Description of Work: The cleaning crew showed up (2 of them) and worked steadily for two hours. Totalling 4 hours of labor, 2 people x 2 hours. The lead person on the crew informed me immediately that there was no way they would get to the whole house in just 4 hours. This was expected and I appreciated her effort to manage expectation before they began. We had just moved in to the house and had some floors installed, so it was very dusty. I expressed that my main concern was getting the floors clean, the blinds, and the bathrooms upstairs. My only complaint about the quality of the service is that the blinds were not done well. There are approximately 12 sets of blinds upstairs and all 12 were cleaned to about 75%. I asked them to go back and do them, they did. but even after being done twice, they need to be done again. Personally, I am of the opinion that if you don't have time to do all 12 blinds to 100%, do as many as your can to 100%. Now I still have to go back to 12 blinds and finish the job. I am 7 months pregnant and that is why I hired their service in the first place. I would rather them just get to what they could in the time allowed and do it thoroughly than get to more area per square foot but not clean it all the way, because someone still has to go back to the same spot and finish the job.

Description of Work: This is a cleaning service. I was having an empty rental house cleaned. It was not in bad condition when she started. She arrived late, I was not able to stay to supervise, house was not completed and what was done was not done well. I was looking forward to doing business with this company for my other rentals and personal home but after this experience I will just do it myself.

Description of Work: Cleans whole house, mop's sweeps,cleans all baths down to the nitty gritty, changes bedding and even doe's windows!!!! She doe's it all and does a great job at it. She is on time and trust worthy (a biggy!) I would recommend her to everyone and do! plus you can't beat her price. I am a very detail kind of person and am very satisfied.
