Solar Quest quickly got the financing approved after all the papers were signed. The insulation was up the water heater installed. The payment plan came in the mail. When I read it, I got sick. It would be $400.00 plus a month for 7 years. That's when I realized I had been scammed. A 19.99% interest loan with the interest I've accrued over the last 9 months, I'll be paying well over $40,000.00 for a unit that saves me $50.00 a month on my electric bill which is always over $300.00 a month. I believe Solar Quest is in cahoots with Green Sky Credit Co. and are taking advantage of people who trust other people.

Everything went fine. Workers were personable. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They used their time efficiently and kept the work area clean and unobstructed. Did everything to our requests and took care of it! They didn't fool around and were very courteous & knowledgeable!

Solar Quest was very easy to deal with. Our saleman, Scott, was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He even suggested alternatives to replacement in order to save us money. He gave us a detailed walk-through in our house on where we were losing energy and why. Since we were already on our way with a solar water heater and solar pool heater, getting solar fans for the attic was a no-brainer. The Solar Quest contractors were very professional and pleasant. They took the time to explain what they were doing and even found some minor issues we didn't know existed and fixed them for us. They gave us tips and hints on how to extend the life of both our current hot water heater and current A/C unit and even did a through exam to make sure both were working efficiently and there was no unknown wear and tear. They cleaned up after their work and left no mess. They even moved all the boxes that were in our attic so that the insulation work could be done and offered to put them all back for us. They allowed us full access to check all their work when they were done and answered any questions we had. The manager, Chris followed up the following week to check the salt water in our pool and added any needed chemicals. He came back a few days later, drained half of the pool due to some issues with getting the chemical balance, added more chemicals, had us refill the pool and asked us to send him a bill for the difference in our water bill so that he can send us a check to cover it. He then came back a few days later for one final check and verified that our pool water was finally stable. We haven't had an issue with it yet and this was after months of fighting issues with chemical balance and algae. The best part, all this work was done with no out of pocket. And all work is guaranteed for life. We could not pass up an offer like that especially for work we needed anyway. Solar Quest was a one-stop shop for all our energy saving needs. We look forward to the monthly savings on our electrical usage. I would, and have, recommend this company to all my friends and family who have homes and the need to save on energy costs. My husband was so impressed he said he would actually work for the company if he could. I would like to thank the Solar Quest team for their professionalism and courtesy.

Installation went very well. The Hybrid water heater works great and cools off our garage. Its Awesome. Workers were very professional and did a very good job. James came back and did a thorough inspection and made sure that everything got done. We are going to recommend several people and we would highly recommend this company. We can feel the difference in the second floor. It is already cooler and we have moved our thermostat up since it doesn't have to be as low as before! We are looking forward to our energy savings!

Met with Scott DeLoach and we discuss how to save energy why lowering the carbon footprint in our planet. All the number made a lot of common sense so I went ahead with the project. My ROI should be within two year from install. The sales rep was a pleasure to work with. Excellent install crew, they cleaned up after themselves and they were very neat with the installation. They took the time to make sure that I understood my new equipment and how to take care of it. I would recommend this company for both commercial and residential jobs.

A few weeks ago came by my house Solar quest?. So let see what can I say rude, obnoxious, pushy. I guess I can?t say enough to explain how over all unpleasant their sales person was. So let me explain what happened. I sent an email online and they called me back the next day and asked if I was married and if we would both be there. I explained that my wife was active military and was working shift work. Which means 12-13 hour days 3 days on 2 days off one month nights one month days. So needless to say she would not be joining us. So the lady set up the appointment. From the get go the sales person did not seem prepared. He had no paperwork no computer no anything to go over details with me. I invited him in and first thing he says is I understand you a married when will your wife be joining us. I explained everything above. It did not seem to make him happy. He said I will need her here when can we reschedule. I then explained again her working situation and explained that I work 8:30- 5:30. So getting us both together in one spot would be nearly impossible. So we should move forward with just me. He then seemed to get irritated and preceded to ask me if I really wanted to save money? As I would not work with him on making sure that my wife could be available. At this point I tried to explain one more time why my wife would not be joining us. And he than said it was a waist of time for him to go over anything as my wife would not be there. And when I asked him if he had brought any paperwork that I could look over he said there are a lot of different options what did I expect him to bring. Needless to say it did not go well. At that point I less than nicely asked him to please leave my house. So as you can imagine not only will I not be using them I certainly will not be recommending them. Use them at your own risk!

We met with Scott DeLoach. He showed us a plan to make our home more energy efficient. as well as lower our planet foot print. he was professional and on time. The installer were very nice and very clean afterward.

Our swimming pool needed remodeling. Some of the wall cement was caking away, the cap stomes were very dated (cool in the 1970s) and the pump was on it's last legs. Solar Quest USA introduced the idea of having a salt pool purification system stressing the beneifts over traditional chlorine manitenance. They also installed a quiet and energy efficient pool pump system. The pool was resurfaced with new diamond brite, new tile around the water surface and travertine coping. We also installed a programmable multi-color LED pool light that cycles through colors (or stays on one color) We and our kids are very happy with our new pool and recommend Solar Quest USA to anyone.

It made so much sense that I sighned up that very day and they started the install the very next day. Scott and his installers were very professional, on time and were sure to clean up after them selves. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save $ on their power bill as well as save the planet.

What a great choice I made! I love my pool!

They got my phone number from the local Home Show because I signed up for a raffle for free solar home upgrading. They called and said that in order to qualify for the raffle they needed more info, which required a home audit. They also said that all work, should I not win the raffle would have " no out of pocket expenses" due to government rebates and their special program to promote their company. I would also be required to give a letter of recommendation, photos if needed, any promotion for them, and also give them 3 other home referrals. Salesman arrived early, was very pleasant, seemed knowledgable, and made recommendations. Here is where is got uneasy, at least for me. There was no out of pocket expenses for the first year. However, I would have to have a preapproved loan with zero interest for the first year, (no out of pocket expenses!). He said they could only offer this to 5 homes im ny zip code and he had more appointments in my area. Furthermore, he could not give me any cost for these upgrades unless I decided on the spot to accept the program. I couldn't even let him know the next day. He left and I still have no idea how much the upgrades they were selling to me would cost. They have a very good BBB rating, none on Angie's List, yet..
