Precision Garage Door Service

Very prompt, very courteous and explained everything quite well. Recommended we replace the springs on the main garage door as the balance was off. We are still considering his recommendation.

I have no idea what more you want to know. The man arrived on time - performed the task on time. Was polite and obviously experienced in his work. Readily provided answers to my questions. The door is indeed less noisy - as promised.

Neil called before he came (he came about 1245, appt. was for 12-2 pm). I asked if I could watch and he said yes he would like me to do so. He was very helpful and gave some good tips and was out of here in about a half hour with no problems.I would definitely use Precision the next time I need maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone.

That Liftmaster Garage Door Opener System turned out wonderful. I upgraded the system and paid about $1000.00 total. Two employees came out to complete the full service. I had one work on work on it in the morning and then a couple months later I had them come back to install an outside key pad. I checked my receipt a couple months later and realized I had paid for that outside key pad, but it was not installed. I called them up and told them about it and they immediately came back to put on.

Cory acted in a very professional way and explained why the parts of the door needed to be replaced and why they sell superior products and stand behind them. He did not think that the garage door opener needed to be replaced. He thought it just needed one part. He gave us the price for the job and we agreed to it. Then, when he finished, the garage door did not work properly. He took apart the garage door opener and said that there was another part that needed to be replaced. He said that he never had that problem before. It didn't make sense to add the price of that part rather than get a new garage door opener. He was going to honor the coupon for the new garage door opener. When we were upset about an added expense on top of the already agreed upon price, he spoke with his boss and we worked out an agreeable price. Sometimes, things don't go as smoothly as anticipated. It seems that this is a company definitely geared towards customer satisfaction and tries to work things out.

They were fine. They did a good job. They came on time. I'll use them again. Responsiveness was fine.

Technician was on site a little late due to an emergency. Did his work efficiently and quickly. Very pleasant. Would definitely call them again if garage door repairs needed.

Excellent service. Maintenance technician, Cory Keenan, was very easy to work with. He explained thoroughly what he thought needed to be done and why. I opted to follow his recommendations and am very pleased with the results

Repairman arrived and said that the garage door opener that I had (Sears Craftsman which was 20+ years old) could not be adjusted so that the door would close all the way. He didn't even take the cover off. He did place the chain back on the sprocket and then he activated the system and when the door started closing it pulled the entire support off the garage wall. He drilled some screws into the support bracket and again activated the door and it jerked it off the wall again. At this point I told him to STOP. Now I had a garage door that wouldn't work at all. At least before he worked on it I could manually open and close the door. I called the office and they said they could send someone else out at 1600 hours. I couldn't wait that long since I was in the middle of moving.

John did a great job. Same day service. He was able to repair our opener when he could have told me it needed replaced. Service call and part was only $50. A deal!

They were great. One technician came out and I had a garage door that needed some repairs. He did everything I asked him to do and it took him a couple of hours. He did a couple more things to the garage door than what the Big Deal stated, the additional price was reasonable though. The bottom rubber part of the garage had to be replaced and it was an additional $30.00. He was a very nice man and I would use him again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid additional because I had them do something extra which I authorized. It was the standard price but there was a cable on my door that needed to be replaced. He took care of that. He did a lot of work and I paid an additional $60 which I didn't mind paying. He was very fair and very honest. He did a lot of work for a little bit of extra money. He actually moved one of the tracks over because after he put the new parts on, the door wasn't closing right. He had to do a lot of extra work moving the track over and he didn't charge me for that. He just charged for the materials and labor for adding the new cable on the door. They were very good and I had no problems. I will definitely use them again. I would definitely use them again for garage door work.

It went well . they were on time as scheduled and the tech explained all the details of the job.

Double garage door became broken. Suspected broken spring(s). Called Precision at 11:00am and was informed a service technician would come between 5-7 PM. Received a call from technician, Rob, that we would be at house in 25 minutes. Rob promptly arrived at 5 PM. Springs were defective. Rob explained different options to repair door. I accepted option of replacing springs and all moving parts, rollers, lift drums and cables. Received lifetime warranty on parts replaced. Rob very professional and explained all to me as well as care suggestions.

Install went ok. Workman got black grease on his hands and that transferred to the bottom outside front of our light grey painted garage door. all the way along the bottom. He did not check his work before leaving. It was a major effort to remove.

Jeff was outstanding. He was going along with my initial band-aid approach of a repair. After I changed my mind and opted for a new system, he switched gears and had the whole system replaced quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his personable nature and efficient work. I will definitely use Precision again for future needs.

Very fair pricing. Friendly and knowledgeable employee. We even referred them on to a friend and they as well had a fantastic experience.

Excellent service. Engineer Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Informed me at every stage. I know we will require new doors in the future and will not hesitate to use their service again.

It all went well and as expected.

It went well, considering that I made the decision to trust the person that came to the when I was told that I needed to change the spring on the garage door...of course it elevated the cost to 350.00 or so... again, I made the decision to do this, however usually when sa company offers something for a sale price, that is the purpose...to sell more. Do not like that practice. WAs the person honest with me? I chose to believe that he was being honest...I was pleased with the service but was definitely not planning to spend all that money...just needed to say thsi.

The technician, Phil, called before hand and arrived at the time he said he would. He went straight to work and finished w/i an hour. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and encouraged me to remove items off a shelf that if they moved could cause damage to the top rails when the garage door was in operation. That I did as soon as he left.. Included in the package was a 27 point safety unfortunately I didn't notice until he left that nothing had been checked off as to whether the items listed had passed or failed. I am assuming that since he said everything was good it included the check list.. Also the warranty options which includes no warranty was not checked. Next time I will look more closely at their form so I can make sure my records are accurate. Overall I am happy with the work they did and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Phil had the cable wound properly in just a few minutes.

It went smooth and quick and my door is now in working order.
