Since the appointment was for 1:30 P.M. I arrived about 10 min. early. Not wanting to bother the renters, I sat in the car to wait for Estimator to arrive. I live about 30-40 minutes from the home and wanted to be at the home early. By 1:45 P.M., I called the office to ask where the man was. I was told in no certain terms that he was busy, was caught in traffic, or had other problems. They said they would call him to see when he would arrive. After another 15 minutes I called back, just to be told that I was next on their list to call! I informed them that I was leaving and would find another company that could tell time, and have a little respect for a potential customer. That is exactly what I plan to do! This company really needs ladies that know how to schedule appointments.

It was OK. The painting crew of two and scheduling were both satisfactory.

Smooth salesman promised great product installation. Approx 80 feet of seamless gutter was installed along the front of the house. I was shopping when the job was done and when I was coming back, I was nearly struck by the installer recklessly speeding out of the subdivision after he finished. Gutter is wavy along the center of the house, very obvious at both ends of front of house. The whole purpose of seamless gutters is the smooth, flawless appearance. Downspout was installed touching the water faucet on wall, making it very difficult to connect a hose. I called the company the day after installation and stated my concerns. The receptionist took the details and said the installer would contact me. The next day the receptionist called and said my husband approved the job and nothing would be done. When I protested, explaining I had hired the company and my husband was dealing with other issues and did not notice problems until later, I was told the installer would contact me. 2 weeks later and I have not heard from this company again. I wish I had chosen AJ's Aluminum to do the job. They had matching pricing and mitered corners for a much better look. Do not hire this company because of poor quality work and no support upon completion.

Roofing company repaired leaks in one of our bathrooms and dining room, they brought two drywall people to repair the drywall in the ceiling. The owner of the company came out to survey the job, he explained additional charge for drywall work. He was very cordial and professional when he came out. Very pleased with both drywall and painting. They explained everything we needed to do insofar as buying supplies and additional work to make our house look great! They came prepared with drop clothes and brushes, as well as extra paint for touch ups. They were very cautious and gentle with my belongings, and cleaned up after they left. Got all the work done in two days!

They did a great job. When the paint was damaged in the last portion they painted by rain that came in the evening of the initial work, they scheduled to repaint and did that job as well. The deck looks great.

Everything was ok, they came out a couple of times to get the job done.

Pete and Larry showed up on time and with a great attitude. They walk through the job requirements with me and prepared the site for their work by covering all the furniture and new cabinets. Just for the record, request Pete and Larry when doing business with this company as these guys rock!! Attention to detail with a curved wall cut in was amazing. This was part of deal where you hire 2 painters for 7 hours each. They could have taken their sweet time and only got the ceilings done, but these guys are professionals and always have the customer's interest in mind. They fixed some minor drywall repair issues and clean up afterwards so you couldn't even notice they had been their except for the fact of an awesome paint job.

The crew arrived on time and in about an hour they were done. Very professional and cleaned up behind theirselves. The gutters look great very neat job.

Have them scheduled for Jan 2015 for Install due to the Holidays, Christmas decor up, and other issues going on!

They came out when they said that they would be here, they installed gutters and downspouts, very professional and they did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for gutter placement. The first day the crew came to install the gutters, I had other contractors working on my home. They said that they couldn't install the gutters because the other contractors had not left them with access to where the gutters needed to be. They weren't angry with the situation and rescheduled the appointment without any problems. They were able to come by several days later and complete the project without me even being home. Would recommend them in the future. The only note to be aware of is that the gutter deal only included the gutters along the house. I had to pay extra for the spouts that bring the water to ground level, a necessary part of having properly functioning gutters.

He won't show up to do work after it has been scheduled. He also wanted to have more work done for a higher price. He called this morning telling me that he had a big job that he had to finish that took priority over ours. They wanted nearly $2000 more for the work, which we told them that we didn't want to do.

Had some trouble with communication. Gave some instructions that were not relayed correctly to the installer which led to improper placement of the downspout. We were able to rectify the issue. I think they are higher priced than other companies, but what I found that was nice is that their gutter material was all one continuous piece so I felt that it was worth the extra money. I was satisfied with the outcome.

Everything went smooth. They did a good job.

The job went well. They took down some old gutters and installed the new gutters. They took all the worn out old gutters so that I did not have to worry getting them to the dump. Both workers were professional and did great work.

The bill kept changing, no superior checked the job, I had my billing hours and the painters gave them theirs. 5 days to paint this little condo. My God. Do Not Use Them.

Everything that was scheduled happened at the assigned time. The workers that installed the gutter were very professional and fast. The entire job took about 35 min.

Have gone thru a couple of downpours so far, gutters work as advertised

Someone came over to give me an estimate. Showed up on time. Very professional. I just wanted gutters on both sides of my entrance door. He did not try to talk me into having gutters on the entire house. I ordered 16' of seamless 6" gutters and special ordered a copper color. Had them installed approx. (2) weeks later and did not have any problems. They did a good job. Received a 5% Angie's List Discount.

The job went very well. I would use this company again.

Purchased deal on AL. While i was not given an exact time for arrival, they did call when on their way. The project was completed as planned. Workman was professional, courteous and fast. I was pleased with his work.

They were excellent. I would recommend them. They did a nice job. They cleaned up everything after themselves. I would give A on everything.
