I called on a holiday weekend and got an immediate response. James was out to my house within the hour and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.

Great. This is the second time Jesus was at my home. He is excellent and I will always ask for him first, although in fairness everyone that has done work for me from PMA has been great. This time I needed to figure out a good option to protect my 'mother board' for my electronic pool equipment. I also needed a couple other external outlets added. What I really like about Jesus is that he asks questions to assure he is delivering exactly what I want. He also offers ideas (they are always better than mine!!). We decided to go with an additional surge protector to cover the entire house, so if a surge happens to sneak through my primary protector, I have a backup system to prevent surges prior to distribution of current. The new external outlets look great and are even hidden. PMA is great and so is Jesus. Thanks and see you again!

Great! I needed an electrician on very short notice, and they delivered one to me . Very professional and on time.

I am a repeat customer. This time Jesus came. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, neat and friendly. My monorail lighting stopped working and he showed me that the dimmer was burned out - it also had the wrong (too low) capacity to handle all the lighting. (Go figure, so much for a general contractor's electrician!) Anyway, Jesus quickly assessed the situation and came prepared with the proper switches. He suggested a course of action, asked me my thoughts on what I wanted, and then got right to work. In short order everything was up and running again. I am more than satisfied with PMA Electric. They are busy, but totally worth the wait! I highly recommend this company.

The job went great! Except for some Permit issues with the city, (It can take time), the job was done on time. PMA arrived when they said they'd be be there. I highly recommend !

Great company. I had to rewire my house because the insurance company forced me to. It took me awhile to find a company that would go in my hot attic as part of rewiring my entire house. PMA was happy to do it and provided me with a prompt, fair quote. It was a big job and took several weeks. The electrician was friendly and was respectful to us living in the house while the rewiring was happening. Both the electrician and the boss James took all my calls and spent a lot of time on the phone with me to answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

That was okay. There was no problem. The person was good and the service was great. The price was fine. They were good.

James showed up on time with less than 24 hours notice to accomadate my schedule. Quick and efficient service call. Can't ask for anything more. Especially with the track record of SF contractors I have encountered.

PMA was great! I purchased a big deal from this vendor, originally to install new recessed lighting in our kitchen. The provider showed up on time and immediately got to work. Unfortunately, the new fixtures that I purchased did not fit the existing holes at all and thus the installation had to be cancelled. The electrician instead installed a timer switch for me for our outdoor lighting, which didn't take too long. I called Kathy, who assured me that I could use the remaining time on my big deal at a later date. I was so relieved, as I didn't want to lose the money I'd spent. Six months later is when I finally had some additional electrical work to do. I called them up, and they remembered me and immediately scheduled an electrician to come out and do the work, which included installing a ceiling fan and two new light fixtures. The electrician was able to do this efficiently in the time I had remaining, so I didn't have to pay any extra. I have since used PMA to install an outdoor electrical box as well, and have always found them to be honest, skilled, and fair. Overall, great experiences! Thank you, PMA!!!

Overall was very pleased... Took a little longer than expected but life happens.

I sent an email via Angie's the day of service and PMA got right back to me. I wanted to wrap things up with a project in my garage and the last item was to reconnect 2 GFIC sockets, one inside and one outside. PMA called me and sent Robie. He showed up on time/early and was done with the work very quickly. He was professional and neat and was quite clearly a craftsman who knows his trade. Both reinstallations look great. I have added PMA to my favorites and intend to use them for my future electrical needs.

It went very well. They even went out to buy the items that they needed because they didnt have it on the truck. It was important because my pool pump was unable to function. They got it done quickly and were wonderful, nice, courteous people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Damian came to the home to give an estimate and started working right away. He was very neat and conscious of cleaning up when he was finished. Couldn't be happier with his work ethics. Office staff was very nice and friendly and very easy to talk to. Extremely pleased.

Everything was great from start to finish. Great price, great job, and would definitely use them again.

I will never recommend PMA Electric as I found them quite rude to work with. They may have fine Electricians but we never got that far.

Outstanding work, showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up, and accepted other jobs at a reasonable cost. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat if I had additional electrical needs.

I purchased a deal for the installation of one ceiling fan and called to request an estimate for the other two. James was very knowledgeable and responsive. The electricians were on time and very professional. The work took a bit longer than expected and costed a bit more than I was originally quoted. However, considering the time and effort I thought the increased price was fair. I have already reach out for PMA to do some additional electrical work at our home.

They came out and fixed the problem. They did a real good job. It took longer, but they gave me same rate per hour for the extra time as the Angie's List rate. I would use them again. I had no issues with them.

Searched for existing electric line in ceiling of living room which turned out to be non-existent. Installed new electrical line from side wall power switch into the ceiling to install new ceiling fan. Repaired holes in wall and ceiling needed to run new power line. Also checked existing power boxes and reconnected power to one of the 2 as per my request. Electrician was very punctual, friendly, informative, and gave suggestions for possible solutions and costs associated.

James and Robert came up with a great cost-savings plan, showed me multiple energy-saving options for outdoor lighting. Replaced and upgraded my entire yard to commercial grade materials. Everything looks great and functions as it should. Job done quickly, kept me updated throughout, never missed an appointment, and overall very professional.

I called last week and spoke with Cathy about the work I needed -- she was very courteous and professional. She referred me to James for an estimate -- I explained what I needed don & he gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. Cathy then scheduled the job for a few days in the future. This morning, Damian came -- right on schedule to do the work. He worked quickly and methodically to complete the fan and speaker work (the porch light was not part of the original deal). He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous and very pleasant to have in our home. The mess from cutting drywall,installation, etc. was very minimal. When he finished, I asked if he had time to install the porch light, he checked with the office and agreed. He was finished about an hour later. All in, the job took about 4 hours in total. I would definitely call on PMA Electric in the future.

I had lights flickering in my home, Robert assessed things very quickly and got it fixed. Also, I needed a deadfront for my main breaker. There was no catalog number or anything to figure out what we needed so he took measurements so I can have one cut i need be which is very helpful especially since it seems my model isn't made anymore and this maybe my only option. He also gave me names of local companies that could help find the dead front. This was very helpful, and before his assistance all anyone ever told me is that I needed a dead front but they had no idea where to find what I needed. As I mentioned, the dead front is no longer made but I do have a catalog number now and I'm hoping to find one on the internet, I have specs to have one made. After we finished and I gave him a check he stayed to explain the dead front measurements to me as well.

Tech Robert arrived on time, professional and spent the time necessary to find out the power source to the GFI. He worked tirelessly to find the source of the problem without any complaint that it took over an hour to get to the bottom of it. Still only charged the pre paid rate of $70. Good overall service call, very satisfied with the work. Recommend

They could have charged me for a new socket but they were honest and there was no charge. The changed other electric sockets and light switches, evaluated the electric panel box and checked all sockets and switches. They were fast, efficient and extremely clean.

It was very easy, and just a pleasure.
