Luiz is one of the most honest and caring contractors I have ever worked in my career as a homeowner. I put off resurfacing my pool for years as I did not have a referral and knew from past experience that the project can drag on and become very frustrating. No worries with Luiz. Contacted me immediately after I emailed on Angie's List. Came out to quote the next day. Provided an estimated start date and came as scheduled - "On Site, On Time." Pool came out beautiful. Workmanship was the sign of a Craftsman who takes great pride in his reputation. He also gives great advice as how to get the biggest bang for your buck. I am in the market for Driveway Pavers and Luiz will be the first (and probably the only) person I contact.

Every aspect of the job has been done very well. Luiz patiently answered all our questions, gave us an honest estimate, and got us on his schedule very quickly. It was a pleasure to work with Luiz. He has a great work ethic and because of his meticulous efforts, our back yard looks wonderful.

I would recommend Premium Pool to all as they did a great job in a reasonable time frame.. Not one problem as they were on time and did a professional job. Luiz, the manager, was pleasant to work with explained all that was to be done and also after it was done the time frames I would have to do to prepare the pool for the summer. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair like I did.

Luiz was professional and helpful in all the pools decisions. He suggested color choices and tiles that would work best with our pool and it came out perfect. He gave us detailed info how to care for the pool after they finished. Luiz and his crew were great and very hard working and professional group. Thank you Luiz and crew for a job well done.

We are very pleased with the work completed by Premium Pool & Spa! Luiz is professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced in this field. Our pool needed a good bit of work just to prep it for the new surface (the previous owners had delayed maintenance and repairs), and Luiz went above and beyond to address all of the issues and ensure that everything was done correctly. He also clearly explained what we need to do to get the best result from the resurfacing. The end result looks amazing and the cost was very reasonable. We will be calling Premium Pool & Spa again when we're ready to re-pave the pool deck!

It went very well. Luis was reliable, professional and detail oriented. He did an excellent job. We've gotten a lot of compliements from our neighbors. The pool was a mess before, and now it looks awesome. He took the time to do the job correctly. We plan to hire him to do pavers on our pool deck. He not only is an excellent craftsman, he takes pride in his work....and it shows in the completed job. I wouldn't hire anybody else....worth every cent we paid and more.

Very pleased with Luiz and the overall results. Luiz kept us informed throughout the process on costs and timing. Even though our pool is not that large, he treated us like an important customer and made sure the pool was finished to our expectations. When we asked for a slight tile adjustment , he fixed on the spot. We would definitely use Premier Pool and Spa again.

Luiz did a very good job resurfacing the pool and changing the light fixture. He was always on there on time. The project started when he said he would start. I would use this company again, and have referred him to family and friends.

Luiz Let me know when he provided the quote that he had a six week backlog, and I agreed to the timetable. He contacted me five weeks later and scheduled the work for the following week. The crew showed up exactly when he said they would and he kept me updated on the progress and days they would be returning to complete the work which was all completed the same week. The completed resurfacing looks terrific and cost was reasonable. Once the pool was refilled I noticed it appeared to have a leak so I called Luiz and let him know there was an issue. He immediately came by the house the same day to take a look and he was able to locate the leak around some tiles where the grout was missing. He repaired the missing grout and that resolved the issue. Am very satisfied with the quality of the work and responsiveness of Luiz to resolve the issue.

Luiz did a great job resurfacing our pool. When giving us his proposal he offered professional advice and helpful ideas. We appreciated his straight forward approach and explanation of the process. He offers different surface options with simple cost breakdown. Luiz did extra tasks like cleaning the existing pool light and cutting border tiles to help minimize costs. He alway answers phone calls and text no matter how small the question. He is confident in his work and crew who were hardworking, courteous and strived for the end result to be excellent. Luiz resurfaced our pool on schedule and stress free. We chose the Marquis Cobalt glass beads with abalone and our pool is beautiful !

We had a great experience working with Luiz at Premium Pool & Spa. Luiz is the owner and he oversaw the entire process from start to finish. He handled all sales, prep, and tile work himself. On the day the pool was resurfaced he lead a crew of five professional workers. Right from the start Luiz was very honest and patient. He is also very punctual and responds to your texts or phone calls quickly. If he tells you he's going to do something it is a guarantee. Luis is also very particular and takes great pride in the quality of his work. He actually gets excited about how nice a pool will look when it's finished. His prices were very fair and as good or better than any competitors. Our total price included upgraded tile and aquamarine glass beads, otherwise it would have only been about $4,600. It was a very refreshing experience to work with someone that was honest and reliable. Just keep Luiz supplied with water and coffee and he will work very hard.

