It went fine and thay did great.

They were excellent. They took care of the matter very professionally and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. My service technician was James Floyd.

They were good. The job was done okay but when they put the cover on, they actually put a weight below grade so when we had the heavy rain and everything filled up with water so I have to go and get another one and put it on top. It doesn't leak as far as I know.

I took the opportunity to cut my dog's hair on the deck while he worked and chatted with him. I also like to see how things are done and learn so I watched the process. I don't have any complaints. I would hire him again. This was not an easy job but he was at it steadily until it was done.

Our kitchen sink was backing up every time it was used and we had out of town guest coming. I called another company who couldn't come out for several days. I called Suncoast and not only did they come out that very day, but solved the problem immediately. The office called to follow up with the approximate time, the service tech called and said he was on his way as I had requested. The technician was great, clean clothes, clean shoes etc. Also it took him just a few minutes to figure out the problem and we had imagined a dramatic problem. It was so reassuring to know there is a company here in Crystal River with great employees who know what they are doing and don't try to take advantage of a homeowner. I haven't used their electrical services but did recommend them to a neighbor because of the great service we received. They are now first on our list!

Installation ok, but we have since learned that the line was not installed to the proper dept by city code. The asphalt was cut in driveway going to our neighbors drive and new asphalt patch was installed and they were supposed to come add more asphalt because it sank - called several times and they promised to come out. Never did. I quit calling and decided not to use them again.

The plumber was very prompt. Called before he came and arrived within 1/2 hour. Checked out the problem and knew right away what the problem was. He had the supplies needed and repaired the problem very quickly.

Went very well, did an excellent job.

Started the job on time, but after the first day, they had a series of "emergencies" which delayed the finish for over a week!! We had one problem with the work and they came right out and fixed it!

On Monday, March10, I had an electrical problem that knocked out my telephones and a few outlets. I contacted Suncoast as they were very close to my home. I was told that they had only one electrician and that he was booked for the entire week. It would be Friday afternoon before I could get an appointment. Needless to say, I could not wait that long. I called Mr. Electric, and the problem was solved the same day. Suncoast Plumbing and Electric may do very good work, I cannot say, but I would think that a company that has "Electric" in its name would have more than one electrician. Electrical problems usually need prompt resolution.

I was very pleased with him, he performed additional work without charging me.

After having several sometimes leaking/sometimes not leaking faucets, had plumber come to replace faucets. He first checked the pressure at the water meter and found that it was very, very high. This was quite probably the cause of the leaks. He replaced an old worn-out pressure regulator with a new one. Thinking that the outside faucets had probably already been damaged from the high pressure, he also replaced them. I had been unable to find the cut-off of the main water line into the house, so the plumber rerouted the line, bringing it up above the ground level and installing a cut-off valve so that I could reach it to cut the water off when leaving the premisis for an extended period of time. Finding the pipe's location underground was a tedious job and took a lot of digging in a close, confined space but the plumber maintained a positive attitude. I will definitely call Suncoast again if/when I have another plumbing problem.

They came the day after a holiday to fix a back-up from a root clog. Past experience involved running an entire new drainage field after neighbor's water main broke and plugged existing field too much. They also replaced our water heater and came out at no charge to show me how to purge it again!

The work only took 2 days. They did excellent work. They were clean, tidy and very efficient. They were exactly on time. They called when they were on their way. This was a very good experience. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician checked my two smoke alarms and determined that one of them needed to be replaced, which he did. Replaced a non-standard light bulb in a fixture and showed me how to do it myself in the future.. Adjusted fluorescent light which was flickering (it was only loose) My problems were minor but the technician took care of them efficiently.

I was very satisfied with their service. Furthermore, they don't charge emergency call rates regardless of time of day or weekend. They were great.

These jobs were always performed well and they technicians/plumbers have gone the extra mile for us to solve BIG problems with outside well, etc. The remodel job was done efficiently and in a timely fashion as promised and the person doing the job was courteous and cautious to not leave any marks on walls or floors anywhere he worked and/or walked. All in all we have always felt this company was outstanding.

Anthony from Suncoast came out on the day and time scheduled for the estimate. My problem was a simple one that I could fix on my own but not only did he do it himself but secured the plug into the wall for me at no charge. Great service. I will definitely call them in the future.

They did a great job. They were on time. They did everything according to the way they said they would. I didn't compare prices but it seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

The experience was great. I give them an "A" overall and I would use them again in the future.

I would give them an A for everything because we call them for any electrical problems.
