Initial meeting: Richie was pushy, however this was something we had decided we wanted to put in our home so we overlooked that and signed up. When I said I'd like to think about it for a day or so, he said that he had to be there when I signed so it was best to do it then. Installation: No fault with the installation, polite, helpful, turned up on time etc. Aftercare: Richie called to say he needed my husband to sign some papers. Fine. Got those signed. The next day he calls my husband to say: "If XXXX calls you, tell them you earn XXXXX as that's what I told them you earned." This figure was about a third more than my husband's salary. I called the office. First off I spoke to Guy. He seemed concerned and said he'd call me back. Then I got a voicemail from Scott and called him back. He said it was Richie just trying to help us out and we should say the exact income figure. Scott said all the usual things "need to know these things so thanks for calling, Richie was trying to help you out". I don't feel confident that Scott took this issue seriously. So, in short, the product is great. Everything else? Remains to be seen. Left with a bad taste in my mouth over this.

It was great. The owner Eamon was excellent and his care and customer service skills were superior. His project manager Dane was great and explained to us many details. we are now saving money over the FPL bill and couldn't be happier.

Our disputes with Solar Quest are as follows: 1) Sales force, James Zirin. He was a smooth talker and kept getting off subject by talking about his animated cartoon book that was going to make him rich. (submitted upon request). 2) We were expected to sign up for Angie?s list ? ON THE SPOT ? and given a $35 to compensate. 3) When we asked for a breakdown of charges to outline what we actually spent, nothing was ever sent to us. 4) Mr. Zirin informed us that we would roll out financing into another account if we were unable to meet the terms of our contract. We got the run-around from Linda (ofc Mgr) when we asked to do so. 5) We asked for an adjustment on our bill to compensate for the fact that not only did we save NOTHING on our electric bills in 2014, (See attached email below). it actually cost us more, we were given the run-around and were scheduled for a complete review of all systems of things we had done. 6) On Monday, 19 January Chris (installer) came out to inspect all of the jobs that we had installed. He found that nothing was wrong and so we should ask for compensation. 7) We are also complaining about the ?bosses? because they could care less about customer satisfaction. 8) We gave them plenty of time to help us find alternative financing (please see dates in email correspondence). Because they have dragged their feet it is going to cost us another $1200 in interest because our check will not clear by the time the our bill is due on 24 January. 9) Finally, the remedy we seek is a full refund of our investment. Why pay to upgrade our home to be energy efficient if it did not work? They failed to live up to their end of the contractual agreement.

They were great. They installed everything within one day. The workman were polite and informative. The followup was great. Overall the entire team from start to finish made this very easy.

Our home was built in the 50's and had jalousie windows which were not very energy efficient or sound proof. We decided to have the PGT Impact resistant windows and doors installed. The installer Alan was prompt and very friendly. He came out to measure and the windows were ready in a few weeks. The entire house took two days to install and he took great care on the finishing and installation. He cleaned up after the installation and everything fit perfectly. The energy savings is incredible and the house is virtually sound proof. We feel increased safety with the impact windows too.

A few months into the installation, I found I was not saving any money on my bill, acutually more. I called them and they said to wait until the summer months to see the difference, I waited and the bills were only more. They sent a guy out to make sure everything was installed properly. They confirmed that it was all installed correctly. They reccomended me to FL power and light to check on the meter, they came out and did an inspection and there was no issue with the meter. Now this company does not want to answer the phone or speak to me. I called the company that gave me the loan (provided by them) they could not do anything.

We had a great experience. Jim was very friendly and gave us great customer service. The work performed was completed excellently. Jim called us and inspected the work performed to ensure it was completed to our satisfaction. The workers were very knowledgable and walked us through each of the items completed. The work we had completed was an 80 gallon solar water heater, 2 attic fans, 24 speed variable pool pump, insulation blown into the attic, put in a new digetal thermostat, LED lighs replaced in all of hour house light fixtures, and the doors seals changed out on 3 of our doors. THIS IS THE BEST SOLAR COMPANY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM COMPLETE WORK ALL OVER THE STATE1

Alex was great and all installers were fast, efficient and James made sure that everything was inspected & done correctly. We are looking forward to our energy savings. Company was very efficient & we gave 3 referrals to James. We are very happy with the work they did for us. We would recommend more people in the future.

