Description of Work: Date is approximate. Recommended based on radio ad to ex wife. She called and made appointment. Contractor showed up and looked at roof. Stated would call back with estimate. Never called back. Ex wife went with different contractor and ripped me. Can't beleive everything you hear in WIOD.

We at Pioneer Roofing Company keep detailed records of all calls regarding requests for estimates that come into our office. We have no record of your name or address in our system. If you had contacted us we would have been happy to give you a detailed proposal for any work you may have needed. In addition we do not call with verbal quotes. All proposals are sent out in writing by both email and mail. You must have confused us with another roofing company. We are sorry for the bad experience with the contractor you contacted, but do not believe that it was Pioneer Roofing.

Description of Work: called and Lanny returned my call to thank me for calling which was very considerate and professional but the estimate was too pricy and the individual who came out could not answer certain questions.......actually got three estimates after that and pioneer was the highest

Description of Work: pioneer roofing responded immediately to an emergency roofing leak. Their work was professional and excellent. The supervisor answered all of our questions, our leak was fixed and our premises were left clean. The price was rather high, but the quality is excellent. It was a pleasure working with them and we highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had an emergency situation with a leaking roof. We contacted Pioneer roofing and they immediately responded within 24 hours and repaired our leak. The supervisor went up to our roof, saw our problem and answered all of our questions and stopped the leak. The supervisor was informative and professional. When the job was finished, the premises were left clean and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Their work was excellent, but they are a bit pricy.
