I’m a landlord, and I hired Solomon to make one of my units into a “smart home.” He installed a smart doorbell, smart front door lock/keypad, smart switches/dimmers, a smart thermostat, and smart cameras. As an investor, I am always looking for the best price and quickest turn around. He was very pleasant to work with, and I feel he checked both boxes. I will definitely be using him for my other units.