All the employees from Solar Quest did excellent work. They were professional, clean and courteous. James was excellent - he did not set any false expectations and the installers delivered on time and did extraordinary work . Special thanks to all - Dane, David, Damian, Jose' , Cornell and his colleague (do not remember his name).

James was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed any concerns and questions we had pre and post installation. All the work was done within one day and best of all they cleaned up pretty well. Having the insulation and solar fans installed in the attics cooled down the inside of the house instantly. Looking forward to some savings on my FPL bill.

James sales man was great. Alex and his brother installed the solar water heater were fantastic and very helpful. I recommend them gratefully.

Everything, all in all, went very well and I would like to do business with the company however, I would like somoene else to sit with my wife and I and go over the finer details of the process and to better explain the financing options. Mark did a good job, no issues there, but he was a bit overzealous and pushy. Im a no nonsense kind of guy and what I say is what I mean. After telling Mark my wife and I werent ready to commit it should've ended there but Mark was insistent and turned a good situation to an awkward one. I absolutely recommend this company and foresee doing business with them but not with that salesman.

It went very well, the workers finished in a timely manner. They installed thermal insulation to provide us enhanced cooling through the summer months throughout the house as well as replaced all the lighting with energy efficient LEDs. They also installed a water purifier which has been giving us a water source that is free of chemicals. The workers were respectful and clean, they swept up every bit of excess insulation and dust. We are very happy with the services provided and would recommend the company to anyone.

It went very good , the workers were on time and very helpful and the Company will help to get all the rebates and tax credits. James was great, did not disturb our regular lives.

This was a great decision. We were able to notice he difference immediately. The house was several degrees cooler on the same night. We were able to keep the air at a more reasonable temperature the entire night. The lights that were installed do not expel any heat and increase lighting 10 times what it used to be. the upstairs bedrooms are much much cooler in the evening when they used to be so warm our daughter would sweat. The water heater makes the water coming through the pipes much hotter than it used to be. I personally like taking hot showers so this was a huge plus. Our master bedroom is pleasant to be in now. We used to have to run a small air unit in our bedroom to be able to sleep. I would highly recommend this company for home energy improvements.

Very good experience with company. Workers were very professional. They did very good work & arrived on time. All calls about any issue were answered promptly & we are recommending this company to our friends & neighbors. We look forward to enjoying our heated pool and our savings on our electric bill.

One stop shopping for quality fan and installation with great warranty. Came on time, came out the next day, did installation from outside with no mess; arrived at 8:30 and were finished at 10:30. Great follow up inspection.

The typical S.Florida customer service experience for which I use AL to try and avoid. I called the company on approximately Wednesday 26 February to set up an appointment for a tech to come out and repair my leaking solar panels for my pool. Their tech (Chris) called me back the next day, yea no problem, anytime is good, never heard from him again. So by the next Wednesday or Thursday I call the company again to set up a repair time and again Chris calls me with the same yea, anytime, next week is good i"ll be in touch with you. Never heard from him again.

Everything went fine. Workers for professional & on time. We can already feel the difference in the comfort of our home! We are anxious to see our savings. We recommended 3 friends.

Air conditioners installers were very professional and friendly and also the other installers were very professional and helpful. I am very happy to have reduction on my fpl bill of at least 30% the insulation installed also reduced the heat factor in the house even the few cold nights we have in florida i did not have to put on the heat thats a first. Overall the service i received was top notch and would recommend their services .

There was a miscommunication about install dates but once it was cleared up it was evident that we were dealing with professionals. The presentation was informative, and all my questions were answered. Dealing with the installers was also pleasant. I bombarded everyone with questions as I thought them up and as a team everything was answered. I am pleased with the services provided and quite happy with all the representatives of this company that I have dealt with. If there were other services I can use I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would also highly recommend them to my friends and family.
