The crew was good, windows fit perfectly. Calking was not completed due to rain. I was told they would return next day. No one showed, no one called. A week later and still nothing. Poor service.

Excellent job done. Our sliding glass doors are beautiful. So happy with a job well done. Professional, polite, and quality work.

We were very pleased with the punctuality and professionalism Tropical Window provided to us. We love our new PGT windows, sliders, french doors and side garage door. The installers were very friendly and completed the installation in 3 days. Considering all the work and labor that was involved we think they did an awesome job. They cleaned up the area each day they left. The team leader Raul was so nice and very knowledgeable as he has been with Tropical for 25+ years. I asked him for a small favor, to add a touch of caulk to my bathtub and he did and went above and beyond. That meant a lot to me. I would recommend Tropical Window, Inc for anyone looking for good quality and dependable services. There were a couple of minor issues with a few of the PGT windows and those issues are being handled by the manufacturer. #happycustomer

They came when scheduled and completed the work quickly.

Once all the precision measurements were submitted to the factory and the windows were built the installation process began. I have never seen such a cohesive team of craftsmen! There was real teamwork, a sense of pride in their work, and a real choreography to their methods. I never heard any raised voices or foul language and never once were any of the guys anything but professional. They cleaned everything up as they completed each window and moved on to the next. Where any trimming was needed either to our home or to the new windows it was handled with precision. I was very comfortable being a woman alone around them in our home. The finished product is really beautiful, I’m confident that any issues that might arise down the road will be addressed by the pros at Tropical Window,Inc. Dealing with these people is a breeze. Everything happened in a timely fashion. This is the 2nd time they have replaced windows for me. I requested the same installers. They showed up early, cleaned up after themselves. Friendly.

On 2/3/17 Tropical Window came out to replace and was determined measurement was off so they had to reorder. 6/16/17 was scheduled to come out and replace newly-measured window and was advised that they broke window en route. Window was again reordered and scheduled for delivery on 7/17/17 and was told truck broke down. No window replaced that day. Next scheduled date for delivery was 7/26/17 and were advised that one of the technicians was "out sick" so had to reschedule yet again!.

Workers called to say when they were coming and showed up at designated time. Lead Installer Raul and his partner Chad were neat clean and did phenominal job. They removed and installed 17 windows and installed new entry door with sideline in 2 days. We love our new windows and job and would use these guys to do any future window or door improvement.

We are very, very happy with our windows and the new door! Raul and Alex moved what furniture had to be moved to access the windows, and covered everything with tarps. Once the new windows were installed and cleaned (yes, they even clean the windows!), they put everything back exactly as it was and vacuumed the area. Raul showed us how to operate the new windows and answered our questions. We could not be happier with both the quality of the windows and door themselves or with the quality of the workmanship. They removed 4 panel pocket doorwall and installed stationary side panels and center sliding doors. The product, thought heavy, is well made and beautifully designed. The two installers, Joe and Kevin, we're here on time, we're professional, neat and industrious. They were finished by approx. 3:00 and you could not tell there had been work done, except of course my elegant new doorwall. Absolute highest praise.

My wife and I took bids from several local window installers. We chose Tropical Windows for their competitive price and service record. Their staff was friendly and polite and they work until the job is complete to my satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Crew arrived on time. They were very polite and courteous and took precautions not to damage adjacent wood flooring. They worked efficiently and carefully - took the time they needed to align and level the doors to make sure they slide right. Screens as well. (We had a similar experience with the crew that did our windows and the French door. Very professional and efficient.)

It went great. One installer did the whole job great in one and a half days.

The window turned out perfect. We can now open this window in our bedroom when the weather is nice. The first one did not have the security lock on it that it should have so they ordered and replaced the slider that it went on. We are very pleased with the results. Would definitely use them again.

It went well. The first windows chosen were no longer made. We chose a second color. The windows were installed on time. They cleaned up all job related debris.

Arrived almost an hour late and was kind of condescending and a little rude, also estimate seemed high.

Company rep arrived at appointed time to find out what I wanted, to take measurments, and to give an estimate. I gave a 1/3 deposit. The installation was performed when promised. I have no complaints with quality or workmanship. The installers were professional and courteous.

Their service was great. Came, gave us an estimate(well in the ballpark of all the other estimates, maybe a little lower). Measured all the windows and one slidder door. Set a date to have them installed. They came on that date, replaced all the windows and door. They were neat, considerate and well mannered. Their crew was the best there could ever be. Would use them again in a heart beat. We passed the inspection with flying colors.

I will be calling him very soon to fix two more windows. Last time I needed re-screening on my sliding doors so he said that he needs to carry my doors into the office. We have a van and we could pick it up and that would save me $50 rather than him coming all the way here and doing the work here and charging more. That would save me the money. They come out and do a good job. They are very knowledgeable. They try to save me money when they can. I think it is same guy who comes out every time but I could not tell his name.
