Description of Work: We have been using John Love for over 5 years. We have used him several times to clean the carpets at a rental property we own and always have enjoyed the service. My wife calls him every year to year and a half to clean and refresh our couches, love seats etc. in our home. We highly recommend Mr. Love. He also offers tile and grout cleaning. As to the questions above; I cannot give an exact date of his services because we have used his services so mnany times over the years.I dont care to much for some parts of the "Angies List"form for submitting service providers experiences, such as they will not allow me to submit the form unless I put an exact date of the service. Well suppose there are years of dates? So anyway I just put a guess at the last time John was at our home. The same goes for the other question above "approximately how much did you spend? again you cannot submit the form unless you put an exact cost, so I put one dollar so I can get going. " John has done many services for us and of course the cost is not the same for each service. Trust me when I say we shopped around before finding KMC and we will stick with them.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and clearly outlined what they would do and what I could expect. The furniture was used and had been sitting in a warehouse for about a year. It was visibly dirty but did not have any large stains. It is a cream and aqua stripe and was quite dingy. I was worried about what the final results would look like. The solutions and brightners they used made a big difference and the result was better than I expected. They were courteous and professional as well as personable. I will be contacting them next year to clean my carpets.
Description of Work: I had a couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and ottoman cleaned.

 + 1 moreFound them on Angies list/went through their site to get an estimate/looked fair so based on the comments on Angies list I had them do the job. Have used Chem dry in the past. The furniture looks brand new....1 chair is 25 years old and I was going to have it re-covered. No need now...and it was DIRTY!!! It is the 3 dogs chair.........looks fabulous. We have 3 dogs and the carpets and floors needed a deep clean even though we have 2 steam vacs of our own. Wow...and the house smells wonderful. The 2 folks who did the work were actually the owner and his associate. They were very attentive...and did ALL of the moving . They placed all furniture back where it belonged. We will use again.
