Jay responded and quickly identified the cause of a leaky shower head. The problem was then promptly repaired. All in all a good experience.

They showed up when they said they would. They were efficient and went right to work. They were professional and sociable. He cleaned up his work area. He was reasonably priced. He followed up when the job was done and he did a good job. They were a very pleasant surprise. He had his clean uniform on. I told him what was wrong and he located the problem and told me how much it would cost. If I have a plumbing issue, again he would be the one I would call.

Left a message for Action plumbing and they returned my call within 5 minutes. The representative took down the information and was able to confirm that a plumber would be at the residence within 45 minutes. The plumber then called me about 10 minutes later to inform me that he was 15 minutes away. He arrived within that time period and immediatelybegan to assess the problem. He completed the work in about an hour and a half. He was very efficient and left the work areas very orderly and clean. He resolved the problem that day and the drain is working perfectly.

I phoned Action Plumbing at 8:00 am Monday morning. The office personel was most helpful, and told me that someone would be out in the late morning. Jay arrived around 11:15am, went straight to the problem and corrected it. He was very freindly, professional, and took care of our pluimbing problems in very short order. It is such a pleasure to find such great people when looking for professional home services.

Great! Called several people from Angie's list. Action didn't charge to take a look. Jay Collins came the same day, suggested alternatives to help decrease the bill. He fixed the problem and we added some more work for him since we liked what he was doing on the water leak.

I have used this company several times, in the past they were excellent. However, this time when I called, the woman on the line was not as professional as before, and I had to remind her to take my information. She was to call me with an appointment time in the next 24 hours. Two days later, I hadnt heard from her, so I called back. She had to think to remember me, as she had no appointment arranged. She gave me a date, said it would be in the morning, and she would call ahead with the time. The date came, and no call and no plumber. I called back and asked what was going on. She had no idea who I was. So I asked why is this company so changed? She stated that the company had financial problems, she had no experience, was doing multiple jobs and essentially that was the excuse. So I moved on.

Excellent, they quickly found the leak and made the repairs with minimal damage to my house.

We have previously used this company and were very satisfied, especially with their man "Doc". (Who, unfortunately has relocated upstate) This time around, it took three calls before anyone contacted us to set an appointment. The worker was rescheduled once.When he arrived, he disassembled the faucet then stated he needed parts. He didn't seem able to do the showerhead installation and wasn't very helpful regarding information on the water softener. He did not charge for the visit and said he would get back to us. It's been three to four weeks now and we still haven't heard back from them.

We called Action Plumbing about a stopped up kitchen drain. They called back in about two hours and sent someone out that day. The plumber was very professional, listened carefully to what our problem was, and complied with our wishes not to do any work from the roof vent. The work was done quickly and now the drain works fine. They took an out-of-town check. Price was reasonable, we thought.

Prompt action on request for estimate (within two hours) and alternative solutions proposed, each with pricing quotes. Work commenced promptly. Some slowness, mostly due to waits for inspections. Line to pool accidentally damaged but repaired quickly at no cost to owner. Finished job very satisfactory. Even gave us a price reduction because proposed removal of part of concrete floor was not necessary. Overall a very good result.

I called these guys due to a bad water leak coming from several areas downstairs. I suspected it might be a sewre or drain line clogged, and asked them to bring a camera for the sewer. I waited a few days for them to come as I had to make an appointment when the camera was available. When the men arrived they had no sewer camera but said they could diagnose without it, which they did. He said my sewer line was clogged, and when I ran something like the wasing machine or the dishwasher, which forced water into the sewer and it couldnt go through, it broke the wax seals in the toilets causing water to come out. The guys seemed to want to tell me that and leave, without doing anything to fix the problem....HAving me pay them for that information and then pay htem again to come bak with the camera. I asked them if they could at least clear the block...I assume if they had a sewer camera they would have had to clear the block. They didnt seem to want to, ran the snake once, discovered roots and feminine wipes on the snake, and told me my sewer was cracked and roots were coming in. I thought that they shoud snake it again to ensure they got everything, but they did not. I asked for an estimate to fix it, but they couldn't give it to me at that time, said they woudl get it back to me, but they never did. I also asked them to fix the handel of a toilet that tends to continue to run. They couldnt do that either. They had to get the pricing and get back to me, which I told them to do but they did not. They also didnt recommend the I replace the wax seals, and I had the same problem again a few weeks later. The other company said I should have replaced the wax seal in 2 or 3 toilets in addition to snaking the sewer. They did not tell me to do that or offer to do that. They seemed to just want to collect a few hundred bucks for telling me the main problem and run off without fixing anything. I called twice to get estimates to finish the job but they never got it to me and never fixed the problem...I paid almost as much as I was quoted for the video and did not get the video tape pinpointing hte problem or the estimate to fix it. The only thing that these guys did well was diagnose the problem - the rest of their work was "D" at best and definately lacked effort. ,ed t

Called the company on Sunday, left a message on their answering machine. The next morning received a call and was able to schedule a repair immediately. Doc came out and did a great job: punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend to others.

