Description of Work: The first plumber was not very experienced and took a long time to change one simple valve. He left me dissatisfied. We contacted Suncoast and they immediately sent out a supervisor to fix the situation. He was extremely good at his job and did everything to satisfaction and left us very happy.

Description of Work: They came to give estimate and to see the actual problem. Within a week they were here with a new shower, installed in a few hours. Left without leaving anything to clean up. Shower is perfect, if any problem were told to notify them immediately. No problem arose and we love the new shower. A great company.

Description of Work: Called them to snake a backed up sewer line. First guy came without a snake. Came back next day with a fancy scope and snake. But the cutting blade apparently wasn't big enough. Sewer line backed up again a few days later. Came back a 3rd time with a bigger snake and that was the charm. No charge for the extra visits and no problems since the last one.

Description of Work: BEWARE OF UNDERESTIMATING AND OVER CHARGING! In August 2014 came to house and verbally estimated cost to add an electric line to shed at around $140. Work done in early Sept.; was billed $175.00! When we arrived in Early December, the new line worked but no other electric in the shed area did. I called to ask about it , was upset and got a bit of an argument from receptionist. Three days later electrician came out and discovered that he had turned off a breaker for balance of shed. Breakers are in a 2nd panel and I did not realize it. They billed me$99. for a 2 minute call; electrician told the firm the visit was unrelated to prior work. They have lost a customer who spent in the low $ thousands with them over the past year.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater,a hookup for a refrigerator water & ice maker,installed new kitchen and bath faucets that I provided. They were on time and did the work in the amount of time that they said it would take. The only problem was the plumber had to come back because there was a minor leak under the bathroom sink. As soon as I called them they sent someone out to fix it. There were a couple of other minor problems but they took care of them right away. I would recommend them & use them again.
