ACTION PLUMBING OF MIAMI INC

When i call the lady that received the call was very corteous and polite, we schedule the visit for the same day she gave me an approximate time, as promised she call me back the time we had agreed and she ask me if i was ready unfortunately i was out and needed to pickup something so i ask her for 30 minutes she agreed, finally when i got to the house they were waiting for me, Everybody was extremely polite. The technician explain the issue inform me the price and then when i had agreed he came and finisht the job. Everything thing was great from the company. I just felt it was a little pricey for a small valve.

It went very well. He came very quickly and was very thorough. He was very good.

They were great. They did a lot of work. I spent about $300 for the job done in December. They were very efficient, professional and easy to work with.

They work moved along just fine. The bathroom needed a lot of work, and the also replaced a gargage disposal and did some pipe work in my kitchen. They did this work over a couple of days. They were expensive, but they do good work.

Called Action Plumbing office and was offered a visit by Jay Collins within half an hour. Jay arrived within 20 minutes and assessed the work required. Promised a quote which arrived promptly a couple of days later. We accepted and the work was scheduled to begin at 9am on January 17th. Jay's guys arrived on time and had completed the work by 4pm. They were polite, clean and tidy and completely professional. New pipework just as promised, works great. Price as quoted. Couldn't be happier.

My toilet was clogged and all home remedies including Liquid Plummer, hot water, and nearly non-stop plunging, all failed. I called Action and they were prepared to send someone out the same day! How rare is that?? However, we agreed on an appointment for the next day/ Doc arrived the next day, and to my surprise (and relief) immediately put on paper booties so he wouldn't track debris into my home. I explained the problem and he got right to work. He didn't mind my constant questions and offered several logical theories on how the toilet in a newly constructed home could have gotten plugged up. My home has really hard water and Doc saved me a few thousand dollars by offering alternatives to a whole-house water filter. He also installed shower filters that I had already purchased but was too lazy to put in myself! When I am ready to get that whole house filter installed, I will call Action Plumbing! In fact, when I need a plumber for anything I will call them!

Scheduled an estimate for Monday late afternoon, 25 October, the plumber (Junior) arrived on time and was very courteous. I explained the scope of work and he was able to provide me with a general (ball park) estimate the following day, so I scheduled the work for Wednesday. The plumber (Junior) and the company owner (Jay) arrived on time. They reviewed the scope of work and began immediately. All items were completed as requested within 3 hours. The quality of work was excellent and both Junior and Jay were very professional and tidy. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. They now offer a referral program for their customers. If you refer someone else for work and they use the company, they will send you $50.00. Seems like a nice idea.

The company never responded to my husband's call.

The overall experience with Action Plumbing of Miami, Inc. was pretty good. I was able to contact them and schedule and appointment for an estimate the first date I contacted the company. The secretary and technician were very kind and professional.

I called the company and left a voice mail. Within 10 minutes the dispatcher called me back to assess services needed. She had the technician (Mr Gami Rodriguez) call me and I again detailed my problem. Mr Rodriguez arrived within the hour, assessed the situation and proceeded to fix the problem. He completed the process in an hour. Mr Rodriguez was very professional, spoke perfect English and was also very friendly.

I had a few knobs and spiggots replaced. Either they were either rusted up or had broken off. Took about 2 hours to complete.

The company was able to schedule an appointment and when I asked to move the time up at the last minute, they were able to accomodate. The plumber was friendly and experienced. It was a 20 minute process and I will use this company again if needed. Overall it was great!

I called on a Wednesday and they came out on Friday. The entire service call took less that 30 minutes. He offered us a service contract for a years plumbing at a value price of $57.00 and thereafter discounted service but we declined due to the fact we had just had a water heater installed and everything else is working properly. we were pleased with his attitude and expertise. We would definitely call again.

The plumber came to my house on a Saturday and fixed the leaky pipe connection. He called me from his previous job to let me know exactly at what time he would be at my house. He showed up on time and fixed the pipe connection. I was extremely pleased with the service and rapid response to my problem.

My home was built in 1968 and I bought it and moved into it in 1970. For the past 10 or 15 years, I had used a second bedroom and bathroom as a storage room. I just decided to use it again as a bedroom and bathroom and discovered the sink was hopelessly clogged up. I called Action Plumbing on 5/25/10 and explained in general about the badly clogged sink. I was told that someone could stop by the next day (5/26/10) shortly before noon. The next morning at about 10 am, I received a call that Roy, the plumber, was on his way to my house if that was OK. I said fine and Roy Russell arrived at about 10:45 am. I explained what I wanted done, which was a bit more than I had told them the day before. He was very nice and professional about the whole thing and proceeded for the next 10 to 15 minutes or so to provide me the cost of the job. He estimated the cost at $562.65. I said fine. Let's do it. He then checked and found out that the drain pipe beneath the sink was over 40 years old and had to be replaced. He discovered he did not have all the required parts, so he left for close to an hour to retrieve the needed parts. When he returned, Roy proceeded to do everything I asked: Replace the bathroom sink faucet; replace the bathroom sink drain; add a new cutoff valve for the sink; fix the clothes washing machine and unclog the drain in the other bathroom sink. Roy was very friendly and professional. He spoke perfect English which is not all that common in Miami. I was extremely pleased with Roy Russell, the plumber, as well as with Action Plumbing and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

The guy showed on time and quickly offered a solution. He performed professionally and I'm pretty happy about the whole experience.

I got an estimate over the phone which was correct. Prices are a flat fee so no charge by the hour which can add up especially if the plumber takes his/her time. Very punctual and knowledgeable. They also have a plan where you pay lower for the service and $60 for a lifetime maintenance program. This helps you pay the lower price and also it entitles you to get a checkup once a year. Very good deal.

Roy followed-up within an hour to confirm plumbing issues, and showed up shortly thereafter. He was courteous, professional, and explained the work that he was doing. He did exactly what we needed him to, and charged a very reasonable fee. We highly recommend Action Plumbing to friends and family!!

Ray was wonderful! He was courteous and took care of the problem right away. He was very polite, and I even hugged him when he left. I was 120% satisfied and I will use them again!

Overall the project was very professional and clean.

For us, digging up a huge portion of the front yard and snaking pipes with a camera was a big deal. Everything went exactly as they said it would. When they were done, one would never have known they were here. Everyone that came to work on our property was polite and professional. We were so happy with their service and will call them again if we're in need. I HIGHLY recommend Action Plumbing without hesitation!!!

Arrived over an hour after the end of their arrival window. But once here, service was efficient and frindly -- no complaints.
