After shopping around they quoted me the most reasonable price, pulled the permit with Town of Davie and had it installed in just 4 days (after the initial wait on HOA and permitting). It's a wonderful way for my family to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Richard and his team are prompt and knowledgeable. He is careful to explain options and the pros and cons. When I am ready to move forward, I will not hesitate to reach out to him again. Thanks again for your time and knowledge.

Richard came out right away and gave us a price on the windows. He applied for the permit needed and then installed the shutters. He showed up when he told you he would and did excellent work. I would definitely hire him if I needed more work done.

Richard Payne and his crew at R & D ALUMINUM were great! I had called hurricane shutter companies and none of them did patio screen repair work. I had called screen repair companies and none of them did hurricane shutter installation and repair work. None of them were able to provide the same type of expertise and professionalism that R&D provided by fixing all of my patio and hurricane shutter needs. Not only did they provide everything timely and professionally, but were the most economic as well. Would definitely hire again and can recommend without hesitation.

Richard and I did everything via telephone and email. The longest part of the job was getting the permit which took about 4 weeks. The install took approximately three days, with one day for demolition and two days for the installation. The area was kept clean, no debris was left behind. We are very happy with the new patio it looks great.

We called Richard and gave him details on what we needed for the three properties. He went by all three properties within a few days and gave us an estimate. He installed all of the gutters with no problems. Very professional and timely. I feel the price was right. We would hire him again, without a doubt.

They were phenomenal. They did my whole job in one day. They really went over and above in everything they needed to do. They actually were the cheapest estimate but we weren't going to take them because they were the cheapest estimate, they also gave the best appearance and probably the best presentation. We would have chosen the more expensive if we thought they would have done a better job. We have a friend who had their whole house done by them. I looked a lot of these guys up but I called them because of word of mouth. I can use them anytime without a doubt.

I joined Angies List for the the first time to find someone reptuable based on ratings and reviews. I found Richard on Angies List he had a good rating and good reviews. I called Richard the owner for an estimate in July he came out provided us a estimate for replacing the aluminum roof on our patio he guaranteed his work the cost was $4700.00 which was very reasonable. Richard also asked for NO MONEY DOWN until the work was finished and I was satisfied WHO DOES THAT TODAY? He came out to take down the old roof on August 14th which was prior to Tropical Storm Isaac had he not taken down the roof then Tropical Storm Isaac would have it would never made it through the storm. He then came to replace the roof on Wednesday August 29th Richard and two of his guys worked from 900am and finsihed up at 730pm the same day and the roof looks great and we are vey happy with the results. I would HIGHLY recommend R & D Alumnum to anyone else. Thnak you again Richard!

We have used Richard for several things over the years. He replaced an old aluminum awning that we had over the length of our cottage in the back and put gutters on the front part of our house. He is coming today to estimate how much it would be for more gutters in the back and side of the house. Obviously we think he does a great job in a timely manner. While he was here the last time we were telling him about this recurrent leak we have in the back where an aluminum roof was placed against our house roof and not tied in properly (this is what we think).... There is a gutter between these two roofs (believe it or not ...... we bought it this way). Over the years - on an average of about once a year or so we would get another person (sometimes a roofer, sometimes a handyman, sometimes a neighbor - desperation takes many forms ) to attempt a fix to this leak. All with varying amounts of success. This is not a pouring down in your house leak just a drip drip drip leak. We were baffled because sometimes it would rain VERY hard and no leak. Other times just a little rain would make it drip in several places....Anyway Richard said that he had had some success with finding leaks on roofs like this and would take a look at it... We figured why not. To make a long story longer....you guessed it.....Richard fixed that leak and we haven't had a drip since. We are in awe. So if you need gutters OR have any aluminum problems, call him. If he could fix this roof of ours, he can fix just about anything.
