Description of Work: At this point, Larry has only provided estimates for a number of projects around our home. We intend to move forward with the projects in the coming months. The estimates were clear, concise, and the prices in line or lower than other estimates. Larry personally came out to our home, discussed options, provided recommendations, and gave us the quotes within 3 days. We have used Gladiator for over $25K worth or work thus far (in 2014) and will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: my condo was flooded from above. After the initial remediation they removed all the furniture, redid all the ceilings, repainted all walls, put in a new vanity. They did an excellent job. The only problem was that some paint spilled on the walkway, but they took care of it.

Description of Work: Repair or replace damaged parts of our home caused by a sinkhole. He also remodeled our kitchen. He was very hands on with his workers and very responsive to us when we had questions. This was very important to us as we lived in Virginia. He helped us pick out counter tops and finishes. His wife was also active in picking colors when we could not make decisions due to the distance. Great Great Great

+ -1 moreThey came out quickly and got to work right away. The only problem I ran into was my insurance company which delayed them from starting to work. They are very thorough and they did what had to be done.
Description of Work: They repaired water damage and wind damage from Hurricane Debbie. Three ceilings had to be replaced and they patched the roof but will have to come back to finish fixing it. There was water damage as well in the bathrooms and bedroom.

Description of Work: We called this contractor. He returned the call promptly and came over and discussed additional costs due to construction requirements of the county that I was not aware of. At this time the additional cost would prevent me from entering into a work contract with this gentleman. He was very professional and I would definitely consider working with him in the future.

+ 4 moreThe job was done perfectly. Larry is such a perfectionist that he will not allow his men to cut any corners at all. He even pointed out things to me that I had not even thought off when he come to give me an estimate. He then gave me a budget and sent us to a tiling place, a glass shower door place, a plumbing supply place and we found everything we wanted. As soon as all the materials were ready, we set up a starting date. The work took two weeks, but was more than worth the wait. When they left, I had the master bath of my dreams. I could not be more pleased. I give them four stars in every category you can imagine. Any one who may hire Gladiator construction will not be disappointed in the decision at all.
Description of Work: Larry and his crew gutted our master bathroom, removed part of the dropped ceiling, tiled the floor and the shower area. They installed a new commode, sink, light fixtures, medicine cabinet, glass shower door, all the new plumbing, including a regular shower head and a hand-held shower head, as well as a tile seat in the shower, and grab bars. Then they painted the room. His electrician also installed light fixtures in my kitchen, and a new ceiling fan/light kit in the master bedroom. They work with total professionalism, showing up on time every day, and didn't leave until the work was done perfectly, including completely cleaning up after themselves. They are the best workers I have ever met, and are polite and friendly and totally welcome in my house any time.

+ 0 moreI wish things would have gone a little more smoothly because I wanted it done before the holidays but it is taking longer than expected. He is doing some odd jobs for me too that are included in the price. The workmanship is adequate but it is slow. His knowledge and cleanup is fine.
Description of Work: He is widening the door frame for us and the arch at teh top. It requires a little bit of tile to be replaced.

+ 1 moreThey were really wonderful. When I called to have someone come out for the estimate, someone picked up right away and it was the owner; I didn’t have to wait for a call back or anything. He came out, assessed what we would have done, and gave us an estimate. It turned out to be about $40 more, but it was pretty close. He gave us a list of what would be done every day after he got the permit, and they finished everything right on time. I didn’t get it priced anywhere else but he seemed fair and like he knew what he was doing. Their work was excellent.
Description of Work: Gladiator Construction Group took down a wall in our living room and reinforced the support beam. They also did all of the finishing work on the wall.

He arrived promptly - even early - job went well. He did leave insulation laying around and a coffee drink. I appreciate the mess being removed as we have pets.

All the people that he called were here when they were supposed to and got the work done when they were supposed to. They didn't want to replace the vanity in the bathroom. They were very direct and very down to earth. The main person coordinated all of the workers. The insurance company took care of most of the problems. The quality of their work was excellent. They were definitely reasonably priced. If I need something done I would have no problem in calling them out again.
Description of Work: We used Gladiator Construction Group to refinish our terrazzo flooring. They tore up all the carpets because dirty water had leaked out. They painted what needed to be painted. We also had new toilets installed.

Description of Work: Gladiator Construction Group helped me take care of my uncle’s apartment which was flooded because of some water pipe damage in October. The replaced all the carpeting, holdings around the bottom and replaced all the cabinets’ bottoms.

A friend of mine recommended this company, stating that they are not the cheapest but they are honest and straightforward. This man stood up for me with the adjuster and his supervisor.
