Description of Work: The techs were very cordial and polite any questions I had they answered if they were not sure they called the boss and had him explain. There was a mess up on one of my windows and they were very good in getting it taken care of right away.

Description of Work: I had all the windows in my home replaced with new energy-efficient ones. In addition, Tropical was the only contractor (out of 3 estimates ) who told me to apply to our electric utility for a rebate, whether or not I used them to install my windows. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: Tropical Windows came in and replaced 9 windows. From the low key approach of Chris the sales person to the owner himself coming out to measure the job it was all first class but more importantly I felt that they cared about my business. When Stu the installer came, he knew exactly what he was doing and he left my home in better shape vs when he got there. I will take it one step further, I had estimates from two other companies and both were very aggressive with their pitch while Chris was very confident in his company and the services they provide. I felt very good choosing Tropical.
