixed the problem quickly and efficently. He lubed and the joints on the door and roller and it workd perfectly and so quiet now! He didn't pressure us into anything that we did not need and explained what we may need in the future. I would highly recommend this company!

Our garage door opener wasn't completely closing the door. It 's an Craftsman setup over`10+ years old, and we weren't sure if there was a short. Come to find out that it was due to a sensor being blocked due to bags of garden soil. The tech also showed us that the springs holding the door weren't strong enough to work with our heavy door.
