100%! They are punctual, complete the work and the permitting in just the time they said they would. They were quick and efficient in the installation and left no sign they had been here. I also appreciate that Richard Payne the owner was here for the whole time. He provided very clear explanations on how to care for the shutters as well as worked side by side with his workers. Finally, his price was right. No down payment. And, the municipal inspector came the very next morning after they finished. Couldn't ask for more.

R & D did a great job with our 11 accordion shutters in just over one hour. They lubricated all shutters, got nonworking parts to work, and made sure they rolled nicely. Will have them again before hurricane season 2021. Liked that they had a set price per shutter.

We are very pleased with the job Richard’s company provided. They serviced our second story shutters, replacing two that were warped over time and also installed shutters on our ground floor windows. The work was swift with no deposit needed. We were always kept in the loop with regards to the job progress. The inspector from the city signed off on the work the day after installation. They were very efficient. The time from estimate to the time they were installed was about 3 weeks total. That included getting the permit making them and putting them up. They explained how to close them what type of oil to use on the wheels of the shutters once a year. They were installed in about 5 hrs. They cleaned up any mess from the drilling they did. I would highly recommend them.

Installation happened quickly from there. They worked clean and stayed on the job until completion (over 2 days). Installation was very professional and there was not a single issue. The crew are great guys. Upon completion the boss went over use and maintenance of the shutters, confirming that we had no more questions. They were so good, we sent them to my son to do his house. The owner contacted me back within a few hours of my message. Which i am grateful for as to this day. I am still awaiting a call back with other compaines. The accordions were on my house prior to me purchasing them and were never maintained and were in need of much TLC. He explained different options to maintain or replace existing sutters over the phone. He was extremely reasonable for both quotes and I opted to maintain the current shutters but will definitely consider replacing them as they lock from the exterior of the house and not internally which makes it extremely difficult having a two story home. He placed me on the next available appointment and the workers came and walked me through what they were going to do and even walked me through how to work them. I truly appreciate the experienced knowledge, service and time that the owner and his team provided.
