Excellent....the girl she sent paid attention to details and she was here right on time. She did an excellent job top to bottom, much better than my other cleaning crew that I use to use. The house smell great and looks so good. Jackie's Total Cleaning Service is now going to be my monthly cleaning service. Not only that, many other neighbors in my community use Jackie as well.

I was referred to Jackie by my neighbor across the street. I decided to try her because my previous person who I had for a few years was starting to do less and less and spend more time in her car outside on smoke breaks. The first couple cleanings were great! They did a better job than my previous person so I was pleased. I paid an extra $45 the first time because she said it would take more time to get it "caught up". I was fine with that since I knew the previous person was skipping things. Then the 3rd time Jackie was not present and it was a man (her husband or business partner maybe?) and another woman. They showed up about 30 minutes late and left about 45 minutes early. So I paid $80 for 2 1/2-3 hours of cleaning instead of 4 hours. They also left several bags of trash right outside my front door instead of putting them in the garage trash can. So that was mildly irritating but overall I was pleased with the first 2 cleanings so I let it go. Then yesterday it was the next scheduled cleaning and they did not show up or call or text. I asked my neighbor if she had been there to do hers that morning since she was doing hers first and then mine and she said that she had been there and left. So around an hour after the approximate scheduled time I sent Jackie a text asking if she was still coming. I received a text from her stating that they decided to drop us as a client because the crew that was here last said that the house was not "kept up" and it was too frustrating for them. I could say more about that but I won't. So fine, whatever. Overall, I give them an A for the quality of cleaning for the first 2 cleanings, C for the 3rd cleaning when Jackie wasn't with them, C for fairness on the price (If it was a full 4 hours the third cleaning then it would be a B) but I give them an F for responsiveness, F for professionalism, and F for punctuality. Had I known that they were dropping us 2 weeks ago I would have hired someone else and scheduled them. Very disappointing. I wish I would have read these other reviews before hiring them. I would not recommend them. I will also require a copy of an insurance certificate and driver's license for the next cleaning company I hire.

Very suspicious and unprofessional behavior. I too was pleased with their rate and cleaning service (except once when the husband came without Jackie and did a quick and sloppy job), and paid attention only to the "A" ratings. I WILL PAY ATTENTION TO "F" ratings in the future. Lesson learned. The Pasco County Tax Collector's office, using only the names "Jackie's Total Cleaning Service" and "Jackie Torro," found that NEITHER ARE LICENSED BY PASCO COUNTY. Smart to call the Tax Collector's office at (727) 847-8165 to check on a company's license; additionally ask the company owner for a copy of their insurance with my name as insured - my right as the consumer - and a copy of their drivers license. After all, they are in my home, in every room.

It went extremely well. They scheduled me for service 3 days after I called. I found the service to be very professional and good. I decided as they leaving to have the service again and continue on a regular schedule.

Very bad people with possible criminal background. After several follow-up calls, she agreed that she will come to my home for cleaning on Thursday at 11AM and gave my house address. I told her to send me confirmation email so that she will remember the appointment. I never got email confirmation. On Thursday at 11:50AM she called me saying that she is at my business and using all profanity where the f** you are etc. I told that they are supposed to come for house cleaning and trying to give my house address and she was keep on using profanity. They went to a business place which I know very well. They were scaring every patient out side that pediatric medical office asking if they know me. Particularly they targeted Indian patients and scaring everyone if they know me. I got call from some of those Indian people saying that someone is asking for my name and scaring everyone that they are from Angieslist investigation team. Around 12:10PM the wife and husband came with very harsh driving by trespassing the security gate to my home, and parked in the drive way. I am not sure how they got my house address and earlier they went to a business place. I was at home and in a conference phone call at that time. Her husband (the cleaning company car owner) came out of the car and was banging the door very hard for more than 3 minutes so that it that he will break my house entry glass. His wife was smoking cigarette inside and outside the car (smoking cigarette is not a crime, but the way she was smoking was very scary), looking very angrily to the house doors, it is some kind of very scary situation at my house. I called 911. My house has plain glass windows and they were watching me from outside and they realized that I am calling police and they left my home. After that I called Angieslist and started explaining. The police officer also came at the same time. I put on speaker phone and explained to the police officer what happened. He has excessively contact me since but I have blocked his number. He also caused physical damage to my front door. I would want to get them to fix this.

