It was my first time hiring a cleaning service. Now I wish I would have done it years ago! This husband/wife team did a thorough and professional job from top to bottom. I am now recommending them to friends and coworkers. They cleaned my apartment better than I would have myself - and in one-fourth the time. I'll definitely hire them again.

Jackie brought the A game to tackle our home. With 2 young children and 2 large dogs, she had her work cut out for her. I couldn't ask someone to be more gracious about how dirty my house was and was more than happy to help organize to get the house back in order. We would recommend this company to anyone serious about getting clean and tidy.

ifOn March 13th I wrote a review on the cleaning that this Company provided on March 11 2015. This cleaning was done and it was acceptable. I rated them as "A" I stated in the review that I would be calling them to set up cleaning my home every other week..That ended up being an impossible task. I have called the listed number and left messages asking to be called back to discuss setting up a schedule and setting a price. As of now I have not received a call back. On the 3rd and last call I stated that if they did not want to clean my house, for some reason, please call me back and tell me why. I also stated that if I did not receive a call back, that I would put and unsatisfactory review on Angies List. They must not care because they did not return my call. I would NOT recommend this company because they obviously are not very professional. I would be apprehensive as to what other unprofessional trait they would show . I will be contracting another cleaning service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JACKIES TOTAL CLEANING SERVICE!!!!

Jackie went out of her way to suit our schedule and arrived on time. All the bathroom showers were left immaculate as well as the tile floors that cover a majority of the unit. She has a wonderful attitude and went out of her way to make sure we were thrilled with the end result. We will definitely have Jackie back to help us with cleaning our units in the future.

Great. I have been doing a significant kitchen Reno and the house was extremely dusty. Jackie and her staff member did a very good job.

Jackie and her crew have been cleaning our house every two weeks since August 2014. They are the absolute best! The house always looks and smells clean when they leave.

It went very well, had some scheduling issues at first but we got it worked out. Jackie was very responsive and did a good job cleaning the house.

My tile floors were damaged by the product that they used. They are not taking care of the problem.

Jackie's team was professional, polite, and all three are VERY hard workers. They worked efficiently and made the most of their time at my home. From dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing bathrooms and floors to cleaning the kitchen and buffing all of the appliances to a high shine, I was very happy with their work. They were so pleasant, to boot! I've been resisting my husband's offer of a monthly cleaning service for quite some time now, using the excuse, "No one will clean it like I will." Jackie's team finally made me have to eat my words- they took time to clean the details, just as I would. Now they'll be my regular monthly service, and I'll happily recommend them to anyone looking for a service.

Fantastic, tremendous job. My husband and I can't do cleaning things for ourselves temporarily. The house was pretty bad. They did an incredible job, scrubbed all the way down to the baseboards without me asking, did the extras like cleaning the shower stall doors without me asking. It's several days later now and everything is still sparkling. This is what we needed to boost our spirits. The price was so reasonable, too. And they were so pleasant to have in the house.

Very nice people did a good job on our kitchen and bathroom. Jackie has helped in making sure our appointment was scheduled for a time convenient to us and was nice enough to follow up to make sure all the services were provided. Definitely recommend them.

With the holidays approaching and no time to prepare, we needed help getting our home in order. The service was easy to schedule and very accommodating! They showed up on time and did a great job! We were satisfied enough that we plan to schedule regular service with Jackie's Total Cleaning Service. Our highest recommendation and have indeed referred them to family members.

Jackie shows up promptly when cleaning is scheduled or the few times something has happened, she has given me advance notice to make alternate arrangement for her to access my home. I have no complaints as to her work ethics or the quality of her work. If ever there is anything required cleaning wise, Jackie is on top of it. There has been several times where Jackie has brought another woman with her and each time both of them were professional and courteous and spot on. When I move in a few months, Jackie will be coming with me.

I hired them because my wife was out of town for a few weeks and I wanted to make our home look better when she arrives than when she left. They made this happen. Overall I was happy with the service. It was obvious they knew what to do the moment they came in. Had good communication and very friendly. Jackie and husband split up to work on different tasks. I've only hired a cleaning company for my home once before and I was not sure what to expect. One important factor to me was to feel they were going to be honest. My perception is that jackies cleaning service is a small home cleaning company doing honest work for a fair price . I only have 2 suggestions/ criticisms. #1. Wearing a basic uniform would give a better 1st impression, even if is only a tshirt with the company logo. # 2 I'm not sure how long they were cleaning my home. Jackie had to leave early and her husband ( I think his name was Robert but not sure, sorry if I got it wrong) stayed to complete the job. At the exit walk around the time was not discussed, since the ad was for six hours I would want to make sure I got the full 6 hours. I did not keep accurate track of time when they started or when Jackie left. Instead of me guessing if they were here 5 or 6 hours I would recommend they point out the total time spent. Not a big deal but next time I will track the time better. Also, this is my first Angie's list order. It was easy with plenty of follow up communications.

