Finding a contractor to do work at one's home generally seems to be a "fingers crossed" experience. I was very fortunate to work with an ANGI-top rated company for electrical work - Solomon Electrical (Hollywood FL). The company responded to my request quickly and we scheduled an appointment. The company notified me when their pros (Guy & Gabi) were on the way; on arrival they got right to work assessing the job, providing an estimate, and getting right to work. They were professional, experienced, personable, efficient and didn't leave a mess! I now have a "go-to" electrical team when needed. Thanks Guy & Gabi! Cate

Julio was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to finish the job of installing a ceiling light in an efficient amount of time and it looks fantastic!

Worst experience ever. We are filing a claim with our credit card issuer to get the money back. They agreed via email to come out and provide a quote for repair. Upon arrival the tech told me what the problem was and charged me $180 plus a $20 service fee, and said if I wanted him to install the new GFI receptivas it would be another $125. After further investigation and troubleshooting, that wasn’t even the issue. These people are absolute crooks.

The technician, Guy, arrived right on time. He quickly assessed my needs and said he could do it right then. He had to go get a couple pieces, but was back quickly and finished the job. Maybe 90 minutes all told between the time he arrived and when the job was completed. Everything was clean and professional. I would definitely recommend Solomon Electric.

It has been tedious since I initiated a contract with Solomon Electric Company. I started this project in 2023; since then, the experiences haven't been favorable for me as a client. I am expressing my concerns so people know what is happening with this company. I initially contacted them through Angie List, where I provided them with my house, which was approved by the city. Consequently, I have commented on the contract that all jobs must comply with the plans approved by the city and that the estimate be as initially quoted. I have paid according to the contract, and in fact, I paid 70% of the total amount in advance. The owner decided yesterday not to continue with my proyect which is already paid 70% and is desagreeing with the price he initially approved. Sadly, I have this awful experience. (Although Camilo, the technician) have performed an excellent job at my property and have always been willing to take responsibility for his scope of practice. If you want a job at your property, please be careful, have all proof of communications with them, and be clear about the terms. However, this isn't enough, based on what I have experienced.

Guy did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained what was needed and completed the job quickly. I will ask for him for future jobs.

Solomon Electric responded to us at a time of frustration. (3) days before we made an appointment with Solomon Electric, we had called and attempted to contact (3) other companies, but to no avail. We left voice messages to each one, but no contact. On the Monday I called Solomon Electric, a representative answered the call and I scheduled an appointment for the same day. I received a call from them an hour later, informing me one of their electricians had completed a job earlier and I wanted the electrician to come earlier. I immediately replied yes.

The guys that came were very professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were very patient with me as I asked many questions I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again. They showed up when they said they would, and not leave until the job was done.

Amazing ! Was very knowledgeable and professional reasonable prices he did a great job and solved my issue, but the best part Solomon is extremely kind and caring he truly cares about people he went above and beyond even fixing another issue just because he did not want to leave a potential problem, this additional work was not in my budget he went ahead and fixed it anyway Wow what an amazing human being and a great electrician , I will always recommend Solomon Contracting Thank you !!!

Solomon offered to connect via video call prior to having a technician make an emergency visit. After a minute he offered a recommendation and Thankfully was the solve. He saved a big family dinner and at no charge, so kind!!

The service was great from start to finish. The exceptional customer service their staff has and will do everything possible to keep within the budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Initial communication went well, until I paid the deposit. Communication then became minimal. After chasing them, despite all the issues, a team arrived to the house and were great at what they were hired to do. Courteous, professional, and respectful would explain the team. I would use them again.

My outside porch electrical outlet was not working so I called Solomon to come over from Angie’s List. He was on time very professional but the only thing he had to do was hit the circuit breaker so he didn’t have to perform a real huge task. I would’ve given him an A but he just didn’t have much to do I would recommend him to my friends and I will also use them again. Also his service call price was very reasonable.

A young guy I believed named Shimi arrived to our house. We were surprised that such a young guy can can be so professional. He knew exactly what we needed, advised us on better ways to make it happen, and was so kind and friendly. After giving us the estimate, we decided to go forward with him and could not be any happier (!) He finished the work in due time, no surprising fees or additions, he even cleaned after himself. Such a hard working person. I absolutely recommend him and already sent his number to my family and friends. It's hard to get someone who is professional and also honest. He's a keeper.

Mr. Solomon provided exceptional service. He responded to my initial email within the hour and was prompt, knowledgable and professional during his service call. He resolved my problem quickly and charged a reasonable fee. I will DEFINITELY request his services again.

After an hour a tech got in to my house. He install for me a new outlet for a washer and dryer and everything was really professional. They had all the insurance and licenses to get in to my building. I’m really happy for using their service’s. Definitely recommend.
