My experience with Home Res-Q was a positive one. Nick quoted out the job based on what I originally asked as well as what he recommended. I took his recommendation and am glad that I did. The work was done professionally and the clean up afterward was outstanding. Any questions or clarifications that arose during the job were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again for future work.

I have to say that it was the most seamless (no pun intended) process that I've gone through on a home repair/upgrade. Nick is efficient, his office is communicative, and they are easy to work with. I have to say that their pricing was extremely competitive as well. He has generated a customer for life. I have absolutely no doubt that I will return to him and his team when future projects come up.

I am still in the process of gathering information from the insurance company at this time.

I received a written estimate, with pricing being based off an Angie's List "Big Deal". The job was then scheduled. The work was done quickly and neatly. The finished job looks great.

The owner, Nick, and his staff was very responsive and courteous. Nick followed up with the estimate within a reasonable amount of time. His team showed up on time and provided quality service. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would hire them again if I have to add more gutter. Additionally, Nick and his staff were very happy to serve "Angie's List" customers and it showed!! Hire them for your gutter work and you won't regret...thanks Nick and Staff.

I highly recommend them. First - they went out to house and provided estimate, then worked with me to bring areas to be completed within the Big Deal price. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional.

Very prompt and responsive. I thought there is no way I would use all of the 50' of gutter I paid for - (BUT, I didn't catch the downspout part). They came out and measured, etc. and before I knew it, I was told it would cost me another $200 for my 20' of gutter. I knew corners and leaf gaurds would be extra.... but I am still in shock that it cost me a total of $550 for 20' of gutter. More than ever, I am convince Angies list taking half (or whatever it is) of the contrators money on big deals is the real problem. They can't afford to make it work unless they find sneaky ways to upcharge, which only hurts them and Angies List, in my opinion. All said, It is done now, but I won't be too quick to use them again, nor will I be too quick to do another "Big deal" others I have bought have ended similarly - with regret.

I'm in the Commercial Construction business in MA. I contacted Nick Walsh (& Ashli) at Home Resq to do some work on my home in Florida. Without a doubt, Home Resq is the BEST Residential Contractor I have ever dealt with. I inquired based on Angie's List recommendations and was contacted almost immediately, by Ashli. They expeditiously went to look at the job and I had a Bid within 48. I also had 3 other Contractors look at the job. Home ResQ's price was the lowest of the bids and they were the only Contractor that would handle the entire job by themselves. They showed up on the exact day they said they would. Their workers were professional, pleasant, careful and took pride in their work. There was no question as to "what was included" or how difficult the job was. Nick's crew just did their job and I didn't even have to hang around to manage them. When the job was complete, I got phone calls from the office, making sure I was happy with the work. Nick and Home ResQ will be the first people I call for any other work I need done on my house. Home ResQ operates like contractors did in the "old days". They're honest, professional, fast, reasonable and care about making their customers happy.

He was honest and told me that the previous person that did the job forgot to do something and that was the reason for the leak. He also recommended I call this pervious person first to see if he would come back and fix the job right. So I did. When I called the previous person he reluctantly came out. I just have to hope it was fixed correctly

Installers were on time, and the installation was quick. The gutters appear to be of good quality, and so far they've worked great.

There was a little confusion with scheduling,initially, but Nick returned my call immediately and took care of everything completely. Hegot 2 painters to come out on Saturday so I could get the work done prior to moving in to the place I just purchased. This was an important part of why I purchased the big deal, so I really appreciate how accommodating Nick was in getting the painters there on the weekend. The painters, Bill and Sean, did excellent work - I would definitely recommend them as well. They were there early, worked consistently, focused on doing the job well and cleaned up when they were done. The walls had dark paint that took a few coats to cover, so I had them come back in order to get it all done. Again Nick got them in fast and Bill and Sean did great work! The interior looks great and I couldnt be more pleased!

Tom and Ben installed seamless gutters around our home. They both were very professional and did an excellent job. The job was done in a couple hours. I highly recommend anyone to use this company. I have them coming out to paint and seal our exterior walls but that's another review. Thanks again Nick, Tom and Ben Also, Dwight painted and sealed the exterior of your home and did a FANTASTIC job....very professional and a very hard worker....thanks again Dwight.

They checked out the job, gave a reasonable estimate for extras required beyond the "Big Deal" basic price, and they did the job well. Very happy with the job.

Overall, I liked it. The price was a lot higher than I anticipated but when I went over and looked at the work, I thought they did a very fine job because it's a fair value. I enjoyed their work, it looked very good, I'm satisfied and I would use them again. I bought the group-on for I think $150 but I ended up spending additional $254 and it's like a total of $400, so I had to think that overall it was a good value for roughly that price. He did quality work, it seemed like a good deal and they did it quick too.

Strongly recommend using Home ResQ for remodeling needs. Our project was interior painting but we would definitely use them again in the future for painting or other remodeling needs. We hired two painters for the day and Dwight and Dante arrived on time, reviewed the project details/requests, and then completed all of our painting needs. Very professional, did not make any messes, courteous, and excellent paint work. They completed all of the painting and even added our requested touches of stripes, circles, and various colors throughout the house. Excellent work, strongly recommend. Thank you!

Replace one side of gutters and 2 drain pipes

The installation of the new rain gutters was scheduled and they showed up on time. After seeing the actual gutters, I asked to change the color of the gutters as the color I had selected from their color chart was the wrong color. They were very polite, helpful and rescheduled a few days later. They came back and did the entire job with no problems whatsoever. After they finished the job, they cleaned up the yard. I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to work with me when my first selection was a color that did not match the house color.

The work was good we provided all the material and they put it up not rocket science

Outstanding, couldn't have gone better. First of all I appreciated the quick response and professionalism. I had called other companies and some never returned my call, or made appointments and didn't keep them. Nick Walsh, the owner of Home Res Q, was great in communicating what was being done and when it was to happen. He returned all my calls and showed appreciation for my business. His prices for all aspects of this job were lower than others, and the work was performed flawlessly. Each crew showed up at the expected time, were anxious to please my wife and me, and worked well with each other. I am not the easiest customer to please. I expect the job to be done correctly and everything agreed upon in the contract to be done in a proper manner. With Home Res Q I got this and more. Ex. When I asked the painter to leave some paint so I could paint my mailbox, (not in our agreement) they painted it for me. That was the attitude that each of the crews had. When we remodel our bathroom and kitchen next year this will be the first company we contact.

I have at my home entrance an overhanging roof with some wood-rot from rain. I bought this Deal to evaluate and repair that rot, as much as possible, for CLOSE to the Deal price of $149.00. The service provider failed to answer me after I repeatedly asked about them completely closing (what THEY would open up) my extensive damaged roof after reaching the cost of $149 or $149 + cost of an additional hour labor. I could not risk a price confrontation in the middle of the repairs!

Work was completed in a timely fashion the day after giving me an estimate and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Nick Walsh came 8/30 to provide proposal. Gutters were 52' with downspouts an additional 26.' The Big Deal stated 50 feet which I assumed would include downspouts. There may be an opportunity to more clearly state that in the add (my thought). The job was completed on 09/17. During the install, a lawn ornament was broken.