She is professional, reasonable and does a great job. I am at work when she cleans and I trust her enough to clean while I'm gone. She even puts up with my pets. It's wonderful to come home to a clean house!

My home is very difficult to clean and we know it. We have 8 dogs, so it can be pretty challenging. For at over a year, until this week Jackie, et. al did an adequate job, cleaning once a week. They were in and out in a flash, but it always looked better than before they came., There are certain areas that were never dusted or cleaned, but again, things can be overlooked. This week, on the appointed day, when we got home from work, it was apparent no one had been there. I sent a text last night, but heard nothing back. Figuring, they just got backed up and would come today, we left payment in the usual place, since a few weeks ago we were left with a document detailing all kinds of fines/additional charges if payment was late. I was concerned something had happened to Jackie or a member of her family or crew, so I sent another text and hours laters received a we quit because of the dogs. Well, the dogs are not new, they have been here, and if one of them was acting peculiar yesterday, a phone call would have been appreciated, because a simple schedule adjustment would have alleviated this problem. The way this was handled was inappropriate and unprofessional...maybe things work out for the best!

I found Jackie about 2 years ago and was given her name by a friend. She is hard-working and never seems to stop. She cleans my house every 2 weeks and it takes about 5-6 hours. Jackie is very thorough and you would be hard-pressed to find any dirt in my house. I am very particular and she has never disappointed me yet. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

One employee came and left in 2 hours for a home that is 2300 sq/ft. They were usually here for 3-4 hours. Went around to check the work after and the cleaning was not done well. Also asked them to use my Dyson vacuum to vacuum from day one and when I went to use it was broken and left full of dirt (double the amount above the fill line. I called Jackie and they were going to come by and look at it and have it repaired, but never showed up and never returned 4 phone calls. One of the employees started to argue over the phone with me. The price to fix the vacuum is $150.00 and I can't even get a return phone call back. We had the company every week and not just bi-weekly or once a month. We will not hire them again or recommend them to any one who want a professional job done cleaning their house ( look elsewhere).

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The ladies from Jackie's saved me. My house was a mess from my painting and crafting. I found out on very short notice that guests would be arriving. The ladies did everything that needed doing to make my house look livable and welcoming. They worked very hard and with great energy and professionalism. Now I can greet my guests with a relaxed smile instead of a frantic apology.

After having to cancel 3 times for health reasons, Jackie called back to set up an appointment to clean the house. They did an excellent and thorough job. They cleaned the tops of pictures, bathrooms, kitchen appliances (outside), paddle fans (top and bottom of the blades, and did GREAT. Am going to try to rehire for weekly or bi-weekly.

They did a great job. I am a clean freak myself and hard to please. I could not find anything wrong when the job was done, they had done it all.

Very impressed this is the second time we used there service both times they did an excellent job.So good we signed up for monthly service can't say enough about them THANK you so much

I can't say enough about Jackie's Total Cleaning. They are thorough, CONSISTENT (which is a huge challenge with most cleaning companies) and punctual. Wait, I forgot affordable! Weekly service with them doesn't break the bank and I can always expect the same attention to detail whether they are here once a week or once a month. This is RARE! If you need a one-off or regular service, Jackie's Total Cleaning comes highly recommended by me (an insanely fussy consumer).

They come every other week to clean. I have recommended them to my neighbors. I am picky about glass sliding doors, molding, interior doors and floors. Looks like I have a permanent cleaning company!

She was very nice. She was very responsive originally. She came and cleaned and did a decent job but then I tried to set up multiple times after that and she just didn't show up and there was a miscommunication the next time and she didn't show up and I talked to her after and she said it was a miscommunication and I was fine with that. But then the time after that I said she should come and she agreed to come and she didn't show up and I called her to ask what happened and she just never responded.

She, and her team, were awesome! Very professional, cleaned everything spotless! Did such a great job that I have hired them on for a regular cleaning schedule.

Great would be an understatement. This was by far the best experience we've had with any cleaning service. They made a point to touch everything! I couldn't be happier and have retained them for biweekly service going forward. As an overly fussy consumer I can say with confidence that you won't be dissapointed!

Said they'd e there at 9, arrived at 9:30, not too bad. Polite staff. Good cleaning. Will be hiring them again.
