Company owner James came to my home to provide an estimate on the job and offered some money saving tips which I greatly appreciated. The office staff was very cordial and helpful in answering questions and scheduling an installation appointment. On the day of installation, electrician Adriel showed up on time and performed confidently and professionally with the kind of high quality work one would apply to his own home. A great job! I will use this company, and this electrician again in the future and refer them to others.

Adriel was our guy and he was excellent. He explained everything as he went along and was extremely professional. Additionally, the President of the company, James, came out to the house and was also a class act. Really happy with their work and would use them again for sure. Not to mention, I will be referring them to other family members and friends.

In the middle of my pool resurfacing we discovered the pool light was not working. PMA accommodated the tight window of opportunity to fix this. They identified and then solved the problem. The tech reassured me he would fix the issue, was confident and very professional.

The technician arrived on time (Tommy), introduced himself and listened to what I wanted done for the hour service I had purchased. I explained that the doorbell was not working, a switch was making a strange sound when I turned it on as well as the light getting brighter and then dim, and also about wanting to put in a new smoke alarm. Unfortunately the doorbell itself was not the issue but rather the transformer. Since as is often the case with houses, things are not always simple. He discovered the transformer was not in the garage next to the main panel as is usually the case. He said it was most likely in the attic and he would be glad to take a look. Since it was not easy access, I told him I would purchase one of the new wireless doorbells instead. He took the old doorbell out of the mounting near the top of my vaulted ceiling and placed a cover over the opening for me. Tommy then replaced the bad light switch and smoke detector in in a very short time period. After that we went out to the garage so that he could inspect the main electrical panel. He explained everything he was doing and what to look for. I also inquired about replacing the panel in the future and he showed me the kind of parts they use in the business (high end) and what would be involved and how long of a job it would be. Tommy was very professional, thorough, and has very warm and friendly personality. As a representative of PMA electric, they should be proud of him. I can highly recommend this company, and will won't hesitate to use them in the future for electrical services

PMA did a great job working with our schedule; they got the power shut down, completed the work, and got us power quickly. While this job required two days due to P&L delays, PMA was amazing each day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite skilled. He took extra time to make sure that the work area was clean at the end of each day

The smoke detectors were going off constantly even though we changed out the batteries. You know like at 2:00 am - the best time to go off!!!! We called the electrician and they explained that smoke detectors need to be replaced every 5 to 10 years depending on the brand. So they came out and replaced the smoke detectors. I also had two lights in my bathroom that kept going out intermittently, like when your hair dryer over heats and turns off and then turns back on when it cools. Well that's exactly what was happening with my lights. They replaced and fixed them.

Was notified by my new homeowner's insurance company that my breakers, inside and out, would not pass inspection as they were from a manufacturer that lost its UL rating (FPE). Made quite a few calls from Angies List and online yellow pages and while doing that research, spoke with James at PMA who came to the house, inspected and made his estimate. Some of the other companies wanted an "inspection fee" to make the estimate which would only be refunded/applied if they got the job. The PMA estimate was free and had no strings attached. Everything he said made sense, including assuring me of high quality materials, and after a few more calls to other electricians (including one that beat the PMA price by a few hundred dollars, but then with a few more questions I found that he came in lower by cutting corners like quality of the panels and not applying for a permit! Unacceptable to me!) Of note, we have a large home and the inside breaker panel has 36 breakers. I decided to go with PMA Electric based on the best price and a "good feeling" about the company and got top quality materials (Siemens panels) and work. The men showed up on time, were professional and friendly, cleaned up thoroughly, and today James showed 1/2 hour ahead of the city inspector to recheck everything and of course, it passed with no problem. This is a family owned business since 1995 and I would recommend them without any reservations.
