Precision Garage Door Service

I found my experience with Precision to be excellent. I received same day service and the technician, Michael, even arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule (after calling). He was very friendly, professional, and informative. One of my torsion springs had broken and he provided an estimate and made me aware of a moving parts package offer to consider for my 11-year-old door. He didn't pressure me into the additional repairs, but courteously answered my questions. He completed all of the repairs roughly the 2 hours he estimated, including readjusting the door opener. Since I didn't price shop the repair, having had good experience with Precision in the past, I really don't have a way to judge the price, but I felt it was a good deal for the quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty.

It went great. Rob called me when he arrived after assessing the situation. Made multiple repair suggestions with pricing and called me when he was done to go back over everything with me.

We knew that we needed more than a garage opener so wanted to get a trustworthy company that we could depend on. Precision Door Garage service was listed as number one among consumers in Angie List. They sent out technician, Mr. Robert Stephenson who arrived on time and exhibited total professionalism. He quickly assessed our situation and clearly explained what additional work needed to be done in addition to installing the lift master. He was organized,knowledgeable and congenial. Really seemed to enjoy his work. We could not be more pleased with our service. Precision Garage is an outstanding company, who obviously look to employ incredible staff. Serviceman showed up on time and quickly performed the needed maintenance. Great experience.

Salesman showed up as scheduled, reviewed our old garage door, and gave some recommendations and options. We decided to fully replace the old door with a new one with a belt-drive opener. Three weeks later techs Billy and Joe showed up, again as scheduled, and quickly and professionally removed the old door and hardware and replaced it with the new one. Everything works well, couldn't be happier with the entire operation. Price was about what we expected for a high quality hurricane resistant door and state-of-the-art opener.

Jake the technician arrive 30 minutes early completed the job in less than 30 minute. Balanced the door ,checked the whole jub over and left. Jake was ahead of time thoroughly knowledgeable, neat and explained every aspect every step of the way. Wonderful person and technician. He and the company were a pleasure to do busineso with. Excellent in every way. You can pay by creditcard, debit, card cash and I assume check.

The tech checked out the door mechanics and serviced them and replaced the rollers. The service was good and I have no complaints and would use them again. One thing did surprise me as I had contracted for this service by purchasing it from Angie's List for 110.00, but the service man said my garage door was larger than a normal door so it cost me an addition 40.00. I was also surprised when the tech could not activate a new remote that I had purchased. I did not have any instructions for the remote, but was able to activate it myself after he left with out a problem, but as I said the service that was provided was fine - activating the remote was an additional request and not included in the service agreement.

Service was good but your ad didn't make it clear that the special was only for one garage door. This is your fault, not the provicer. I also had the second one serviced, and the technician found additional work that needed to be done.

They set an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, and fixed the door UNDER WARRANTY! I paid a $25 service fee. Once again, great service from these guys. I have recommended them to my neighbor who are equally happy with these pros. Torsion cables replaced. Door works great and sounds better opening and closing. The technician also gave us a heads up that the next failure will probably be the door motor (12+ years old) and what he thought that would take. These guys are the best. Well done Precision!

Call me. Love to fill you in. I would love to have the stuff that got hacked out of my system put back to the way it was, without any excuses. Disabled Vet with 8 screws in my wrist. Really needed the help to get this done. Got more the help. Over charged and worse off then I started.

An over all outstanding performance and a job well done by Precision Door Service. The job was scheuled within 24 hours of me requesting a standard apointment. The receptionist, Brook, was polite, helpful and responsive. She was considerate to take the time to explain the process and expectations of a "routine service". Our technician, Rob, was thorough and patient. He evaluated what was needed and proceeded to follow his plan. He is a polite young man who took the time to explain everything to me upon my request. He arrived just a few minutes late, but made up for the lateness by remaining on-task and attentive to small details. He was both skillful and knowledgable. He behaved as a professional. What really impressed me was that he did NOT try to sell us additional items as many repairmen will do. I will definitely do more business w/this company. AA+

Service was prompt, on time / as scheduled, and professional. Tech replaced all rollers in quick time. He has it down to a science.