Action Plumbing of Miami Inc Action Plumbing, were the best! It was a big job and they gave me several options to wear they didn't have to tear up my floor. They cleaned up and everything. Everything was excellent and I am very satisfied!

The company rep appeared to my house untimely, and advised MY WIFE he needed to run a snake through my line, but that he couldn't go on the roof because he would break roof tiles, so they needed to install a new "lead in" to my plumbing. The house has been here since 1941 and certainly has had numerous people on the roof to run snakes before without breaking tiles. Anyway, they put in the new "lead in" to the plumbing line and "snaked" the whole line (allegedly). The clog came back 4 days later, and another guy comes to the house and says that the snake they ran on the other end (where the lead in was installed) did not involve the line on the other side of the house where the clog was, making this entire expense unnecessary and rip off. The other serviceman told me that they need to come back and run the snake through the roof opening. They also told me that it would be another $180 to come out, on top of the $600 my wife paid them. DON'T USE THESE GUYS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! TOO BAD IT COSTS $401 to file a Complaint in Court, otherwise it would be worth it.

From the estimate to the completion of the work I was satisfied wit their work, their professionalism and their timeliness. I would recommend Action plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing assistance. The only thing I would mention is that it is not easy to get in touch with a live person when you call, you almost always have to leave a message, but they do return calls.

I called their office on Monday night 8/01 and got their voicemail. I left my name, phone number and a brief description of the work I needed. It was to fix two toilets and possibly replace my kitchen faucet. I received no return calls by Wednesday afternoon. I called them again and received their voicemail system. I chose the option to speak to a person. After about a five minute wait I was passed through to I think one of the plumbers. Once I told him the issue, he forwarded me back to the office. I got the voicemail again. I left a final message. I still have not been contacted by 11:00 8/04.

I called because my drains were starting to back up. The person answering the phone said they would be able to get someone out to the house in about an hour or two. (I had called another company earlier and they could not even give me an estimate on when to expect someone). I got a call back shortly afterward saying the plumber was on his way. Carlos came to the house and immediately put on shoe protectors before coming inside. He checked both bathrooms, ran the tub and the shower, flushed the toilets, checked the clean out valve outside, and the problem seemed to have resolved itself on its own. He came back in to double check how the water was draining inside. Carlos then told me he was going to close up the clean out valve and I went back inside to write him a check. When I went outside to see if he was done, he had left! This company truly is amazing!

The Plummer (Doc) was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, explained to me what the problem was, and resolved the issue expeditiously. Outstanding Service

On visit # 1, I discussed with Mark the logistics of what needed to be cleared for access. On visit # 2, Mark came on the appointment day within 5 minutes of scheduled time, and replaced the heater. No dust, water or trash was evident on our return to our home. Extremely pleasant to work with. Office support was excellent. I do not know how long it took as we left but he guesstimated 4-41/2 hours for completion.

While all other plumbing companies said they didn't have anyone, Action Plumbing was able to send someone right away and open up the backed up drains. They rapidly diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly.

He arrived right on time, which was nice. I showed him the problem and he said he could replace the leaking faucet with a kit and that he would not have to tear out the tiles or go into the wall from the adjoining closet. He had the parts with him and got right to work, completing it in under two hours. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking with him. As I noted above, he also went beyond the original project and unclogged the sink in the same bathroom. I highly recommend him and the company.

I thought they were outstanding. I called them because my water usage had doubled. I called them to see if they could locate the source of the leak and they identified that one of my toilets were leaking. The gentleman who came said it would require replacing all the parts which might cost more than replacing the toilet itself. He suggested replacing the toilet which he did, he made it very easy. He asked if I would go to the store and pick one out, then he would go pick it up and install it which he did. he was remarkably efficient and did a nice job. I also liked that he put protective cover booties on his shoes each time he entered my home. First he wrapped it in plastic so it wouldn't leak as he brought it from upstairs. All in all he was very efficient and clean. I do have more work to be done this summer and I will bring them in to do it.

My upstairs bathroom toilet over flowed and they came out within the hour and fixe the problem. I paid a reseaonable price and am conifident with all that was showed to me as well as explained to me. love thses guys!
