He has done both bathrooms, behind the washer and sinks. Jay is excellent. He is professional, is a hard worker. and never tells us no. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them.

Jay fixed my sink problem quickly and gave me great advice and suggestions on how to avoid blockages. He also displayed infinite patience with my condo office and their rules and procedures. I always recommend Action Plumbing to all my co-workers and neighbors.

Everyrhing went well. The plumbers at action plimbing unclogged my sink and my wallet.

I always use Jay. He's much reliable and I don't use anybody else. We've tried several and we like them the best. They've got integrity.

These guys were prompt and listened to the concerns I had with my bathroom shower and kitchen sink. They were able to fix the issue in my shower and even did proper re-caulking around my toilet, sinks, and shower. They also cleaned everything up, so that is was easy for me. I was happy with the work.

We had a 9am appointment with the provider. Around 9am we get a call saying the plumber will be a bit late. At 11:51AM we get a missed call and voicemail from the plumber (Jay) asking where he can park around our building. I call him back at 11:57AM, he does not pick up. I try again at 12:08. He does not pickup. I try at 12:24 and ask him if he was able to find parking. He tells me he left because he couldn't find parking and he has other jobs to do. I find this very unprofessional. We had a 9am appointment and you show up at 11:51AM and you cannot spend 5-10 minutes to look for a parking?

What a pleasure it was to have Jay work on our home. Our cast iron pipes had rusted through and were leaking through the slab. Jay's team came in and cut a trench through the house and replaced the cast iron pipes. Along with that, he also redid the plumbing in the laundry room and the kitchen. He stayed true to his(shockingly brief) time table and his (incredibly reasonable) budget estimate. Jay was also ALWAYS available to answer any questions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I NEVER write reviews, but it was so important to me to let people know that Jay is an honest, reliable, and highly skilled plumber who excels at the "big" jobs that seem so daunting to homeowners.

As usual, Jay arrived on time and addressed the issue. He wore booties, cleaned up after himself, and was professional in all respects.

The tenant alerted me to the problem in the days leading up to Christmas. So I found Action Plumbing on Angie's List. The phone attendant was really nice, sort of down home personable. Unfortunately they were flooded with calls just ahead of the holiday and she offered to refer me to someone else. I'm diehard Angie's List, so I said no thanks. So she scheduled me for the next available, the following Monday morning. BTW, she was also nice enough to offer to try to fit me in in the case that other appointments ended early, but no such luck. Monday morning, she called me to remind me that the plumber was on the way to the house. The plumber arrived at the house on time, diagnosed the problem, and went to work. I spoke to him after he completed the job and he gave me the price. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't sort of demand payment on the spot - I actually offered to call into the office to give me CC info. I called, gave the same phone attendant my card information and that was it. Oh, and I got a nice Angie's List discount!

Had to reschedule twice, once by me and once by contractor but, fortunately, ours was not a critical problem. I left them a voice mail on the Sunday prior to Monday visit but they didn't seem to get it and the contractor was on his way.

Action Plumbing came recommended and they did a good job the first time. Since then, we've called four times over a span of 3 days and had no response. We've also called their "Emergency" number twice which is suppose to get you a call back within 15 minutes and no one has responded.

It is incredible how quickly the construction market has heated up down here. I couldn't get anyone - not even the plumber that did the last phase of our construction ($8000+ in plumbing) - to even BID the work. I work for a large commercial GC myself, and I decided to contract out the plumbing and electrical work separate from the GC. Their number was fair and even changes to the work that we added were done at a reasonable rate - exactly within our budget for the job. Thankfully we found Action Plumbing on Angie's List, and we couldn't be happier with how they did. I can't say enough about Action, and in particular their lead guy for our project, Jay. They were meticulous in their work but timely in getting their work done, always showed up when they said they would and always got done exactly when I needed them to. When my out-of-town GC hit a water line when putting in a cabinet and we didn't find out till a couple of days later, it was Action (and Jay) that came by quickly to shut off the water and take out the cabinet to fix the leak. We had all kinds of new challenges for them, including reworking the gas lines from our tank to the water heater to accommodate the new line to the stove and the newest model of hard-wired, motion-activated kitchen faucet, and they tackled all of them with the highest level of thoughtfulness and attention to their craft. In short, I would highly, highly recommend Action for your plumbing needs, including - and especially - complex remodel projects. We were happy with our last plumber, but they are so far superior to them that in hindsight it is clear that we had no idea what we were missing. We will definitely use them again.

