We had to postpone our service call by one day due to a delay in closing. Charlie was great and came out on a Saturday to handle the job. He was professional, responsive, timely and reasonably priced. I would definitely utilize him again.

I bought a deal for $110 on Angie's list to have several locks re-keyed, however I knew the price would be a bit different as i did not have the original keys for 2 of the locks and would probably have to get them switched out. Provider called promptly to set up an appointment, came the next day -showed up on time and was very courteous. He replaced my locks with commercial grade bolts which was nice - albeit expensive. However everything was done quickly and professionally. My one drawback was the increase in price - my final bill went from 110 to 300 which was pretty much more than double my estimated cost. I will certainly use this provider again if needed but will be more mindful of pricing the next time around.

Charlie was professional and did a great job. I dealt with him exclusively. As a woman, sometimes I feel home repair people can be condescending; this was never the case with Charlie. He was communicative, punctual, professional, and did a good job. Bonus points for not trying to upsell me. I'd use General Locksmith again in the future.

Charlie did a great job changing my locks to high-security locks. He was liberal with his advice on how to secure my home against burglary and other areas concerning personal security in the home. All locks work beautifully.

I called at 3:24pm to inquire about installing a deadbolt lock, the gentleman the answered the phone explained to me the cost of driling additional hole and depending on what type of lock I wanted the prices varied. I asked for medium security lock, which he quoted $190.00 total and said that he could be at my house withing 30-45 min. He arrived well within the 30 minutes and very professional explained the best options for the price he quoted. All in all everthing was done by 4:30pm.

I spent around $750. I think they have a sole owner, Charlie, who is an amazing guy, he's punctual, showed up the same day when our contractor had finished up some work for us and he did the work on site, he had everything in his truck and everything works great and looks perfect. He's a great guy, he's honest, up front, gave me my different options and different prices and helped me pick what would work best for the business. The locks work perfectly.

He was very nice and honest, He told me right away that he couldn't do the work, but he referred me to someone in safes. He looked the number up to the place to me. He was in it to help without a dime in it for himself.

Called and spoke with Charlie about what we needed - he advised me of a special he had going for Angies List customers - and was able to come out next day. Was on time, worked quickly, didn't mind a 2 year old watching him (which was the reason the extra dead bolts were needed!) and even re-keyed them at no charge. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Moving was crazy, and my schedule kept changing, so I had to reschedule with Charlie several times. Each time he was understanding and available to work around it. He showed up on time and was friendly, gave me several options for a new lock and doorknob, and installed it quickly. He also noticed that the door wasn't fully in line with the bolt, and made some adjustments there free of charge. Great experience, will certainly call him again the next time we need a locksmith.

Prompt, outstanding service. Locksmith came out right away and installed my sliding door lock. I did not have a standard door so the initial lock that came with the purchase did not fit. The locksmith was super sweet and dedicated to finding a solution which we did through a different type of lock. He even pointed out that the new lock was cheaper than the initial lock purchased and offered a refund of the difference which I respectfully declined as he definitely earned it. Would definitely use again.

I purchased the voucher on Friday and noted that the following Monday was my first available day. Charlie from General Locksmith responded very promptly and the work was completed on Monday. Charlie called me in the morning and then 45 minutes before he arrived. Excellent service and experience!

Charlie arrived on time with great energy and smile, especially for a Friday afternoon. He reviewed our needs and was more than fair with pricing. His time estimate to complete the work was spot on for the standard locks, but the electronic locks took a bit longer. When finished, he brought us to each lock to confirm they work, and he stuck around a bit longer to be 100% certain that we would not be locked out. Overall, just a very high quality and positive experience.

I got an email from Angie's List with a deal for this vendor, so I bought the deal. He reached out to me right away and came out the very next day to complete the service. He met me at the mailbox, looked at the lock and told me he needed around 20 minutes to complete the job. He did not make me wait outside, but told me he would call me when it was ready. He finished in 15 minutes and handed me my new keys. He had me check the new lock with both keys to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. He had me sign off on the order and was done. The whole experience was great and the vendor was very professional.

Service was quick & professional. We had an unusual lock & had to special order it, so we ended up have 2 visits. Have some other locks replaced since we had to pay service call fee anyhow. I would use them again.