I moved into my new house - the previous owners had a cleaning service come in but the place was still dirty but in no way filthy. I wanted another cleaning service to come in to really clean my two bathrooms, kitchen, and clean the moldings that were dusty and dirty from where furniture had been and just dirty from the move. Considering there was nothing in either bathroom or kitchen no furniture to speak of near any wall - I thought it was a very reasonable expectation that this could be done in 4 hours or less. I provided rags and cleaning supplies - I just wanted someone to go in and Clorox down all the shelves and remove the stains, dirt and dust that was still all around. Jackie was professional and responsive when she called to make the appointment and her person on staff, Betsy, arrived on time and was a very pleasant woman. When Betsy left I had to simply clean everything again. There was soap and toothpaste from the previous owners on the bathroom shelves, makeup still in the fold out draws, if she cleaned the bathroom floors she forgot to pick up the hairball behind the toilet. The kitchen had drawers with crumbs still there. This new house has white cabinets which had hand marks and oil splatter still on the side of the shelves next to the oven. I had to get down myself and clean out under the sink...forget about on top of the cabinets! it was disappointing because I thought after Betsy left I could just put my things away, but no, I had to spend the next several hours doing what I had just paid her 90$ to do. All quit frustrating, and no I would never hire these folks again. My friend tells me that all cleaning services are a waste of money, she may be right.

Most unsatisfied. Paid for 6 hours of cleaning but received 4.25 hours (she arrived late and left early although we were scheduled 6 weeks prior to service). Service was shabby at best and took photos to prove it. Following is a list of items I can remember ... am sure there is more. KITCHEN microwave inside never touched floor required re-vacuuming did not wet mop stove top and counter top still dirty in corners BEDROOMS dust in various places (scale, bookshelves, decorative shelves, cosmetic vanity floor was not mopped and still had spots closet floor was not vacuumed carpet freshening powder in various places upstairs tub not clean and still had hair in it all counters and sinks were smeared and not clean

Jackie and her crew are excellent. I had no problems contacting them and receiving follow-up. They were punctual and Jackie brought her team of three others (4 people total) to get the house cleaned. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Very proactive and professional. Reached out by phone in advance to confirm all details. Responded to/returned all calls promptly. Showed up when scheduled, worked unsupervised and with focus and dedication. Went above and beyond what was requested of them. Were flexible, friendly, and maintained a good sense of humor. Truly a pleasure to work with, and a service we will almost certainly use again. Promotional price was truly a bargain for the quality of the work performed. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring cleaning services.

Jackie and her husband arrived early for the scheduled cleaning. Both were very friendly and personable. They did did an excellent job of cleaning our home. We were so impressed with their service that we asked to become one of their regular customers. They also provided their own equipment and cleaning supplies.

She was on time, extremely professional, and I would recommend her to anybody. I have hired her to do weekly cleanings.

We hired Jackie's back in October of 2012 to provide cleaning service every other week, Jackie was great - probably the best I have seen in a while when it comes to cleanliness. Jackie cleaned everything from top to bottom, was punctual and would call if she was going to run late. Until our last scheduled cleaning when Jackie was a no show, no call - she would not return my calls or text messages, but when I used my work number and she answered right away. Almost in tears Jackie apologized stating that her schedule book at got ruined and she had us down for next week - I giggled and blew it off, and we scheduled for next week. Well scheduled time came and went, no call, no show, no returned calls or text messages again. The next day I received a text from her husband stating that they did not feel the price we were paying was enough to clean the house and gt; $75 for 4 hours and lt; and they would no longer be cleaning for us. I found this very unprofessional on numerous levels - if they would have come to us and simply stated that money was an issue I am sure we could have come to an agreement on a new rate. Instead they decided it was good business ethics to not show up for not one but two scheduled cleanings for customers they have been working with for almost 6 months. If they treat continuous customers like this I can only imagine how they would treat new customers, I mean we saw them every other week, I thought there was more respect for one another than this.
