Response to quote request was prompt. Services were discussed in detail, including options. Advised not to seal the grout because the seams were small, saving us $169. Quotation was written and detailed. Quotation was competitively priced Arrived on time. Equipment was clean and in good condition. Furniture was handled carefully. Floor cleaning was thorough and the best since we moved here 25 years ago. Looks great!! Furniture was replaced. Considering all factors, this was an exceptional value in quality and price.

KMC came in and cleaned my living room carpet. I have two kids, one toddler, and the carpet looked great. They also took care of my upholstery on my car. The car was used and has never been shampooed before. It looked and smelled great after KMC took care of it. Highly recommend.

Once again, John and his team did a great job. They cleaned two rooms of carpet. They look new again. They cleaned 2 chairs and did a remarkable job on the bathroom tile. This company is the Rolls Royce of carpet cleaning companies. Their prices are fair and their work is superb!

The dogs have completely ruined the carpet and no one can completely clean it like they did. I was very impressed with the cleaning that they did.

I called on July 4th expecting to get an answering machine, and was surprised to have Anne answer the phone. She asked if she could call me back on Thursday, the next business day, which she did. She was able to come out on Friday and work on our couch. The couch had never been cleaned and had a few year's worth of grime and dirt on it. They placed a tarp down on our floor so that no cleaning materials would get on our carpet. They spent a good amount of time cleaning the couch, and when they left the couch was was in much better condition. I'm so happy we called and had them come out to work on the couch, as I know I wouldn't have been able to get it as clean on my own.

KMC was very responsive and proactive. The provided me with an immediate quote and did not exceed what was quoted. Their price was very competitive. They contacted me on their way to my home to let me know the exact time of their arrival (on time). What they cleaned and treated was a large, light colored, sectional sofa and four white seat cushions. The items were heavily soiled by two small children and they now look as good as the day they were purchased 5 years back. The two gentlemen thoroughly protected the area in which they were going to work, and checked and rechecked to make sure every spot was removed. They did a fabulous job within the timeframe they stated it would take. We will definitely keep them on our list of preferred service providers.

The two gentlemen did an absolutely fabulous job on this furniture that was badly soiled due to our many friends AND multi-animals. A great experience overall! I visited the KMC website and plugged in the information for an estimate, then made an appointment online which was very convenient, especially the visual calendar where you can pick out a day and time that is showing available. Of course, after I did this I thought to look at the tag on my furniture to see if it should be cleaned using a dry cleaning method or regular steam cleaning. I decided to call to make sure I gave them enough time in the appointment in case they had to change methods. Johnathan was more than happy to answer my questions and told me he would go over everything with me before they started cleaning. Arrival was right on time, tarps were put down to protect my carpeting, fans were set up to speed up drying times, they left my home in spotless condition and my furniture looks and smells fantastic! Very professional and friendly guys! Could not have asked for a better company to serve my needs. Thanks!

When the tennant moved out of a rental property I own in Clearwater they left a MESS! The carpet was so dirty and stained that I thought I'd probably have to replace it. I had used KMC once a couple of years ago and was so pleased with their work that I thought I give them a try on this challenge. They worked for quite a while on the carpet, and used special commercial grade products specifically designed for tough jobs. When they were done I couldn't believe the results - the carpet looked almost new! KMC is the type of locally owned business you're actually proud to be a customer of.

KMC was great to work with. The personal service and commitment to get the job done right (for a *very* reasonable cost) were evident from start to finish. I originally called KMC to clean our grout and tile, which were in desperate need after years of wear and pet usage (prior homeowners had dogs). John quickly scheduled a time to come over and was prompt and no-nonsense about starting the job. We discussed my expectations and as soon as he began the thorough cleaning, he stopped to notify me that the pressure of the cleaning was stripping the prior grout dye, along with the grime. He gave me the option (without judgment or pressure) of cleaning with less intensity to preserve the original dye (and, inevitably, some of the grime) or continuing with the original intensity, which meant that I would probably need to re-dye the grout to cover up the blotchy white and brown grout color that would be left. I decided to re-dye the grout - in part because the cost estimate was fair - and they came back to re-dye within the week. They were at my house almost an entire day to dye the grout (a very labor-intensive job) and, when they ran out of grout dye, John scheduled to return as soon as he could obtain more dye. John kept in touch with me to manage my expectations and the entire project was done within a couple of weeks. Even though the project took longer than he expected and he had to make return trips, the cost never went up and both guys were consistently pleasant and happy to do the job right. I am very impressed with the end result - the tile looks years newer. I will definitely call them when I need my carpets or upholstery cleaned or any other service they offer. Top notch customer service!