Luiz was honest, professional and very helpful in all decisions having to be made in the undertaking. He worked with us and suggested color choices and textures that would really enhance the look of our pool and whole backyard environment. Luiz and his team worked neatly and totally in-sync with each other. They are also very entertaining when plastering! He kept us informed every step of the way and gave us detailed information for the care of the pool after the initial install. The pool looks fabulous! So excited not to have to deal with leaks, cracks and the constant blackening of the grout that we have been dealing with for the last 10 years. This was the best decision we have made. Keep the coffee on, Luiz loves coffee :-)

Luiz was great to work with. He's very knowledgable and he's a perfectionist that takes great pride in his work. My pool was a mess and now it's beautiful. I highly recommend him.

Luiz was quick to schedule an estimate time with us and showed up on time. He obviously has a lot of years of experience in this field and appears to have an eye for details. He knew that we were obtaining other estimates and told us things that we should be sure that other estimators included in their prices such as acid washing and bonding. His was the least expensive estimate that we received and we were sure he would do a good job but we wanted to redo the entire pool area including concrete deck and lanai floor and he only wanted to do the pool. He explained that we could probably save money by hiring the other jobs to be done separately rather then hiring one company who would sub contract the work. But we felt it was too complicated for us to coordinate the jobs to be done ourselves.

Luiz and his team did a great job. My pool was in bad shape. Ended up having a lot of delamination spots that he took care of. The new pool surface is exactly what I wanted. We came up with some custom accent tile ideas and it came out great. I thought I needed a new pool light but Luiz showed me that I could purchase replacement parts for the light and make it look and work like new. This saved me a good amount of money. Luiz was always on time. We had some weather issues but he and his team finished the job on schedule.

The top category in Angie's List is Excellent - if there was one above Outstanding this contractor would be marked accordingly. From the initial meeting right through to completion Louiz was extremely helpful advising on the options available and working within our budget. The workmanship was excellent, carried out cleanly and promptly. Communication was excellent. The follow up service was great too. Any questions we had about the new surface with regards water testing he advised us accordingly. Our pool was looking terrible. It was 20 years old with pink tiling and heavily stained with holes in the surface (although not leaking). The new bright glass bead surface and deep blue gloss tiling is the envy of our neighbors . We have been using the pool almost daily and it is a real pleasure and added significant value and appeal to the home. Louiz is the ideal contractor. Honest, open and transparent and extremely personable. Just make sure you keep him supplied with strong coffee and he is unstoppable! I have no hesitation recommending to my family, friends and neighbors and in fact have already done so. Louiz is not a pushy sales type. He will provide a competitive quote, no hidden extras and let you make your own mind up as to whether you want to proceed. A great job by a very knowledgeable contractor.

Louis and his crew did an incredible job we were extremely pleased with his work. They were professional, friendly, and competitive. At the end of each day the had the work area clean and in order. I was a home builder at one time and know how projects can sometimes drag on. My main concern was to get the project completed in timely manner. They made every date that they promised and were there on time each day. It was pleasing for me to see such craftsmanship and the attention to detail that they put into their work. On the last day of the project the feed pump on the truck that is used to the pump the resurfacing quartz on to the pool surface blew a seal. The white plaster like material got onto our the drive way. They cleaned everything up right away. A few days later one of our neighbors was concerned because the quartz had washed into the curb on the road halfway down our street. I call Louis and he was there that same afternoon power washing the curb on our street. looks like brand new. That is customer service and taking pride in your work and reputation. This was a very positive experience, I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

Contacted Premium Pool & Spa for an estimate of what we were wanting to do, Luiz was quick to responded and provide us with estimates and was very upfront on what would be done and how it was to completed. We signed the contract the end of April the pavers ordered. Luiz, kept us informed every step of the way and once the pavers were delivered the job was quickly scheduled and started. We were so impressed with him that we decided to also have him acid wash the pool and to resurface it also at this time. He was able to get us schedule quickly on this as well. Our pool has been in for about 19 years and needed to be redone since it was starting to show its age. He brought us down into the pool showing us potential problem area and how he would be fixing them with the resurfacing. With both the job for the pavers as well as the resurfacing he was always here when he said he would be even staying late if need to get the job done that was started. Both Luiz and his crew were very professional and friendly at all times, above all Luiz was very honest the whole time with us and there ware no hidden cost what he said it would be it was. It is very refreshing to find such an honest contractor and I would highly recommend Premium pool & Spa INC to any one needing paver or pool remodeling done. OUR POOL AREA NOW IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD!!!!