It went great! Jay was very professional and nice. He took care of everything in a timely manner and efficiently. Jay was very personable and offered advice with other plumbing concerns I had. I thought that from the moment I received a call back from Jeannie to make the appt. through the actual service, I was glad I contacted this company. So far everything is working well. I would definitely call them again!

The plumber showed up right on time (driving through rush hour traffic from Homestead to Sunny Isles). He assessed the problem, got his equipment, and fixed the leak within minutes. No service charge, and the best rate that I could have asked for. I asked him to look at other issues and I am retaining them to fix the rest of the plumbing issues that I have throughout my home. Very respectful and courteous as well!

I always use Action Plumbing and have been recommending them to others for several years. Their prices are more than reasonable and they do expert work. When I called they scheduled me for next day service and Jay arrived promptly as always. He installed the new kitchen faucet which entailed working in a VERY small cramped area under the sink in my condo. The contractor I used 3 years ago did not design the area well but Jay still managed to install the faucet expertly--despite the exceedingly small hole in the countertop for the faucet to fit through. Then I mentioned to Jay that my toilet was running and he took care of that, too, even though that wasn't what I scheduled him for and his time today was tight. That's just the kind of guy he is--always cheerful, knowledgable and willing to help. And believe me my pet peeve are folks who complain the entire time they're working at my house--sometimes about the job but just as often about their family, politics, etc. Jay is a breath of fresh air. He's always upbeat, friendly and professional. Again, my thanks to Action Plumbing for quick, expert service!

The plumber arrived and at the time he was on his way home when he got the call since it was his birthday. He worked on my problem anyways. He had to go to home depot to get some parts he did not5 have on his truck. This was the day before Thanksgiving and we were expecting many guests the next day. He saved our holiday.

The plumber (whose name escapes me) showed up on time and was professional throughout the visit. He had difficulty removing the broken sink faucet but eventually did so. He then installed the new faucet (which I had purchased), cleaned up and left. The whole visit took less than two hours.

Jay diagnosed the problem and had to replace the complete shower handle and the plate that attached it to the wall. He also removed the large amount of calcium deposits that had built up in the shower head and water line.

Jay was excellent and reasonably priced...would definitely use again.

Jay came twice to the house and worked for several hours to resolve the problems in the least expensive way for me. He totally worked around my schedule, and it was a very good experience. I highly recommend Action Plumbing. A+ in all respects!

I do not take any pleasure in writing any reviews that are less than complimentary, but it would not be in the best interest of what Angie's list stands for if I wasn't completely honest. I called Action plumbing and scheduled an appointment for 1:00 on Wednesday. The appointment time came and went, so I thought I must have misunderstood the time and called the company to confirm. I left a message and did not hear back from them until 5:00. I told them I would still like for them to come out if they were available. I told them the problem I was having was with the toilet leaking around the base and it probably just needed a new wax ring. The man who called said he would contact the tech and see if he was able come out then. After a few minutes he called back and said the tech did not have any wax rings on the truck and he would have to reschedule. Who would have thought a plumber would not carry extra wax rings on his truck. But I realize things happen and maybe he had used them all that day, or some other reason he would not have extra available, anyway I rescheduled for Friday between 1:00 and 2:00. Again the appointment time came and went with no call to say they were still at the previous job or that it would be a little later than scheduled. Finally around 5:00 someone called and apologized and asked if they could have the technician come then. By that time I had previous plans and it did not work with my schedule. I had spent two afternoons waiting for them and did not want to waste any more time to see if the third time they would get it right, so I moved on to another company.

Called at least 6 other plumbers and I guess they thought people are made of money. Disgusting. Action was Great. Start to finish very quick. and very reasonable I now have a plumber forever.

Professional, punctual & friendly. Even provided a discount! Garbage disposal hadn't been working for 3 months. They fixed the jammed garbage disposal and now the sink drains perfectly. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us the value rate.
