Our kitchen came out absolutely stunning! When there was a mix up with our granite, not Home Res-Q’s fault, Amanda immediately was on it and actually found me an even better piece of granite that I had chosen for the same price. It was stunning! We sold our house about a year later and I know the kitchen was the reason we sold in just over 2 weeks and for full asking price. Every one who viewed the house commented on how gorgeous the kitchen was. We have done many projects with them and are continuing in our new house.

It went well. They came approximately when they said they would, did the work neatly and efficiently, were polite and professional.

I had them give me an est. for replacing one carport post. Their cost was going to be $650.00. I waited over 2 weeks for them to get me the est. so I contacted another company and they did it for $ 130.00. A $ 520.00 difference. I think I will go with the other company from now on.

They were behind due to a member had an accident with a saw blade. It was up and down. Carpenter was knowledgable but alone, the wood selected was low quality which ment that more painting and caulking was needed, which I gave assistance. The Guys who came to do the gutters were great, knowledgable accurate and fast. Can not help who you work for sumetimes but the people who work for this company has there hearts in the correct place. Last was Fair priced not cheap or expensive.

These people were great. They came out when they said they were going to and did a great job. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Perfect! Work was performed on time and for agreed price. This is our second time using this company for home repairs. We hired them for the gutters based on the quality of the first experience .

Quoted 2 men for 2 days but dragged out for 6 days, not including weekend. Once demo was done I had to call everyday to find out if anyone was coming out to finish the job. Was charged excessive hrs. Based on work completed to replace tile and psintbEnded up costing a few hundred dollars over original quote.

GREAT! I WAS OUT OF TOWN WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED BUT THEY KEPT ME APPRAISED OF THE PROGRESS. VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION AND MOST PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

The crew who put the fence up arrived late, around 9:30 when we were told work would start at 8am. They arrived at my neighbors house, parked in the neighbors driveway, and I had to wave them over my house. They had the wrong address. The workmanship is not great - they didn't stretch the fencing so it's sagging in certain places. They left their lunch wrappers in my yard. When we called Nick to tell him the situation, he said he could meet us on the weekend to look at the fence. Never heard back. Called him back and he said he couldn't come out and that the only way to fix it was to put wood on the top of the fence to brace it. I told him to give me the balance owed back to me and we would do it ourselves. The office staff was very incompetent and didn't communicate with us either. I was told I would receive receipts of the materials they had to buy and never did. I definitely would not hire this company again.

I recently used HomeResQ to replace all of the gutters on my home after a recent re-roofing. They came to my home when promissed and provided me with an estimate that same day. I was trying to work within a tight budget and found myself adding and deleting things like number of gutters, installation of gutter guards, etc. Through all of this the office staff (Crystal & Melissa) promptly requoted the job (3 times) with no hesitation. The work was performed while I was at work and when I arrived home - WOW! what an awesome job they did. The gutters look fabulous and really make my home stand out.

They did a really good job on that. The work was very good quality and the workers were very friendly and willing to listen to my concerns and change all that i needed them to change. They are very flexible. I probably would use them again if i needed to.

He was prompt for the appointment. Said he was interested in the work and would have an estimate for us in about a week and a half. That was 5/19/16. In the following 5 months there has been no response from this business.

Nick did the measurement and offered suggestion to improve the flow of water away from my house, including replacing an old gutter. It was a little more to have the extra gutter and downspout added but after seeing the size of the gutter and downspout, I think it will help tremendously! The installers were nice and worked quickly. The new gutters look great! I'm looking forward to the next rainfall to see how well they work.

It went well. Kerdi membrane was installed as well as shower pan. It was a very tedious job.

Unfortunately Nick ,the owner, said they weren't licensed to do roof repair. He advised me that who ever I got to do the roof would also replace the damaged soffit and fascia so there was no point in my hiring his company to repair that part. I much appreciated his honesty! If I ever need non roof work done I would definitely give him a call.

Not a great start, but after resolving scheduling issues, the job was done when I asked and the painter was very friendly and professional. He did a great job.

We had our gutters installed a few months ago and have been just quoted to have gutter guards installed in addition to the gutters we had them install a few months ago. Initially there was a mix up with quote but Nick resolved the issue with the utmost professionalism. He definitely represented himself and the company with an A+ rating.

I would like to give this provider a higher rating but I just can not after the long process and frustration of this transaction. Here it goes: I paid for and booked through Angie's List for 50' of gutter replacement. A few days after payment the provider called me and we scheduled a day for someone to come out and inspect the work to be done. When they arrived he gave me an estimate to finish the extra gutter work that went above and beyond the pre-payment and suggested that several pieces of lumber be replaced due to rain damage and to help secure the new gutters. I was fine with that and agree to another $400 in work. I was told they would come by and do the woodwork first, then a team would come out and do the gutters. I agreed. Several days later someone from the office called me to schedule the work; we agreed on 2 dates and I was told I would get a call the day before to confirm. Couple days later someone showed up at the door requesting access to a power source for the power tools they would be using; I did not receive a call to confirm prior to their arrival as I had been told. When I returned home later that day, new gutters had been installed and virtually no woodwork had been performed. A stack of lumber was left at my residence on that day. Days later, again without a telephone confirmation, another worker showed up and did the woodwork. Looks good, no complaints, but I must digress for a minute. I live in a small villa with a shallow front yard and flower beds on either side of my front gate/entrance. The downspout on the right hand side of my property came down from the roof and emptied into a small tube buried slightly IN TO the flower bed. At least, that is how it was before this provider showed up and how I expected it to look before the concluded the job as "finished". They did not seem to agree because after the wood work was done I got a phone call to pay the balance of the work they had performed. I informed the office that I was not sure the work had been completed due to the fact that my downspout was not returned to its original condition of emptying into the flower bed, instead they had left some 2-3 feet of extra down spout just pouring into my flower bed causing loss of top soil and mulch. I was told that services would need to be paid for but that a service call request could be done. Fine. I paid the bill the next day. I was told that someone would be out within the week to perform the flower bed fix. Fine. I waited. We returned home to find a service note at our front door along with a long piece of gutter. The note reads," These extensions can be easily removed or put back on they are not screwed on...We hope we removed the right one, if not we left the extension in the courtyard." I looked back outside the gate at the flower bed and NOTHING had changed. This was a strange note to get if you just back up and read the dispatcher notes also on the service request form left at my door, which read (just above the worker's note to me, "Right side downspout at front - remove D/S extension. Water needs to drain into flower bed" The first 2 pictures attached show how they left the downspout AFTER leaving this note at my front door. I took the 2 pictures below and emailed the provider to AGAIN request that the house gutters be returned to the same state they were in, with the downspout emptying IN TO the flower bed and I sent pictures to them to make the issue clear. I received an email confirming the requested work. The final picture below is how they left the property. Will that work, probably. Is that how the house looked before they arrived, absolutely not. I am confused as to how job was so hard to complete when a simple bendable piece could have been added to the downspout so that it emptied in to the flower bed as before, not just aiming at the downspout but ACTUALLY emptying in to it as it did before this provider showed up. Very frustrating. Overall, the work was fine but the lack of communication really bothered me and the complete seeming lack of having pride in the job being done perfectly was tiresome; the original gutter team should have known/guessed that I wanted everything fixed and returned to its original configuration, not the half done job they decided would be good enough.
