We are a Licensed and Insured Fence Contractor. We specialize in all type of fencing for residential and commercial.
"We had a wooden fence installed in our home 6/19/23. The large gate that we have is not closing correctly. Where the hinge is located the wood is cracking down the middle of the board. The gate is hanging incorrectly and not allowing the fence to lock. Additionally, we were told the fence would take a couple months for the green pressure treated material to dry out an disappear. It has now been 11 months and it's still shown throughout the whole fence. We have email, text messaged and WhatsApp messaged Tony over 10 times and no answers. We it came time to initial payment, material payment and final payment they had no trouble to constantly calling and emailing for payment. Now that we need them to repair incorrect installment, they act in bad faith."

"I found this company (Mr. John Wellons) through a neighbor who had a fence put up by them. Mr John P Wellons came to measure and give me a quote. When I asked about permits he said I didnt really need to worry about it, but I insisted and he gave me the name of a company to call that would help me get the permit. QUALITY (this is the quality of the work done and not the quality of the fence): I was in my house when they started putting up the metal cross bars to screw the panels to and it was not done correctly. The cross bars were inside my property, which means that when he screwed the panels to the fence the "finished" or flat side would be inside my yard instead of on my neighbors side. According to zoning and coding laws the "finished side must be toward the neighbor. He did two sides like that until I went out and saw and told him to put the third finished side toward my third neighbor. I was going to change the metal cross bars on my own, but he welded the bottom metal bar to the metal posts instead of using screws. When I asked him if this would be an issue for final inspection he said "No, it wont cause any issues" (I have it in writing). Well, it has caused nothing but issues. When the inspector came to do final inspection he said that Mr. Wellons did not put enough screws in the panels. He put only two (one on top and one on the bottom) instead of four (two on top, two on the bottom). Also the inspector said that I would have to get a waiver signed by my two neighbors. One of them hates me so this is pretty impossible. One did sign. RESPONSIVENESS: Mr John Wellons said that he would take the waiver to the 2nd neighbor to get them to sign. This was several weeks ago and now when I text him he doesnt respond. He also said (and I have it in writing) that if the guy wouldnt sign then he would come and change the fence and put it the correct way with the finished side toward my neighbor. PUNCTUALITY: Mr. Wellons would call or text and say that he would be at my house by a certain time on a specific day and often times would not show up. He would just be there one day. It took him about 2 weeks to put my fence up. Additionally, once he finished I noticed that he charged me for items that he never purchased or used. For example: the charged me for 36 caps, which cover the tops of the metal posts, he only used 15 because the other posts were on my neighbors side. He did no readjust my invoice or quote. After doing some research I found that this company has been in business for 1.5 years and therefore should have known that the finished side goes towards the neighbor and that the fence panels needed 4 screws each instead of 2. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY."

As with any project or material, installing wrought iron fencing has advantages and disadvantages. Some pros and cons of this fence material include:
Pros
Long lifespan with proper maintenance
Very durable
Aesthetically pleasing
Functional as well as decorative
Cons
Requires regular maintenance and cleaning
Expensive compared to other fence materials
Limited privacy
A high-quality wrought iron fence should last a lifetime or even centuries. However, making your wrought iron last as long as possible will require regular maintenance as the material is susceptible to corrosion and rust. Maintenance involves cleaning the fence with soapy water every six months and applying a new coat of paint yearly. While you’re cleaning your wrought iron fence, scrub away any rust or corrosion to maintain its look and viability.
Installing a wrought iron railing costs about $2,600 on average, depending on the size and your location. Costs range from $700 to $4,600 for most projects. Typically, wrought iron railings cost about $50 to $120 per linear foot, not including labor. Additional cost factors include the material and component costs and any custom work. Different wrought iron railing finishes include:
Plain black: $50–$70 per linear foot
Galvanized wrought iron: $60–$90 per linear foot
Ornamental wrought iron: $60–$120 per linear foot
A wrought iron fence is worth it if the material suits your home’s needs and the cost fits within your budget. However, wrought iron is not the best choice if you’re looking for a fence that increases privacy. However, if you want a fence and a security gate that complements your brick or stone home with a classy, timeless, and elegant look, wrought iron fencing is a good option. As far as the longevity of wrought iron fencing compared to other materials, wrought iron wins almost every time.
Wrought iron fencing costs about $3,100, on average, ranging from $470 to $10,000 or more, depending on the type of fencing, the length, and any custom design work. You should also consider additional cost factors, such as metal thickness, labor costs in your location, permits, old fence removal, tree or bush removal, land grading, gates, and columns. Wrought iron fence materials cost around $1,925 to $3,500 per project, or $25 to $35 per linear foot.