It was great. He was very nice. He told me that everything was good to go. But, let me know that in the future, there would be some issues because the wheels were showing some wear and tear. There was no pressure to get it done from them, which I really liked. When I noticed that the door was starting to squeak and that it was difficult to move, I went ahead and saw the Angie's deal. So, I had them come back. He replaced everything. It was like we had a new door. He inspected our garage door opener and said, "Well, it's getting kind of worn too." But again, no pressure to sell. We're going to be replacing it. We won't be going with them. They have quality openers but they're kind of expensive for our budget right now. The old one is working. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs them to come out. They come on time. They let you know before they arrive that they're on their way. They're just ideal.

On time, Performed requested job, lubed door and checked springs for free. Made future recommendations they felt were not necessary at this point intime.

I bought an Angie's List tune-up deal online, then called in to Precision to confirm the services I needed and the appointment date/ The technician, Jake, called in advance to confirm he was enroute, arrived in a timely fashion, explained and performed the work, and was very pleasant throughout. We are satisfied with the work. He told me the cables I thought were broken were reusable, so that saved a few bucks--thanks! And I asked him for a quote to replace the doors in the future, which he explained and then email to me. The whole experience was positive, Jake did a great job, and I recommend Precision. I drive past their HQ in Titusville all the time, so the added bonus is that it's a local franchise and a local company.

Very good. The technician was pleasant, competent and punctual. All you could ask. He explained everything, cleaned up behind himself and was timely in accomplishing the work.

We purchased a 99.00 tune up special from Angie's List. When the technician came on site he went over the condition of the apparatus with us and gave us the option of a complete overhaul for an additional 515.00 which included new heavier gauge springs. Because we have a very heavy hurricane rated door we wanted springs better equipped to handle the door. Also, if we got the individual parts it would have cost almost as much with a lesser warranty. With the full overhaul we have a lifetime warranty.

Just joined Angie's List on Aug. 14th. Garage door spring broke on a Sat. afternoon! Called Precision Garage Door (after reading reviews from Angie's List) spoke with rep who stated a technician would be at my home between 5:00-7:00 pm. Ty the technician called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at least 1/2 hr before the appointment window schedule.Ty took the time to explain the 2 different options for what I needed & what I wanted. I chose the the option. There was NO pressure. Ty then went to work & it was HOT in the garage! Since I'm the type of person who likes to learn, I was asking him the how's & why's of what he was doing. Ty was so patient & had no objection at all! I hope I wasn't too much of a pain. Ty certainly knows the product. He was neat & cleaned up everything. Ty is an asset to the company. Ty even helped my elderly neighbor who called him over when her garage door remotes stopped working (probably due to the storm we had). He reprogrammed them for her. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. I'm very happy. Awesome techncian & awesome company!!

The man from Precision did a first-rate job. He arrived on time and immediately got down to work in a professional, organized way. As a result, the garage door now runs more smoothly and quietly. I would definitely use the company again.

I originally bought the $99. garage door silencing package Precision Garage Door offered on Angie's list but there were other problems with the door and opener that needed attention. Ty Keenan was the serviceman (along with his partner whose name escapes me) who came to the house. I explained the problems I was having with the door and the opener and Ty did an inspection and presented me with two options to remedy the situation. Ty clearly explained the reasons for and benefits of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. Ty and his partner were on time, pleasant and knowledgable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyon

Cody, was the tech who came. He explained why he couldn't get the door exactly the way it should be, and what will be needed. He gave me a written assessment. Cody, also did make the door much quieter and reprogrammed my garage door with a new opener for my car. All in All I would use Precision again in the future if needed.

All he wanted to do was install a new operating motor. He would not look at any other options. The garage door didn't need a new motor. It just needed adjusting.

The technician (Mr. Huntress) arrived on time and went right to work - in spite of the 93+ degrees weather and a very hot garage! After the inspection was complete....... he went over what he has done and commented on the items that would need attention in the future. I am very impressed with the follow-up that was sent to me via e-mail (excellent for my records and future reference) that included a paid receipt, detail of of what was done at the inspection as well as warranties, and a list of items (and their cost) of what will need attention in the near future. Very happy I found this company on Angie's list!!!

Responded to my call in about 20 minutes. Knowledgeable, friendly, provided options for the different levels of repair I could choose from. Would use them again for sure.
